“How long have I been here?” Will asked, but immediately waved off her answer, realizing it didn’t matter either way. “Look, my name is Will Graham – I don’t know what happened but you have to give my partner a call.”
“I’ll get the doctor,” she told him, her voice trained to the mellow murmur just about all medical professionals used on omegas.
Will opened his mouth to tell her that there was no need, that he felt fine, and if she would just listen, he could discharge himself and be out of her hair in thirty minutes flat. He grabbed the safety rails and forced himself to stand, though the motion made him a little dizzy. Something on his peripheral vision grabbed at him. The whiteboard strip above the hospital bed – W GRAHAM-LECTER, omega, male, B positive – struck him like a physical blow.

Summary
Hannibal Lecter is constantly surrounded by people who are desperate for his attention. He's never been one to shy away from the spotlight, but despite all of the options at his fingertips, there's only one Omega he wants to look his way.
Will Graham, however, would really prefer not to attract attention from anyone. When he's dragged out of the shadows and into the light, he'll have to decide if some things might be worth the prying eyes.

"On the bed," Jack commands in a husky voice, so unfamiliar to Will's ears, that Will briefly wonders if this is really happening, or if it’s just another one of his hallucinations.
"You have a mate, Jack," Will states quietly, wincing at the clink of metal, sharp and damning.
No more hiding what he is now: Jack Crawford’s crime bitch. He imagines it would make a good header for Tattlecrime.
👓 Jack takes Will as a comfort omega back when he's still too green to refuse. Hannibal is not a fan of this arrangement. Loosely takes place before & during the beginning of S1.
