    Alex paused for a moment to admire him. He looked so beautiful, all soft and vulnerable and his. He was, of course, gorgeous all the time, but there was something about being allowed to see Henry stripped down like this that sent Alex’s heart fluttering. His full lips were slightly parted as he breathed, and his cheeks glowed under the flickering light coming from the TV. Alex knelt in front of him and hated himself for what he was about to do.

    “Baby,” he kept his voice soft as he gently, so gently, combed his fingers through the sleepy mess that was Henry’s hair. “Hey, sweetheart, can you open your eyes for me?”

    The cute, blond man rasps, “Bea.”

    He lifts his hand, fingers fluttering awkwardly to point at Alex before he lets it fall back to his chest with a soft thud. His words come out slurred; slow and tangled, as if each syllable is wading through molasses. “I think the nurse touched my wiener.”

    The woman coughs.

    Alex’s gloved hands hover mid-air, frozen in place and his fingers now curl tightly around the roll of bandage. A little too tightly. He glances down at his hands as if needing confirmation that they’re indeed where they should be—far, very far from the man’s dick. 

    Alex is a nurse, Henry is high on pain medications, and a lot of dick jokes.
