Summary
Rayla goes to Nyx's house for a game night and meets one of Nyx's coworkers, Callum. Things get awkward when they're partners for 'Acts of Insanity', AKA 'NSFW charades', but Callum is a gentleman. They hit things off with a laugh, and pretty soon they have a first date! But history makes things... nuanced, and there are lots of secrets and pain to avoid.
This fic is about love, understanding, and patience. There has been a lot of damage and hurt in the past, and not all of it can be healed just because someone special comes into your life. But having a support group who loves and cares about you is more important than you realize. Love and understanding can go a long way.Currently taking a short break due to life.
Triggers: Abuse will be a part of this story. It is a past event, but does play a role in the current story. I hope you find that I am taking a different approach with it, however. Any chapter's that I feel require a trigger warning will most certainly have one.
Watch out! Some have different back-stories. Ex: Amaya isn't Callum's aunt! Don't let that stop you though!

Really good story with just amazing stuff
