Summary
There was no loading screen. Stanley was floating in the air and then he was lying down on what he presumed was a mattress. Slowly opening his eyes, Stanley took in a hospital bed. He was no longer wearing his office clothes but a hospital gown with different wires sticking out. An overbearingly white room framed a slumped dozing man in the chair. Stanley moved closer to investigate the man consequently creaking his bed startling them. Startled grey eyes that softened in relief as they met Stanley's brown eyes.
"Stanley?" asked the stranger.
Stanley froze taking in the man's voice. It was The Narrator's. What was going on?

Stanley wakes up in a hospital after a coma and is greeted by a man with The Narrator's voice. First he believed it was a new ending but could The Stanley Parable really be a dream caused by a coma. -

Summary
The barren wasteland was replaced by a memorable loading screen. Stanley once again was in his office, all sand that was on his clothes previously dissapeared. He picked himself up and walked out of his office waiting for The Narrator’s line.
“All of his co-workers were gone. What could it mean? Stanley decided to go to the meeting room; perhaps he had simply missed a memo.”
His hands were raised to sign alongside The Narrator but it never came.

After the skip button ending The Narrator stops talking and Stanley gets worried.

Summary
