All hybrids are to be taken to the IRO, no matter what age or species. Failur to do so will result in severe punishment.
Take *Redacted* as example, she refused to give her hybrid child in. She has been sentanced to life in prison. If she is realeased from the mental facility, that is.
*Redacted* was one of the women to give up her child to the orginization, and she has been repayed greatly.Hybrids are illegal in this world, and most of them are taken to a facility where they are used as test subjects.
