Summary
Wade Wilson always got the shit end of the stick. So naturally he would end up being the most unlikely thing for an (anti)hero to be. A male submissive, 100% on the test. The only thing it brought into his life was misery, pain, and people that wanted to hurt him. But none of that mattered anymore, because he had decided long ago that he would hide his designation and never allow himself to fall back to subspace. He didn't even trust any dominant enough to take him down anyway. At least that's what he thought until an incident on a rooftop where Spider-Man told him to shut up and be still, and he didn't move for almost three hours. Things got a little tense from there, and it's just the rule of nature that Wade can never have anything good easily. But maybe he could, if he could just finally... let go with someone who'd actually catch him this time.

Summary
In the workplace, particularly for those who work at a hospital, a person’s secondary gender has no place. They are supposed to act like they don’t exist, but the system isn’t perfect. Medical students of the same status often butt heads. Some asshole alphas try to act superior.
In order to prevent this, doctors wear scent blockers while on shift. It isn’t foolproof, but it’s vital to ensuring that someone’s presentation or scent doesn’t cause any issues. Long term use of scent blockers causes its own problems, but the medical community almost unanimously agrees that the tradeoff is worth it. In order to do no harm, scents have to be removed from the field.
Or, Michael Robinavitch and Jack Abbot realize what the other smells like and try to avoid the elephant in the room for as long as possible.
