“I’m not giving you my coat,” Rennac said.
“You must.” Her voice began to rise in pitch. “You must give me your coat. What kind of gentleman would not give a lady his coat? What kind of gentleman would allow a woman to remain cold and naked before him? What kind of perverted, sick, disgusting--”
To his own astonishment, Rennac found himself stripping off his own coat as he said, “All right, all right,” over and over again.

Summary
