Summary
Shinsou tends to stay up a lot at night, getting very little sleep, if any. He usually spends his insomniac hours working-out, hoping that the exhaustion of pushing his body to its limits will cause him to finally clock out for the night. One time on such a venture, he stumbles upon a certain electric boy, crying himself into oblivion in the darkness of the dormitory gym. Shinsou feels the need to comfort Kaminari and tries his best to help the blonde get back to his naturally bubbly self. Little do they know, this is the beginning of a great friendship and maybe even of something more...

Summary
Renting an apartment as a lonely college student is not beneficial for one's wallet. Thus, Kaminari Denki moves in with fellow student, Shinsou Hitoshi.
However, Kaminari's friends are very insistent on pointing out the... "weird" things about his new roommate, such as his constant lack of appetite, unnaturally pale complexion, and practically non-existent sleep schedule. They keep joking about how he's something beyond human.
But that's just ridiculous; Shinsou is a regular, normal, human dude, right?
