    So, like he always did, Hermes grabbed what he wanted and ran.

    The child, unfortunately, was very insolent. Fortunately, Hermes found him delightful.

    Luke wants to make a remark on how he doesn’t see him on most occasions—Hermes somehow still manages to jerk away at any point of the hour, business calls and all that. No matter how many times he sits Luke down and tells him that he will be here—he just isn’t.

    Hermes saves Luke just before his soul is carted off to the Underworld. Now, stuck in a glorified prison, Luke might as well try to mend the distance between him and his father—even if that includes something as trivial as flying. Aka, sorta wingfic for all my folks starving of Luke and Hermes content.
