Summary
Sir Halbrand had thought himself a lone wolf in the world, his kind hunted to extinction by the Noldor King after the great war. Noldor had taken everything form him, his title, his fortune, and his kin, leaving him only his family's manor and land in exhile. After five long years, it seems the king is not done trying to humiliate Halbrand, wedding him by proxy to some chit in his court, taking the one freedom he had left- the choice of a wife.
