“Dad, my mask is gone…” Peter said in a panicked voice. He heard a noise from behind his back, he whipped his head to look behind him, the people who he once thought were the Avengers looked to be a group of… Aliens? No, wait, they looked somewhat humane. They were probably mutants.
The leader of the group, the one with weird red eyes and floating black hair surrounding him, walked slowly in front of the duo.

Summary
After losing Aunt May, Peter watches as his repeated interruptions when Doctor Strange was casting the spell to make the world forget that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, results in his universe collapsing. With grief and regret heavy in his chest, he asks Strange to make the world forget Peter Parker and save the universe.
"That wouldn't be enough Peter. Things have gone too far and in order to save our universe, you need to leave it." Strange replied with pity in his eyes.
"What?" Peter asked in shock.
"Yes but I can send you to a universe where there is no Peter Parker. I can send you somewhere you can start a new life, a place that needs Spider-Man more than New York." Strange said in an attempt to comfort him.
"Will that save everyone here?" Peter asked hopefully.
"Yes." Strange replied.
"Do it then." Peter said at last with determination.
That's how Peter ended up in Gotham as the spell spat him out in the Wayne Manor just as Bane attacks the manor and Alfred.

We had the Peter Parker goes to the DC Universe so let’s switch it up a bit the Birds goes to the marvel universe instead. The story will follow
Dick, Damian, Jason and Tim getting thrown into the marvel universe where they will try need to find their way back home. With Red hood catching the attention of Team Red. Dick and Jason catching the attention of a certain precious spider. Tim happily trying all the tech of the new universe and Damian trying challenging Deadpool to a duel.
This story will also be a mix of the Spider-Man movies, series and my own head canons.
