Summary
"Go on," you goad. "Say "stop" again. Tell me you're done, that you don't want more."
He peeks at you between his forearm and shoulder, one eye glistening in the shadows. The tip of his ear is flushed red.
"I want it," he rasps, admittance catching between his teeth. "I fuckin' want it, okay?"

Summary
You hold him like you would hold something small and precious. It must look rather comical from an outsider's perspective, given your size difference. You don't care. There's nobody else around. This is about Shane. This is about erasing his doubts and convincing him that somebody, anybody, cares for him.

Summary
When Shane closes his eyes and thinks about the writer, he's ashamed to admit he imagines what it would be like to kiss him. Not aggressively, burning with lust and overcome by base desire, but tenderly. He imagines kissing Elliott like he imagines reuniting with Jas’ parents in the afterlife, or unearthing a dusty, forgotten letter from his own mother, apologizing for everything she'd put him through. Nostalgia, fantasy, the desperate longing for something good to keep his head above the water. Thoughts like a temporary balm to his old, infected wounds.
Yeah, that's what he imagines kissing Elliott would feel like. Healing.

Summary
The feeling when you know you’re about to do something bad, but you’re still selfishly hoping you can get away with it. The seconds before you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar.
Shane isn't one of those freaks who whips it out on the bus for anyone and everyone to see, but he is apparently, the kind of freak that gets turned on when a pretty girl falls asleep on him late in the evening. The bus rumbles and the lights glow a putrid green. It smells like old gym socks. She paints a solid, warm pressure along his entire left side, leaving him tingling, his palms clammy.
Don’t city girls know better than this?

Summary
Lucerys and Aemond have been betrothed for a decade before it all comes crashing down.
“You can’t lift me with one hand. Two, maybe.” He knows his face is flushed from the wine.
Aemond’s is, too, high on his cheeks. He murmurs, “Will you take that bet?”
“No.”
“Hm.”
Lucerys used to hate that sound, and he still does, but there’s this sort of new thing that’s started to go wrong in him where Aemond being Aemond makes his stomach leap. He jiggles one leg beneath the table, trying to work the feeling out.
Joff pleads, “Mother, please, can you make them stop.”

Summary
Aemond watched in horror as Lucerys pressed the tip of his sword to the trembling High Septon’s throat.
This was not the timid boy who once hid behind his mother’s skirts. The man before him was taller, broader, and burning with the wild light of their bloodline.
Targaryen madness, Aemond thought.
When Lucerys spoke, his voice was calm—clear, cold, and utterly certain.
"You will release Prince Aemond from his vows, you will wed him to me.", he smiled, there was nothing gentle about it, "You will do it now."
OR
It has been five years since the war ended—five years since Prince Aemond Targaryen became Septa Aemond.
He thought the rest of his life would pass in silence.
Until the day Lucerys Velaryon came for him.

Summary
Elliott paused, took a steadying sip of his wine. “I wonder, sometimes, if what I perceive as happiness is really the color blue. It’s around me already, but I don’t see it as such.”
Clint didn’t say anything. It worried Elliott for a moment, but then the blacksmith softened. “I like how you talk,” he said, his hands curling around his mug of beer.
“I like talking to you,” Elliott said, and he found himself thinking about how Clint’s beard might feel pressed against his chin.

Summary
Sam grips his beer, teeth clenched as he pretends not to hear his friends gossip about Pelican Town's hottest new drama— Alex Mullner, resident jock, is gay.
For so long Sam's thought he's the only one. His stomach drops even thinking about it. Maybe it's the weed. Maybe it's the way Alex looks at him with a lopsided smile and pearly white teeth. Hell, maybe it's the way that even though they're worlds apart, Alex understands him more than anyone else in this stupid town ever could. Whatever it is, it's as intoxicating as it is terrifying. And he's feeling brave.
Or, Alex gets outed and smokes weed for the first time in the abandoned community centre with a closeted Sam. Lots of feelings and smut ensues.
