Summary
When Adam Kendrick Salvage learns of the Expendable Operation, he signs up in order to pursue its supposed "prize"; anyone successful in achieving this mission would have one's record cleared and their sentence reduced. Hoping for an opportunity to reconnect with his estranged family, he and most participating inmates could never have expected just how horrible conditions in the "Hadal Blacksite" are— and would further become.
