Unfortunately, he and Todd haven't parted on the best terms after the incident with the Attero Device, so seeing each other so soon again after that will for sure be a pretty interesting matter...

A/N: this will be updated once a week until done.
Inspired by this open prompt: : I always wondered how the events of Common Ground would go if Ladon and Atlantis team didn't figure out where the Kolya's base is.
Todd (who is not named yet) just gave John the Gift of Life. And now what? Search for the gate? Hide somewhere and hope Johns people will show up? Get back to base and try to assassinate Kolya? Find natural hot springs and finally take a bath? Go wild!

Summary
Jennifer Keller was helping the settlers of an allied world when two hostile Hives start to cull the planet. She can hide with a small number of patients, but right when they try to flee through the Stargate, more Darts come through the gate and capture her and the other villagers.
The Commander of the ship that caught them seems to be different from any other Wraith Jennifer has ever met, though, not only because he and his crew are apparently pretty much starved and desperate, but also because he's obviously keeping a dangerous secret Jennifer will soon find out - a secret that will change her view on the Commander and Wraith in general...Bookmarked by VVendulinka

Summary
FIC REWRITE
Whilst on a mission to destroy a wraith nursery, John and Todd are attacked and stranded on a planet without a working stargate. Fortunately, a Hive in Todd's alliance picks up Todd's distress signal and comes to get them. Unfortunately. These wraith are as unfriendly and untrusting as all the rest - and Todd has a secret they cannot find out. Turns out, working with the Lanteans is not only strange but punishable by death. If the pair can't lie their way through their time aboard, they won't ever get home. John has no choice but to trust his dubious companion, and vice versa.
Easier said than done, but even imprisoned and heading toward certain death, Todd has a few tricks up his sleeve. They make a break for it and fall face-first into a journey that will fling them across the galaxy, further and further from safety and from what they both knew. Desperate to get back to their respective lives, John and Todd must embark on a long and dangerous quest with no hope for survival except each other.
Set in season five after "Search and Rescue" and before "The Queen"

Summary
Nine months after their return to Pegasus, the situation in Atlantis has gotten desperate. The wraith have increased their aggressions while, back home, Storm and the IOA continue to scheme leaving the city barely sustainable. But when the aid General O'Neil is finally able to send them turns out to be a woman from Sheppard's past, the consequences of her arrival are staggering.
