“I don’t know, bumblebee.”
He sniffs, huddling back down into his blanket. “Why would he… I would- Walls, I would never.”
He squeezes Dick’s arm. “I know, bluebird,” he asserts. “He wants to control the narrative, control you.” He forces air out of his lungs. “He’s disgusting. You didn’t do anything wrong.”
Dick flinches. “I reached out for custody,” he whispers. “I just consulted a lawyer. I didn’t- But of course he knew.”
Or, Wally cares for Dick in ways that aren't easily explained. He stands by him no matter what the rest of the world believes.

Granted, it had been tenuous at best before he even had to make the trip to DC, because no one had thought to bother to mention that a crucial part about his parents’ extradition for the trial necessitates that they be physically present in the country they are being tried in. As it stands, Jean is barely pushing himself through the minimum required to stop Davis from removing him from the court.

Jeremy Knox likes to win, and even if he can't parallel park in less than fifteen attempts he's finally got his meds figured out and he's got friends who care enough to make him clean his room. And thanks to Kevin, the Trojans are about to poach the best backliner in the league, so he's finally got it all figured out. This next year is going to be awesome.
