While Hux tries to survive the consequences of his failures and Ren is occupied with mystic Force nonsense, the Supreme Council takes control. Boasting Imperial ideals, High Command plans to turn the First Order into a replicate of the Empire they lost.

    First on their agenda is banning all omegas from junior and senior officer positions.

    Here's a secret: Hux is an omega.
    Here's another one: Ren has had several severe and continued lapses in judgment he doesn't know how to fix.

    If they can overcome five years of hatred, they may still save the First Order before their home is destroyed.
