As the door opened he was greeted with the wide frightened eyes of none other than Peter Parker himself. The person he had tormented and beaten on throughout his childhood. Standing in the doorway with his hair a fluffed up mess and a pair of Iron Man pj's on.
They both stood frozen in place, neither daring to move. His good mood was suddenly plummeted. There was no way in hell Parker would ever let someone like Flash Thompson into his home. His smile completely left his face and a sick feeling started churning in his gut."Hey Pete." he said brokenly. "Been a long time."

Summary
T'Challa could only hope Rogers hadn't seriously injured or killed any one on his quest. There had been enough death in the past weeks, God knows he couldn't handle much more right now. He was a strong man, but even the strongest can break under to much pressure.
T'Challa sighed noisily, his frustrations growing further. Shuri would be returning soon and then he had no way to stash the Avengers away. He looked out the windows of the study, staring out over the vast jungle, at the skyline cloaked in its blackness.
He prayed for strength, for guidance, for some kind of foresight of what may come.
If only his prayers had been answered. He would have been able to see what the Gods had in store for him. How his life was about to be shattered. Nothing would ever be the same. His world would forever be changed, and he didn't even know. All because he offered another sanctuary.*My own take on what I feel should/could happen after the events of Civil War. I didn't really like the ending, so this is my way of dealing with it*

Summary
With a final creak, the car nose went down and he plummeted about 20 feet to the ground below.. He could only scream in agony as his leg was impaled further, as the roof of the car crunched under the force of the fall, his head cracked hard against the ceiling and the already enclosed space became as tight as a tomb.
He was upside down, still buckled, there was blood dripping into his eyes from somewhere, probably his leg. There was a horrible pain in his back because he was bent at an odd angle. The seat had bent farther forward, pinning his chest against the steering wheel, he thought he could see a bone protruding from his right leg.
Everything was oddly silent now, he couldn’t hear the rain, or the wind. There was no sound of thunder, no flashes of lightning. He thought he heard the faint sound of sirens but he was too sleepy to care. He felt like he couldn’t keep his eyes open.
"Sam... I'm sorry..."

The car flew over the drift at full speed, almost clipping a snowplow. It landed with a loud bang right in the tree lot. He slammed the brakes, taking out 3 trees and a Christmas banner as he came to a stop. Some old bat with a feathered hat flipped him the bird.
Glancing back he saw the kids were tossed all over the car. Wades feet were up in the back window and Petes were spread out on each side of the front seats.
"Hey, look! We're here. We made good time." he smiled.
"I hate you.." T'Challa said..
I went back and did some editing on the first three chapters. This isn't going to be a very long fic, sorry if you like it big ;) Also sorry for my horrid sense of humor.
A Christmas Vaca AU no one asked for, but I'm weird so I did it anyway.

Arthur knows he's dying, can feel the unstoppable pull of it, feels the spirit appear behind him to take him along. And yet, he finds he does not want to die. There is so much that went wrong, so much he regrets and he wishes, with all his being, he could change it. Could at least ensure those that managed to get away really make it out alive.
A second chance, he asks, begs, really. Just give me the chance to save them.
The being behind him pauses and Arthur can't look away from the moment he's frozen in, staring at the dark mountainside, aching to see the sun rise just one more time.
One chance, the spirit seems to whisper, voice satin soft. Make the most of it.
