Kaiser and Isagi spend the day in bed, then wake up for midnight ramen (feat. an unwilling and unexpected house guest.)
As he does, Kaiser’s arms instinctively tighten around him, pulling him closer with a strength that belies the gentleness of the embrace. A soft, sleepy mumble escapes Kaiser’s lips, his voice slurred and barely coherent, “Don’t… move…”
Isagi chuckles softly, the sound low and affectionate, vibrating in his chest. “I’m not going anywhere,” he whispers, his voice tender as his hand comes up to gently stroke Kaiser’s back, tracing the intricate patterns of the blue rose tattoos that climb up his neck and spread down his arm like delicate chains. Isagi smiles softly “Just go back to sleep, you big baby.”
Kaiser lets out a faint, contented sigh, his grip loosening just enough for Isagi to adjust his position. The muscles in Kaiser’s body relax under Isagi’s touch, but he still nuzzles closer, his face pressing into the warmth of Isagi’s neck. The warmth and closeness make Isagi’s heart swell with affection, and he can’t help but smile wider as he watches Kaiser’s peaceful expression.
