Summary
“I’m not going to spank you if you forget to wash the dishes, Martin,” Jon had innocently joked one day. Martin startled so hard he choked on his tea; for a second, he thought Jon had somehow figured out all of his dark secrets and was mocking him with the knowledge. To Jon’s credit, he did blush and apologise once he had processed what he’d just let out.
But... Well. Martin thought it would be amazing, actually, if Jon ever decided he needed a spank. Or if Jon mocked him for his fantasies— that was pretty much a fantasy on its own. Christ, what was wrong with him?!

Summary
Martin's mother didn't hate him for nothing. She couldn’t have. Martin had done something wrong, and the fact he didn’t know exactly what it was only served to show him how careful he needed to be if he wanted this to work. Anything could snap Jon out of it; make him change his mind and never want to look at Martin’s face ever again.
So no, he wasn’t sure he deserved any of this, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t earn it.
