Summary
James has held a dark secret his whole life - not that he is queer, that he is a vampire. He feels disconnected from the world and from those loves, except Will.
But when his needs are high and Will is the nearest available, his animalistic tendencies take over. Usually, his victims die, but not this time. He makes sure of it.
"Well, haha," as he laughed, his eyes crinkled gayly, "I've always had an odd interest in vampires."

Summary
Will still gets the same tremors in his hands and legs the very night he collapsed into James's arms in the small café in Brighton, even after he's moved forwards in life.
The mention of the run spends him spiralling, but he knows he needs to confront it. He wants to support James at his gig, but can he get his thoughts back on track?
Will gulped, nodding.
"Yeah." he huffed, "Funny, because I wanna erase it from my memory- But not in a way that it'd impact us..."
He turned, his head falling back onto the pillow, gaze fixed onto the ceiling.
"I wish I just weren't so naive about my leg then. I fucked it up for a good two weeks."
James smiled softly.
"But you did it all for us. Look at where we are now, Will. Look at where you are." he commented, motioning with his hands to their bedroom.Series

In May 1940, the world seemed to stop spinning for James Higgins. For Anthony Havers, it seemed to have just started spinning.
Out of control, out of reach.

Summary
"I'll go on the sofa, you can stay in my bed." James proposed quietly, and Will's eyes widened,
"No." he immediately refused, "No, I am- I am not doin' that." he added, shaking his head.
James frowned, his glasses slipping a little.
"Why not? You deserve a rest." he pushed them back up as he said the latter.
Will shook his head once more, pushing the chair back as he stood.
"Jim, I'm fine-" he dismissed the conversation. Will runs to Brighton, thinking. Just thinking; unloading all of his emotional baggage just for a coffee. But it isn't all just for coffee. He runs to his home.

Summary
Theodore Higgins is a homosexual, he is very keen of it but has not dabbled in it, and yet whenever he sees William Havers, he most certainly wants to explore.
And when he receives a note from an anxious William, hinting to a matter that is incredibly secret, he begins to realise that the chances of William being a homosexual isn't nearly as close to zero as he thought.

Summary
My take on the Brighton video, except this isn't actually what I think happened/should happen and is entirely separate to Will and James, and then a sequel branching off of that story.
Just writing for fun!
The good thing is that Will is doing better, and they had both forgotten the last time he had a seizure.
The bad thing is that he regularly shuts down and has anxiety attacks, even if the run was nearly a year ago. It was November, Will had moved in during September. Two months flew by quicker than either of them imagined. The steps they took were still small and cautious, with Will being the most nervous about it all. Luckily, James always knew how to calm him down. (From part 2: If You Had Life Eternal)- Words:

Summary
“How would you describe your relationship with William Lenney?”
“...any other questions?”
James didn’t mind the press. He really, really didn’t. His patience had just been wearing thin as of late; they’d been pressing too hard, trying to stick their noses up his ass to figure out details of his personal life that he really didn’t want to let them into.
They didn’t need to know about his relationship with his former rival. They’d agreed to keep it between the two of them… and a select few friends.
OR
five times they had to hide their relationship, one time they went public with it.
this takes place after air catcher, which can be found on my profile, and you will likely have to read that first to understand this fic !!

Summary
“Anything you choose to change will look good mate, I’m sure of that.” Will scoffed at James’ words, though the slight relief that spread over his features was instantaneous.
“Been stuck around you for however many years, I think I’d know what would look good on your head and what wouldn’t.”
OR
Will gets a haircut and James doesn't know how to handle it.

Summary
“How did you… know?” Will asked after a while, voice cracking slightly. “About being… queer. How’d you figure it out? And… what’s it like? Being with… a guy?”
James froze, breath catching in his throat.
He’d thought, for a fleeting moment, that Will might be joking - some dry, late-night question half-mumbled out of boredom. But then he heard the tremor in Will’s voice. Saw how tight his shoulders were, curved in on himself like he was trying to make his body smaller. The way his fingers clutched the hem of his hoodie, white-knuckled.
And suddenly James knew.
This wasn’t just a question.
This was the question.

Summary
James would describe his life in one word, and that was cozy. His life was the opposite of hectic; he ran a flower store, tucked into the nicer parts of his city (which was surprising, given that London was typically a very unsafe area), he had friends to surround him and a cat that would anticipate his arrival all day, every day, waiting for him to finish his shifts.
Will, on the other hand, wouldn’t. His life summed into one word, he’d decided, was buzzing. A tattoo artist never had an easy job, really; he was yelled at near-daily despite the pretty perfect tattoos he’d ink onto people's skin. Despite his over-the-top caffeine consumption, he had a steady hand and an eye perfect for tuning in on finer details.
Will was James’ favourite regular. James was Will’s favourite not-so-regular.

James owns a flower store, Will's a tattoo artist. James gets his tattoos done by Will, who just so happens to frequent James' flower store to buy flowers for his girlfriend.
