Summary
Maybe there was a third side, like a dot unconnected by line segments. Not quite forming a triangle, off on its own. A side that no one was the wiser about. One where hero society could be completely reformed and the evil in the world, the people who truly were villainous in nature, could be locked away forever, to do no harm to any more civilians. Or true heroes, for that matter.
Or, Kaminari Denki thinks it would be all too easy and that much harder to leave, too.

James flops onto the bed, sated and content. His bones all feel like jelly, and his chest is warm. He tilts his head to the side, beaming, and watches as Regulus stares dumbstruck at the ceiling.
“Yeah. Amazing, right?” James says.
Regulus blinks a few times before he finally looks over at him.
“That…. was fucking awful.”
When James Potter learns that his bedroom skills are... lacking, he turns to long-term rival, Regulus Black, for help. The price? A fake relationship to get Regulus’s parents off his back. What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
James’ eyes stop; along with the natural rhythm of his breathing and the beat of his heart. If he wasn’t still standing upright he’d think he died just from one glance at the lead singer.
He sings into the microphone, his eyes shut tight and his hands gripped to the stand as he belts.
It isn’t – it can’t be.
His eyes open, and like a compass pointing north, that hauntingly familiar grey lands right on James.'In a room full of people I look for you.'

“I wrote this next song about you. You know who you are.”
“I wrote every song about you.”
~Or. Three years ago, in a Paris nightclub, James sees Regulus dancing and falls for him on the spot. They agree to start a relationship, knowing it will have to end when James goes back to London, on the condition that afterwards they go completely no contact. By the time it ends they're both heartbroken but stick to their agreement and lose contact.
Years later they are still NOT over it and make it absolutely everyone else's problem.
Until James is invited by Sirius to watch his little brother's band and finds his ex stood at the microphone singing an album worth of songs about their month together in Paris.
