    When Hermes is pulled away from his guardianship over Telemachus and Penelope to rescue Odysseus and bring him home, Antinous gives Telemachus an ultimatum. If Penelope doesn't decide on a suitor that night, then they will choose for her. Terrified for his mother and hoping to buy his father time, Telemachus gives up everything to protect his mom.
