Kirishima ripped him from his thoughts as he answers Denki's question. "You're the only one I can ask. I love Mina but you know she can't keep a secret from anyone." Denki nodded. He was put in a few awkward positions because of Mina's blabber mouth. Kirishima continues. "And Sero... I don't know. I get the feeling he doesn't really care about romance or crushes or anything. You're always flirting with people so I figured maybe you could help me out. Maybe teach me a few things?" Kirishima looks embarrassed to be asking for help with this and Denki looks a little surprised but amused.
"You do know that every time I flirt with someone I get rejected, right? You've witnessed it so many times."
Kirishima runs a hand through his hair and leaves it resting on the back of his neck. "I know but you have the confidence to keep trying. That's where I lack. Maybe if you teach me a few things then I'll be able to kind of go from there?" He seems unsure but he doesn't have any other options.
Denki observes Kirishima for a moment then sighs. He flops his head back so it's resting on his mattress. "I'll try, dude, but I honestly don't think I'll be much help."

"Would you want to do it?" Bakugou snaps his head up to look at Denki with wide eyes.
"What?!" Denki shrugs, a little amused by Bakugou's reaction.
"It would make the most sense, really. I'm the least likely to actually fall for you and you will obviously never fall for me so it's the safest option." He shrugs again, like it's obvious. Bakugou looks like he wants to say something but he bites his tongue.
"You're stupid..." He grumbles out instead. Denki goes to reply but gets cut off. "Fine. But only for a little bit and there will be rules." Bakugou huffs out quietly. Denki looks at him with a shocked expression.
"Are you being serious?! I figured you'd turn it down immediately!" Bakugou glares at him.
"I don't back down from anything. I can handle a little hand holding if it means people getting off your case." Bakugou appears to be blushing but Denki assumes he's seeing things. Bakugou would never blush, especially because of Denki. The electric boy can't help but grin.
'Oh. This is going to be fun.'

Denki got his heart broken and Katsuki is a good friend

Kaminari thinks he hears wrong, but when he looks up at Kirishima, he sees curious eyes pinned on him.
“Do you hear the words you're putting together?” He gawks, “Bakugou on a date? With me? Are you crazy?!”
“I don’t know man,” Sero chimes in, “It kind of seems like a date now that I think about it. You guys literally went to the city together, took photos at the beach, got food that he paid for-”
“Because I didn’t have my wallet!” Kaminari squeaks.OR: Kaminari just wanted to take a trip into the city on Class 1A's day off. It becomes an accidental date with Bakugou Katsuki and now both of them are dealing with some unexpected feelings. Taking a train to the city, going to a market, and walking on the beach is just the beginning.

Denki peeks up from his hiding spot. Mina’s eyes sparkling with her proposal. She always got too creative when their shifts were slow. Denki braces for impact—“If the next person who comes in is cute, you have to ask them out.”
His lips tighten. It was a bad idea. A horrible one even. However, his singleness pulls at the pit of his heart and the boredom. Mostly the boredom. He stands up straight, taking her bait. “Okay, what do I get if I do it?”
“A cute person’s number,” she offers happily.
---When Denki agrees to a bet from Mina during a slow shift, he wasn’t actually expecting the hottest guy on the planet to come in. He still rises to the challenge to try to ask him out.
