“Are you afraid?”
This made him scoff, looking off to the side almost rolling his eyes in disbelief. “I've killed more people than I could count, in my first game and in yours. I've killed my own guards–”
“I wasn't talking about killing.” Gihun stepped closer, looking at him once again. “Are you afraid to lose me, Inho?”

Summary
When Gi-hun wins an all-expenses paid trip to a remote ski lodge in Gangwon province for a week, it seems that his luck is finally starting to take a turn for the better.
But amid snow-covered mountains and dense trees, gradually, strange things begin to happen at the lodge; inexplicable noises emanating from the walls, a dark figure stalking the lodge hallways at night, and the persistent sensation that something is watching him.
In the midst of it all, a warm, steadying hand is gripping his shoulder, anchoring him and cutting through the accusatory stares like a honed blade. It feels like salvation.
“For what it’s worth, I still trust you, Gi-hun.”

Summary
An eye for an eye, that's how the saying goes right?
For Seong Gi-hun, it's an eye for a debt. Amongst other things. His situation only seems to get worse and worse until he wakes up after part of his liver is forcibly taken, a man at his bedside with a baby in his arms.
This man is Hwang In-ho, who's wife managed to live because of Gi-hun's donation to give birth to their daughter before passing away shortly after due to complications. Now, his baby girl and Gi-hun are the only people In-ho has left as he juggles being a single parent and paying back Sunshine Capital.
