“Good to see you awake, amor,” the second figure says softly, reaching over Oscar’s body to press a button.
Amor?
When Oscar’s eyes finally start functioning normally, he suddenly wishes they weren’t.
If his eyes weren’t working, he wouldn’t have to see Carlos goddamn Sainz’s face way too close to his. Oscar is accustomed to those big brown eyes being narrowed at him in irritated slits- but instead, chocolate irises are filled with concern as they study Oscar’s face, the tan skin around Carlos’ eyes crinkling as they seem to devour the sight of Oscar.
Before Oscar’s mind can catch up to why he’s in the hospital, and more importantly, why the bane of his Formula 1 existence is in the hospital room with him, looking at him like that, he hears a door open.

Summary
Charles is a man of many talents, Pascale is proud to say- he's an absolute genius with anything marketing related, he's a prodigy with the piano, he does the odd modelling gig here and there, and he's got an uncanny knack for understanding automotive engineering, despite how absolutely irrelevant it is to him. Many would say that Charles could do anything and everything he wanted to, as long as he put his mind to it- with one exception.
Charles can't cook for shit- and it isn't from his lack of trying, or a lack of Pascale attempting to teach him.
The sixth time Pascale's middle child sets off the university dorm's smoke alarm in a futile attempt to cook dinner, she decides to put her foot down before Charles is arrested for suspicion of arson.
The weekly Leclerc family dinner is born- a family dinner which quickly turns into yap central. Charles is Chief Yap Officer, Arthur is his co-host, and Lorenzo gets vertigo from how often he rolls his eyes at his two younger brothers.
Pascale is just happy to be there, and spend time with her three sons.

Summary
As a bisexual, Lando wasn’t blind to the Dutchman’s defined angles- that jawline? Sharp enough to cut diamonds. Those eyes? Ethereal. If Professor M. E. Verstappen had any game whatsoever, Lando was sure that he’d be an absolute menace.
The thing was, Professor Verstappen seemed to be hell-bent on homewrecking Lando's thesis advisor's marriage. Professor Leclerc was a precious baby angel who had to be protected at all costs. As a good mentee, Lando couldn't allow Charles to be seduced by the Dutch menace. Charles talked about his husband Max way too much for Lando to allow this to happen. He had to save Charles from the hot but rizzless engineering professor at all costs. Lando can't bear the thought of Charles being swept away from his doting, loving, and probably insanely hot Formula 1 engineer husband by a guy who probably gets off on history quiz nights.
All Oscar can say by the end of it all is that Lando really should've added Charles on Facebook before meddling- but Lando's shenanigans do make for great entertainment.

Summary
George loved being the director of the Grand Prix Drivers’ Association- he took pleasure in creating the Rookie introduction to F1 slideshow every year (Brocedes and SebMark had been particularly fun to find images for), and he loved officiating meetings.
The Brit just wished he didn’t have to officiate this particular meeting.
The Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc duo sowed enough terror on track, and that was mostly purely towards each other. George was not particularly enthused about pursuing this particular conversation about off-track behavior with them, but he did sign up for his post as the GPDA director.
What George did not sign up for, however, was dealing with Lestappen’s antics off-track.
George knew that this meeting was going to make the meeting about the Singapore Parking Lot Incident look like a chat about the weather.
The Brit doesn't know whether he is going to burst into laughter or into tears before this meeting concludes- but he has no choice but to find out.
He ends up discovering something else in the process too.
