In this Short Story, Lan Qiren and Lan Xichen place Wangji under house arrest after finding out he went to visit Wei Wuxian at the burial mounds. They had enough of this nonsense and decided that they would go talk to Wei Wuxian once in for all, and tell him that what he is doing is wrong!
What will happen when they finally see what Wangji has been trying to tell them all this time?
What will happen when they see the true intentions of Wei Wuxian and it was never to start a war, but to save people's lives.

Summary

His bad luck turns around when he stumbles onto a fellow student, Lan Zhan, whose family lives in a nearby temple and practices ancient cultivation techniques.
