For a long time now, he has dealt with this thing while being Choi Beomgyu of Tomorrow x Together. Which, arguably, has made dealing with it a million times harder than it would’ve been if he was always just Choi Beomgyu, plain and simple. Yet even on the days that dealing with it feels like everything in his world is crashing down around him, he still doesn’t regret it, and he still can’t bring himself to let it go. It’s part of him.
For a long time now, he has gotten up every day as Choi Beomgyu of Tomorrow x Together. Or just, Beomgyu. And for a long time now, he has gotten up every day, a fool for Choi Yeonjun.

Soon-to-be divorcee Choi Yeonjun and his conquest of love at the ripe age of thirty-four (going on thirty-five) with his lawyer — Choi Beomgyu, twenty-seven; soon-to-be in love with his first big client. It doesn't help that Yeonjun has a gay husband (with two alpha boyfriends) who supports them.

Yeonjun remains staring at the phantom of where Beomgyu had been by the door, heart beating faster than it had any right to be. When he manages to collect himself enough to turn off the light and pull the covers over his body, panic settles into his bones. He’s hit by the jarring, sudden, and rather devastating realisation that Choi Beomgyu may just be the most beautiful person Yeonjun has ever laid eyes on. He’s then hit by several realisations that are rather worse.
1) Choi Beomgyu is stunning.
2) Choi Beomgyu is Soobin's—Yeonjun’s best friend’s—little brother.
3) Choi Beomgyu is off limits.
And 4) despite this, Yeonjun really, really, badly, shamefully, desperately wants him.The final realisation is that, by his own doing, Yeonjun is stuck in The Choi Household for a month and a half. With Choi Beomgyu.
Yeonjun really needs another fucking cigarette.

Summary
Yeonjun snaps at Beommgyu for being loud and wishes he would shut up. Beommgyu wakes up having lost his voice overnight for no reason. Yeonjun feels the quietness weighing his heart down. This wasn't what he wanted, he wishes he could hear Beomgyu's laugh one more time.
