Summary
Yoo Joonghyuk, the captain of the mighty Sky Breaker, and his first mate Kim Dokja are like oil and water — if they’re not arguing then they’re more likely unconscious or dead. From an outsiders perspective, it would seem like the ship would sooner burn down under their dual management, but when the situation is dire they become more in sync than anyone else on the seven seas.
The… situations they often find themselves in are an entirely separate beast — what would normally lead to either an exchange of feelings or a brutal rejection, they instead deal with by avoiding the topic (Yoo Joonghyuk) and completely expunging the events from his mind (Kim Dokja).
It’s only a matter of time until one of them gets pushed too far to ignore it though… right?

Ghost’s heart twists recalling the memory, feeling a piece of himself ripped out of his chest as he felt Soap’s soul crossover. One of his more miserable talents, feeling when the people around him die.
“You did,” Ghost mumbles, running his thumb along the side of Soap’s hand. “Fuck, Johnny, you died."
