Summary
On Madame Yu's whim, Wei Wuxian is forced to transfer to the Could Recesses High School – Facility for Challenged Youth in Need of Special Attention, more widely known as simply ‘Delinquent High’, the school with the harshest discipline and worst pupils in the whole country.
He tries his best to blend in with the students and get used to the strict teachers and their devious methods of keeping their students in line. But little by little, he feels himself slipping and a scream is building up in his chest. Nothing is going well and he feels exhausted and broken deep inside.
Luckily, he still manages to find a few friends who will gladly catch him before he can fall completely. It is also helpful that Lan Xichen had long been on the self-proclaimed quest of closing the Facility for Challenged Youth in Need of Special Attention for good. -

It’s quaint, in a nauseating sort of way. Polished floors glint from the gleaming honeycomb chandeliers overhead, make him squint. A few vases sprinkled here and there, filling the room with a sickeningly sweet scent – even a waffle-cone headrest framing the silken sheets of a neatly-tucked bed. Outside, the golden sun gleams, the gentle rays of light spilling past curtains that waver in the afternoon breeze.
It's meant to be beautiful. Luxurious. Welcoming.
