Summary
Shidou extends a hand that Sae, in extreme confusion at what to do with it and after some glances between the palm and Shidou’s smile, takes. Then, he looks up in question.
With one brush of Shidou’s thumb over his knuckles, Sae almost gives in. Almost. He is so tired. He so wishes he was still someone who used to allow himself to be cared for. He tries tentatively squeezing Shidou’s hand, but twitching is all his fingers can do.

When Shidou Ryusei and Mikage Reo find themselves heartbroken and miserable at the same godawful house party, they land on one obvious solution: fake date each other to make their respective almost-lovers jealous.
