“Potter!”
Boris bounded forward like an over-excited golden retriever, coffee forgotten. Theo was on his feet already and met him halfway, throwing his arms around his friend without hesitating. That was even more satisfying, feeling Boris freeze with shock, because Theo hadn’t initiated any physical contact between them without the comfort of darkness or drugs in, well, ever. It lasted less than a second before Theo felt the air being squeezed from his lungs in the best way. He held onto it, held onto Boris, for perhaps a few seconds longer than was socially acceptable. He didn’t care, just grinned into the knit hat.

When he opens his eyes again, he thinks he must be dead already, must not have noticed it happening amidst all the pain and the screams and the chaos. This is because Peter is there above him, looking horrified and afraid, and Peter, he knows, is dead.
I’m sorry, Edmund wants to say to him, but he can’t force the words out past the blood in his mouth. He grasps at Peter’s wrist instead, and is surprised to find it solid.
He’s not dead, as it turns out, and neither is Edmund.
It takes Edmund a long time to start believing that.

The king in the image was both a stranger and eerily familiar. He had dark hair, the same shade as Susan’s own, and a sharp, angular face. He wore a silver crown on his head and his clothes were fine, edged with silver embroidery. A sword hung at his waist, a shield over his arm. He stared out of the stone with piercing dark eyes, spearing Susan with a look that struck her to her soul. He was so familiar that it ached, but Susan was equally sure she’d never seen him before. “Who is he?” she asked.
Edmund sighed. “That’s me. Biologically, that will be me fourteen years from now. In my memories, that was me one year ago. For the Narnians, that was me thirteen hundred years ago.”
Susan’s head was spinning. She tried to focus on what on earth he meant by thirteen hundred years, but was caught up on the one word she didn’t know. “What are Narnians?”
OR: Edmund, not Lucy, was the first one to enter the wardrobe and came out mentally fifteen years older, as an entirely different person. One year later, his siblings are about to find out what exactly transpired in the strange land called Narnia where their brother was once king.

As Caspian and Edmund are discussing starting a search party come morning, and Reepicheep is insisting that they press on, Lucy hears a very faint noise in the brush behind them. Just then something sharp and cool and likely metal has been set lightly against the back of her neck and a voice she knows almost as well as her own commands, “Don’t move.”
Lucy cannot see who stands behind her, but she doesn’t need to. She knows, though she can hardly believe it; stands frozen in shock as the others wheel round, reaching for weapons before they stumble to dumbfounded halts. Caspian is open-mouthed. Lucy is grinning.
Edmund says, wonderingly, “Susan?”

Together, the friends of Narnia grapple with one of life's hardest questions: the Problem of Pain.
May, 1947: Due to the sudden on-set of crippling anxiety in the form of intrusive thoughts regarding morality and religion, Lucy is sent home early for the summer holidays. Peter attempts to understand the source of her illness and offer relief.

In one of those realms, Gyrus falls victim to a trap in which the timers to the shadow hour don’t move. Stuck in a cave under thousands of feet of rock, he finds a pool that offers him his heart’s desire: a way to see Kodya again.

It has been years since the train crash, and Susan Pevensie is finally getting her life on track. She is an english teacher that partakes in ordinary, non-magical activities. That is, until, one of her students (who happens to resemble her younger sister) writes a story that feels all too familiar. She finds herself grappling with her past with memories that she had thought were make-believe starting to resurface.
She finds Narnia calling to her again. Why? After all this time, after everything that has happened…she was hesitant to return. Unfortunately for her, Narnia does not relent. It seeps into her everyday life until she can not ignore it anymore. With the people of Narnia trapped in an endless sleep, she feels compelled to go and help one last time. That’s what her siblings would have done, and long ago it is what she would have done too.

As the 100-Year Winter sets in, Delilah is plagued with sleeping spells that allow her to slip forward in time without aging. Meanwhile, her waking days are filled with prophetic fits. Perhaps there is more to her connection to Aslan than meets the eye. She is set in limbo as she takes on the daunting task of trying to rally hope in Narnia under the White Witch's rule.
She is tasked with the critical role of turning the tide in the fight against the White Witch. But she's not so sure she can.
What does it mean to be Aslan's daughter? To be his legacy? To be his...weapon?
Who is Delilah, Daughter of Aslan, warrior and prophetess?
And who is she to the Pevensies? An advisor, a traitor, a sister, a lover?
