Her mother's face turns away from her father as she speaks softly to another bundle in her other arm. Seems like she was a twin here. She only caught a few words "...name...Izuku..." which sounded familiar but eluded her somehow. Adapting to all these changes left no time even think about familiarity. Her mother's face came back into view as she spoke directly to her other baby. Her voice was subdued and slow enough for her to make out the words.
"And you, my darling, will be named Ishi. Midoriya Ishi."
Oh, she thinks, I should've recognized the green hair.
