Summary
After another day of work turns up fruitless, Ford decides he should get some sleep for the first time in three days. He wakes up in the middle of the night to see the younger, de-aged version of Stanley trying to sneak into bed with him to sleep.
When he asks Stan what in the world he's doing, Stanley mumbles something about having nightmares and asks if he can just stay with him for the night. Strangely, he won't talk when pried further so Ford reluctantly obliges. He watches over his now younger brother as he sleeps and learns some very uncomfortable new information about their past.
By the time the sun comes up, he vows that he'll never let his brother go again.Part 1 of the Dad Ford AU :D

Summary
Ford comes through the portal just like in the show but he is severely injured. Instead of fighting, in their first moment reunited, Stan has to try to heal his brother and explain by himself what happened to the twins. Because people are more introspective and forgiving when they are hurt, their reunion is a little bit softer.
