Summary
It’s been a year and some months since Sanemi got married, and he doesn’t think he’s changed that much during that time. Sure, he’s got a mating bite on his neck, and he’s more patient, far more than he’s ever been in his life, but that’s about it, at least if you ask him.
But, as of late, everyone around him seems to be looking at him like he suddenly grew horns and a damn tail in the past twelve months, much to his wife's amusement.

Summary
Sanemi is banished to the Swordsmith Village for a month as punishment for fighting. He doesn’t expect to find much in the village, and as soon as his sword is fixed, he’s leaving and not looking back. Fate is quick to let him know that he couldn't have been more wrong.

Summary
“The master mentioned that you were looking to get mated soon,” Sabito says, and Sanemi is instantly on the offensive because that’s just who he is as a person and swordsman. “He said you’re looking for a mate, a wife.”
Yes, Sanemi did tell the master that, but he didn’t think the master was going to mention it to the other Hashira. Well, not like he cares anyway. He just hates when other people know his business aside from the master, that’s all.
“What about it?” Sanemi asks, a little irritated and still a whole lot defensive.
Sabito, despite Sanemi’s bad attitude, smiles, always one to try and keep the peace like Kyojuro. His scent stays calm, and Sanemi doesn’t understand how he manages to do that all the damn time. He really is the ideal alpha, unlike Sanemi.
“I might know someone for you,” Sabito confesses. “Someone who’s looking for a mate as well, a husband.”

Summary
It was a routine mission that really shouldn't have developed into a situation. So of course it developed into a situation. But to be fair, how was Kyojuro ever supposed to predict a Blood Demon Art that could transform him into a cat? But it's fine, all he has to do is get to Shinobu and surely she can fix it.
He did not plan on running into Akaza, or to find out that Akaza has a soft spot for cats. He definitely did not plan on Akaza deciding to keep him, and tell him all about the wonderful slayer he adores.
Honestly, becoming a cat has become the least of his concerns.
