You see the body through the throne rooms doors. It looks like a marble statue. Bleach white and perfectly still where it lays at the foot of the King.

Summary
Miquella stood over the carnage of his two strongest siblings' finest battle. Bodies lay scattered in pieces with their flesh bubbling with rot. Others crushed beneath thrown rocks and blades so dull they barely qualified as refined weaponry anymore. Admits it all the Great General Radahn, crawls like a meek serpent towards their slumbering sister on the other side of this new wasteland.
Miquella's blade had failed him. Her power finally finding a match in their kin's fury. Radahn would kill her with his bare hands, and the succumb to the final wave of rot that would spew forth from her mangled body.
Truly a disgusting disappointment.
