Summary
Nobody knows Kai is stuck in a time loop whenever an important event that could shape the course of history occurs.
And, when he finally hits his breaking point, he runs.
But he's back, now.
So why doesn't he feel like he's back home?

Trying to tell your friends (brothers) the truth is hard. He's done it before, multiple times (usually not on his terms), and it usually gets them all killed.
But now they know he's keeping secrets, Kai knows that he has to tell them. Without a time loop as a fail-safe.
He has to do it now, when nothing is changing.
