As a first responder, Eddie knew it wasn't even remotely true, but emergencies just felt worse once the Sun set over the Los Angeles’ horizon.
The lightning strike went through Buck while the city was plunged in the dark. It had felt this way, at least for Eddie, an almost never-ending night he wouldn’t have come back from if Buck had not woken up.
