Summary
— Attran, what are you doing? We’re gonna leave you behind. — they yelled while running up the long slope that guided them out of the city.
Without paying attention to the noise around him, the figure of a man looked down the streets.
For most, it was the image of hell. It was the exact reproduction of chaos, in its purest form.
Not for him.
This man, foreign to the suffering as he was, stared as the flames climbed high in the sky with a spark in his eyes. He watched the fire take over the streets and destroy his city while the faintest of the smiles formed through the thin features of his face.
That was not a destruction scenery, was the witnessing of a beautiful painting being created. The flames that swallowed the stone sidewalks spreaded out, thirsty for more space. Just like paint being poured in a clear background, the fire, shining in tons of red, yellow and blue, covered his country, as for it was nothing more than a white canvas, waiting for a skilled enough painter to show.
It was a wonderful sight.

OR, Peter Parker has been frozen in a basement for forty years and now has to figure out how to adapt to life in the twenty first century.
Luckily he had people like Bucky Barnes and Steve Rodgers to show him the ropes, and a reluctant Tony Stark to teach him how to get his new spider-like powers in check.

But this ‘parenting Peter Parker’-thing, he had it figured out to a tee. It was mostly all about nodding or shaking your head at the right moments, and using turtle videos as a strange sort of reward system. And if anything backfired; letting Pepper take the fall.
