Summary
Almost all of the family is out patrolling and there’s a certain peace they get whenever that happens. Maybe it’s because they all feel a sense of safety with family fighting by their side, Bruce doesn’t know.
What he does know is that on nights like these, Tim and Damian manage to get along for the most part, Steph and Cass balance each other out while still having fun, Babs doesn’t seem as exhausted, Jason snaps a little less, Dick is all smiles and more and chatting fills the coms whenever they’re not in active battle.
Or: Every fic writer needs to turn their faves into a child. It's a requirement.

Summary
Bruce gets to experience the wonder years of toddlerhood with a son he’s already failed once before. He’s determined not to do it again.
Meanwhile, Dick is planning Jason’s future career in football, Tim is being force-fed soggy snacks from sticky toddler hands, Damian is already trying to teach Jason to read and tie his shoes, and Cass has become the champion of older sisters everywhere. Stephanie is very busy taking pictures for a commemorative album, of course. It’s totally not blackmail at all, Tim, c'mon, but yes obviously she'll share.
Or, the one where Jason makes a mysterious wish and ends up a toddler and maybe quite possibly and inadvertently brings his family back together. Maybe the real bonding experience was all the baby proofing we did along the way.
