Summary
Ren Amamiya is a transfer student with a criminal record and the leader of the Phantom Thieves. When he is taken into police custody and interrogated by prosecutor Sae Niijima, Ren starts to recall his relationship with Makoto Niijima, the student council president of his new school. As Ren struggles to sort through his memories and make a timeline of how he got to where he is, he starts retracing his relationship with both Makoto and his best friend from back home, Nanako Dojima, ever since he got to Tokyo. Hopefully he recalls everything before it's too late since he senses that he has a reason for being in interrogation in the first place. Whatever that reason is, it lies in his memories, and to go through his memories, Ren has to go through police interrogation... Not too hard though, right?

But truth be told, it was nothing like that at all. Instead, she was just falling.
