A giant billboard with their faces on it, the picture being one of the many photos that was taken just this morning for their comeback teaser. The background was a simple orange one, not taking attention away from the girls. Zoey to the left, Rumi in the middle and Mira on the right, with Mira’s hand on Rumi’s back and Rumi’s hand on Zoey’s, with her hand on top of Rumi’s. Mira and Zoey looked amazing, as always, but Rumi…
“Oh Rumi.” Zoey gasped. “I’m so sorry.”
Rumi’s patterns were completely edited out of the photo. Her demon side, her growth all erased, like everything that she’d been through, especially on the night of the Idol Awards, never happened at all.

Summary
His mind sped through everything that had happened in the Tournament of Sources. The feelings of inferiority he felt the whole time because he was the only Ninja there without a power. The waves of doubt when Ras claimed to speak truth to things that seemed way too far-fetched, only to be hit with stab after stab of betrayal when those things turned out to be right after all.
If he was right about what he needed for Spinjitzu, if he was right about the trick Sora pulled at the battle of the Blood Moon, if he was right about Master Wu causing The Merge, then… surely he must be right about his parents too?
Fresh off of the events that happened at the end of the Tournament of Sources, Arin is left alone only with an unconscious enemy turned reluctant ally, a mysterious ghost that seems to know quite a bit about Master Lloyd, and his own thoughts. And that's not exactly a stellar combo of company.

On any other day, she never hesitated to braid and tie her hair in the same way she had for years and years, ever since it was long enough for Celine to style in this way. Was it uncomfortable in the beginning? Yes, but such is the life of a K-pop superstar (and demon hunter). Beauty is pain, is what every woman would hear at least once in her life.

Ever since he was a young Serpentine, Frak had always done his best to be brave.
It wasn’t always easy, like how since he was one of the only Serpentine in a school otherwise full of humans, he’d sometimes catch wind of a less than nice comment about his species, either from his own classmates or their parents. Or the fact that he was a loud and proud Ninja fan, which, while it was very common to be a fan of Ninjago’s heroes, being a geek about it like he was was very much deemed uncool in the eyes of his peers.
But Frak’s parents, lawyers and activists for Serpentine rights, taught him to take pride in his heritage and identity. And the Ninja, especially Master Cole Brookstone, his favourite Ninja ever, taught him to stand up to all those cruel and unjust.

Well. Today may just very well be the worst day of Anne Boonchuy’s life.
Not only was she betrayed by Sasha, Andrias and Marcy all in the span of a few hours, Sprig, her best friend in any world, was thrown out of the flying castle, possibly never to be seen again, and she somehow gained weird glowing blue powers that allowed her to go super-saiyan on Andrias, but unfortunately, those powers came at a cost.
Namely, her right arm.

Ekko didn’t hear anything after ‘couples discount’, his mind zeroing in on those two words. Beside him, Jinx raised an eyebrow and looked off at something in the distance. Just one of the many looks she wore when she was thinking of something.
Ekko thought she was going to tell the nice, unassuming cashier that they weren’t actually a couple using roughly the same words that the two had to use on far, far too many people over the years that they weren’t dating. Whatever happened to a boy and girl just being best friends?
But instead, Jinx makes a big show of looping her right arm through Ekko’s left, both arms grabbing onto his arm, and flashing the cashier a sweet, innocent smile as her head came to rest on Ekko’s shoulder.
“Yep! Soooo happily in love. Ekko honey, be a dear and pay this nice cashier already?”

“Everyone in the Undercity knows, how can anyone not know them?” His gaze was trained on him now, big brown eyes that Ambrosius could get lost in forever– nope. Don’t do that. “Where did you find this?”
Ambrosius frowned at him. “There was an attack. This is evidence. Look, I need proof if I’m to believe what you’re saying about this criminal.”
“Well, I could get it for you, just not from in here.” Ballister scoffed.
That made the knight snicker at the insinuation. “In what mad world would I trust someone like you?”

“Lucky for you, yes. Just on my way to Pigsy’s Noodles to order lunch for my parents. They’ve taken quite a liking to the food there, the wonton noodles especially. I assume you're headed there too?”
“Mmmm. I hear that!” Mei replied. “And uh… I was actually on my way to the park first before going to Piggy’s.” Mei looked a bit sheepish when she said that, which Red Son raised an eyebrow at in confusion. They gathered that the girl wasn’t one to feel sheepish about doing anything.
“Interesting. Don’t people usually avoid parks when they’re cold and full of snow and ice?”

Katara turned back around, a small smile on her face. “Well? How do I look?”
Her expression held a bit of shyness, but also confidence, a little like she already knew the answer.
Instead of giving a normal compliment like “that dress looks amazing!” or “you look really pretty!” Aang had this to say instead:
“Like a really beautiful mermaid.”
Katara hadn’t stopped smiling, but her eyes blinked rapidly in surprise. Aang cringed and mentally hit his face with his hand. Why did he say that?!
Katara giggled. “A mermaid huh? Haven’t heard that one before.” Her smile had gotten bigger now. “Well, thank you Aang.”
And with that, well, how could Aang not smile back?
Aang, a advertising student at Ba Sing Se University of the Arts and Katara, a fashion design student, help each other with their midterm assignments.

“Blake, baby.” Yang closed the distance between them to gently hold Blake’s chin. “Are you okay?”
“Yes! Yes, I’m fine, just thought of something we could maybe do together, but it’s so silly and it’s definitely too soon in our relationship to–”
“Blake.” Yang cut off her nervous rambling with a chuckle. “What is it that you wanted to do with me?”
Blake chewed on her lower lip, another nervous tic, and took a deep breath and looked her in the eyes to summon her courage.
“I was wondering if… you'd like to shower together?”

Yang laughed loudly and well, Blake couldn’t even pretend to be offended when the person laughing so merrily and beautifully was her girlfriend, so she’d taken to looking instead.
His hair fanned out underneath his head, framing it in a messy golden halo. Blake wanted so badly to brush those hairs, smoothen them out, and her heart skipped a beat when she realised she could now, could do that and so much more.
So she did, and though it helped Yang to calm down from his little laughing fit, the shine in his eyes and his grin didn’t fade away. And as Blake was staring at him from above, all she could think about was how beautiful he was.
So charming, so pretty…
“So handsome.” and Blake hadn’t realised she uttered that out loud until she saw her partner’s eyes grow wide.
