Summary
Perhaps this was a good sign. A step in the right direction and away from his downwards spiral of uuuggghhhh. Because the way Mettaton saw it, he now had one of two options.
One: retreat to the lukewarm comforts of a lumpy couch until he became one with the cushions and waited until the inevitable heat death of the universe collapsed onto him to finally end the soul-crushing boredom.
Or two: watch whatever the hell was on his newly acquired TV.
Alone and bored to death, Mettaton looks for a way to pass the time while the Internet is down. Good news, he does. Bad news... uh, it’s totally normal to want to kiss your recently acquired TV, right? (asking for a friend, haha...)

One year has passed! One year since that mysterious boy, that strange little rockstar had changed the course of history for Vandelay Technologies. And it was all the time the company needed to bring undo the mistakes made by others, and return the Vandelay name to its former glory. And with the upcoming Project Armstrong Re-launch Festival, things couldn’t be more perfect for the company and the heroes who occupy it.
Or at least… things were meant to be perfect. But unfortunately to those ignorant to the problems aboard TranStar’s greatest achievement, Talos-1, they will soon become VERY acquainted with their problems. Especially when an escape pod full of problems crashes onto that peaceful little island.
But surely these problems won’t become big enough to cancel the ambassador’s concert.

Leigh has always been a little abrasive. She can be a bit.. bloodthirsty at times, and is quick to raise her voice. She accepted this about herself a long time ago.
But when the woman she’s weathering the apocalypse with actually takes her up on one of her *many* threats, Leigh realizes two things:
One, that if Hellen were ever actually mad at her, Leigh would be finely diced in an instant
Two: that Leigh would absolutely love that.
Aka Leigh is bad at flirting and Hellen is like “damn this bitch HATES me wtf did I do??”
