Summary
Tony and Rhodey, fresh out of MIT, are shocked to find out that a distant relative left Tony a huge, expansive estate upstate. Rhodey thinks he should just sell it. But Tony, being the genius he is, wants to make it into a B&B for them to run together as partners. Sure it needs work...rewiring, updating the plumbing, a coat of paint or two--and a few ghosts, of course.

After her last visit to Asgard with Jane, Darcy decides to try out the magical trinket she was given as a gift. She didn't know what she expected to happen, but it certainly wasn't this. When she woke up the next day, she couldn't tell if what happened to her was real. And she certainly didn't expect it to get around the tower.

Summary
Batman being hit by a spell from a third rate villain really shouldn't have caused any issues. Except for the fact that he was hit with a love spell that was intent on making him fall in love with Superman. Of course. Perhaps it would have been less of an issue if he wasn't already in love with the Man of Steel.
Or, the one in which Bruce can't be away from Clark for too long and he has to fight off a spell trying to make him act on every Brucie instinct he has ever had.
Or, OR, the one in which they flirt, sleep in the same bed, wake up together- all before they start dating! They take their show on the road to the Daily Planet and subject Lois and Jimmy to the worst pre and post-lunch mating ritual they've ever seen. Not to mention briefly subjecting all of Bruce's kids to their dad being grossly in love.

“Are you serious?” Jason said, theatrically. “Right in front of my salad?”
Or: Everyone insists Bruce is flirting with Clark. Clark would like them all to stop saying that, thank you very much.

Summary
Clark swallows, then takes a tentative step forward, then another. Soon, he’s standing right in front of it, his heart pounding in his chest.
He takes a breath, then looks into the crib.
His stomach drops again.
“Oh.”
“I’m so sorry,” Lena says quietly. Her voice shakes a little.
Clark doesn’t reply. His eyes are locked on what’s in the crib, taking in the round cheeks, the small fists, the thick, dark hair.
He doesn’t need to breathe, technically, but he feels like all the oxygen in his lungs has been stolen anyway.
After what feels like an eternity, they scrunch up their face, wiggle a little, yawn, and then slowly open their eyes.
Blue.
Bright, otherworldly blue eyes, just like his own, stare back at him.
