“Homophobe,” Donghyuck said, pointing accusingly at him. “Is that rainbow pin on your apron just decoration? Are you not a barista with dyed hair and pronouns? Your gaydar SUUUCKS.”
“All you talk about is League of Legends!” Renjun said defensively. “I made a perfectly reasonable inference!”
“Never judge a book by its cover,” Donghyuck tutted. “League of Legends is not all I talk about. I play Rummikub too.”

Summary
Not because Donghyeok is effeminate—he isn’t, not exactly—but because they all perform softness when needed, and Donghyeok wears it well. At fan meetings, he lets himself be pulled into the rhythm of it, all fluttering lashes and sugar-coated smiles. He accepts the pet names with ease: oppa, jagiya, sometimes even wife.
And the fans love it. They eat it up. They call him their girlfriend, their pretty little wife, coo over his smooth legs and delicate wrists, laugh when he squeaks like a cartoon and giggle when someone grabs him too roughly.
Jaemin thinks it’s just curiosity at first, but watching turns to wanting, and Jaemin’s never known how to be quiet about what he wants.

"Is that a tongue ring?"
Heat crawls up Donghyeok's neck. "What?"
"I noticed it in class. When you talk." Jaemin's staring at his mouth now. "Does it hurt?"
"No." Donghyeok resists the urge to hide his face. "Not anymore."
