Summary
Zhongli doesn't understand why Childe has been avoiding him ever since the completion of the contract to end all contracts. Much less why the man has appeared emotionally volatile and been drinking himself into a stupor. But, when he learns that it is possible for humans to die from something known as 'alcohol poisoning,' he knows he must act to protect his beloved.
However, things do not go as planned when instead of drinking at home, the Harbinger drinks himself past coherence at Third-Round Knockout. Gaining the attention of a craven worm who is prowling for someone too drunk to consent, the dragon's anger roars. He will protect the man he loves and if the reprobate dares to touch a hair on his head, then he will envy those who face the wrath of the rock, for he will face something far worse.And, no matter the cost, Zhongli will do whatever he can to reunite with his beloved Ajax in the process.
