The criminal was sent to jail, for his crime of committing murder against you.

His signature pompadour was now a curtain of messy, violet locks draping to his shoulders, hence why he had no hesitation in running a shaking hand through it. “...I’ve been in countless situations where I’ve been on the brink of death, or had loved ones killed before my eyes, and yet, I’ve never felt more terrified than today, when I thought I lost you…”
The vision of hours ago was still fresh; he opened his eyes to paint a picture of reality, a portrait of life, and it took (Y/n) caressing his cheek, brushing away a tear from his eye, and presenting a smile that fluttered his heart to ease him.
