Chapter Text
Peace.
After allowing himself to fall and open everything up to a person that wasn’t there anymore. All he felt was peace.
Peace in the quietness.
Peace in the sound of the flowing wind, blowing past the window, past everything but still managing to blow and flow so strongly.
He wished he could be the wind in other’s sails, to inspire and help them grow as cookies! Yet he can’t even GROW himself as a cookie.
Laying on down, he felt how the room to him, felt as if it’s change and swallow throw him out without hesitation.
Gingerbrave with some frustration and time, eventually peeled off the covers, and went to stand up.
He started falling, processing when said wind was blasting him in the face.
He looked back up to find nothing.
The ground is gone and so is everything else.
This is gonna be a long fall, isn’t i-
Sadly, he didn’t get to finish that thought, for the ground had made it’s grand entrance to his face.
His head was ringing and he could hear footsteps coming into the room, realizing that he has NO idea where the hell he is, went to arm himself with his trusty candy ca-
A lollipop.
It’s red.
___
Gingerbright rested with Strawberry and Skater, all exhausted from the daily adventures they go on daily, though, truth be told, it’s strange that they have 4 rooms for only 3 people.
Maybe Zombie Cookie would enjoy a room of their very own! It’s be a great learning experience for them, and it’s be better than in the ground in the front yard. And then-
A crash, crashing her train of thoughts to meet a crashing halt, as she got up to see if anything in her room had fallen over.
Nothing… Strange, she could have swore that something fell…
Maybe it was just Skater falling off his board, after all he had a habit of falling asleep on TOP of his board, it was impressive AND worrying.
She silently exited her room, tip toeing to avoid waking up Strawberry, sneaking over to Skater’s room, creaking open the door, only to find him asleep, perfectly still on the board.
Still worrying. But if Skater didn’t cause that noise, would it be coming from the empty room?
Once again, stealthily creeping around the silent house, (well, not as quiet right now) she grabbed the handle, and twisted it. She entered,
only have a red lollipop thrown violently at her.
