Red Light Vigilantes ch 0
A guard is walking through the halls of a building, he is wearing a black gas mask and a matching black uniform. As he walks the halls he checks through the bars in the doors to see beaten and bloody teens wearing numbered blood stained uniforms in each of them. He continues his walk not batting an eye at the teens until he hears chains rattling and quickening his pace he arrives at the room with the rattling, he looks through the bars and sees nothing the room was empty except for the chains and blood stains.
The guard takes out his key card and opens the door before searching the room without noticing the teenager hanging on the ceiling above him. The teen then drops down and lands on the guard grabbing him in a chokehold as the guard thrashes around trying to get the teen off before he falls to the ground unconscious. The teen then reveals himself as a teenage boy with messy black hair and orange eyes with diamond shaped iris.
The teen then bends down and takes the key card from the guard before walking out and closing the door to the cell. He then walks to the door on his right and knocks on it. “Hey Mike wake up it’s time for us to get out of here” the teen unlocks the door before going off to the one of the left of his former cell. “That goes for you as well Chris , we gotta get out of here.” The teen then moves back as two other teens come out of the cells, from the right comes a teen with slightly messy brown hair and dark purple eyes while the one on the left is younger with green eyes and short brown hair.
The two boys look around before looking at each other and hugging, they then let go and look at the one who freed them. “Thanks Evan” says Mike as the now named Evan moves closer and hugs the both of them for a bit before letting go. “Don’t mention it, now come on we have to figure out a way to the main computer room” he looks to Chris who just nods before closing his eyes as his ears begin to morph elongating into bat ears. He stands still for a few seconds before opening his eyes with his ears going back to normal “three floors up and on the other side.” Says Chris as they all look up at it.
Suddenly an alarm goes off and guards arrive on both sides of them, some of them are holding guns while others have their magic activated. “Welp looks like we should go.” He then has tentacles come out of his wrist and swats the guards on both sides before using them to reach the third floor while Mike makes a portal before jumping into it. Chris is behind him growing wings out of his back along with an odd mask on his face before just flying up.
When he gets there he sees the guards knocked out on both sides and Mike playing with a small portal, making his hands pop out at different places, he stops when his brother arrives and motions to the door. Evan then walks up to it, closes his eyes as slits on his skin open up as multiple tentacles cover his body before he kicks the door open and tanks the blast sent at him before the tentacles unwrap and extend towards them before knocking the two unconscious. The tentacles then retract back into his body as the three enter the room and see multiple computer monitors with different views of what’s going on.
“So this is it huh,anyone got an idea on how to work it?” Mike then turns and instantly jumps back after seeing Evan kneeling down in front of one of the guards with his tentacles retracting out of the man’s head. After they fully retract he gets up and walks over to the computer ignoring the looks the other two were giving him. “Alright I should be able to get the cells open now but it’ll take a minute, think you guys can keep the room safe?” The two of them look at each other before smiling as Mike makes a portal in front of the door and a different mask forms on Chris as energy gathers into his hands. The door is busted open as Chris shoots a blast of energy from his left hand.
Mike then creates a portal to the cell he was in and watches as more guards just run in blindly before closing it right up and going hand to hand and opening random portals on the rest. Chris then goes back to back with him on the catwalk dodging and blasting the ones in the back. Chris then moves over to the door as Mike dropkicks a guard into the rest while making a portal on the other side “Hey Evan, how long is that gonna take?” Evan’s standing in front of the computer tapping his foot waiting as a loading screen was at 99% before reaching 100 he then pulls out a chip and pockets it “Not to long just gotta put in a couple of passwords aaannddd done!” As he says this an alarm goes off alongside the sounds of multiple doors opening. Evan then runs out of the room and jumps into the railing “WERE FREE!”
The next few minutes could only be described as chaos as a small army of captured teens unleash their pent up aggression and fury on their captors on all the levels of the building while slowly climbing up with Evan, Mike and Chris leading the charge forward until they all bust out of the building and scatter.
Timeskip
Evan, Mike and Chris are seen sitting inside a train with some new clothes on. “You know I feel bad for robbing the store on are way out” Evan and Mike just look at Chris for a moment before Evan just goes back to staring out the window and Mike pats his back and “Hey don’t worry about it, we only took enough to get the train tickets so they’ll be fine” Chris begins lighting up at this and then notices something. “Hey Evan I’ve seen you mess with that thing multiple times now but you haven’t said anything about it at all” hearing this Evan looks towards the two then back at the chip in his hand and just pockets it. “Don’t worry about” they then all enjoy the train ride on.
Scene change
In a different building a person is watching footage of the breakout on a screen the area around their hands having ice start to from before they lift up their left hand and a blast of fire goes through the screen and the person walks away grabbing on perse on their way out and pulling out a phone from it revealing multiple dots on it.
