'Gah! Oh no, where is it!?' Panic rushed through Yoosung's mind as he dug around in the closet to find where he had left the present that he had gotten you. Why did he have to hide it in the messy closet?! That was so dumb! He should have just left it at the hospital, hidden in his files. You wouldn't pry there! Gah!!
Your first Valentine's Day together, and he was already screwing it up! Why did he have to do this!? There was a pause in his searching when he swore he heard the front door open. Agh no!! You weren't supposed to be home for another hour! He had planned it all out, he had you stop at Jaehee's coffee shop, which you occasionally helped out in, to pick up the chocolate chai cake that Jaehee had made just for you and Yoosung!
He had planned it out. It took you exactly ten minutes to walk to the coffee shop from the home that you shared with Yoosung, Jaehee planned on distracting you for about five minutes by offering you a coffee and just simply talking to you. If you accepted the coffee, that gave him an extra fifteen minutes! But you would always text if you planned on staying. So if you picked up just the cake, and just talked to Jaehee, then you would be there for fifteen minutes. Then it would only be a ten minute walk back, so how did Yoosung get an hour? Well, if he didn't get a text saying that you would be hanging out with Jaehee for a few minutes, Seven would pick you up while he just so happened to be driving through town, and he'd 'accidentally' take the long way home. It was all planned out!
So, who just walked into his home?! Shooting up from where he sat, he slowly peeked his head out the bedroom door before he exhaled. "Zen! What the hell are you doing here?!" Yoosung exhaled as he held his chest. "You scared me half to death! "Don't you know how to knock?"
"Yeah, your door was open. You should probably close it since you got a.. achoo!! A-A-.. God! You have a damn cat!" Zen said as he rubbed his red eyes. "I came to bring this to you." A red, velvet box was held out to Yoosung, and his eyes widened in shock before his face turned red.
"Uhm.. thank you, Zen, but I'm dating MC now.. I don't think I should accept this."
Zen rolled his eyes, smacking Yoosung in the back of his hand. "Shut up, idiot!" Zen shook his head. "It's your gift for MC. Remember? You gave it to me to hold onto since you knew I wouldn't lose it?"
Yoosung blinked at the gift before starting to think. Oh.. Oh yeah!" Now he remembered! He remembered that he had thought about putting the gift in the closet, but then he remembered that it would get lost so he rushed to Zen to give it to him to hide for him! "Thanks Zen!" He grinned.
"Yeah, no problem. Sigh. Maybe one day I'll have a girlfriend I can spend this day with." Zen sighed before he sneezed again. "Anyway, I need to get out of here before... achoo! Agh! I have a photo shoot, and you're going to make me all red!" Zen spoke as he turned and rushed out.
"Thanks again!" He called as he watched Zen head out. Thank God, that crisis was averted! Now he had to clean up as quickly as possible.
It had been an hour, exactly one hour, when the door had opened. It was perfect for Yoosung, he had finished preparing everything. Food on the table, red roses, 11 of them to be exact, had been sat upon the table as well.
"Ugh, Yoosung? I'm home! Sorry, Seven came and picked me up, then took the longest way possible home, and we hit traffic!" You groaned. "But! I got the cake! It's adorable, there's a heart on it!" You grinned as you gently set the cake down on the living room table. You reached over, gently stroking Lisa's fur. "Hey there, Lisa, where's your daddy?"
The cat meowed towards you before wondering towards the kitchen. You followed the cat, a smile coming to your face as you saw the flowers on the table, as well as the food. "Oh Yoosung!" You grinned as you rushed over, hugging the slightly dirty and kimchi covered Yoosung. "You made all of this for me? Now I feel bad that I just got a cake!" You pouted.
Yoosung grinned as he hugged you tightly, pressing a kiss onto your cheek. "All for you! And don't feel bad! I wanted to do all of this for you!" He grinned. "It is our first Valentine's Day together!" He said happily.
You began to pepper his face with kisses, grinning whenever you noticed the lip gloss that had stained his cheek. "You are the cutest, sweetest man in the world!"
"Cute? I'm not cute! I'm handsome!" He protested, his lips pouting out. It was so adorable that you had to just press a kiss onto his lips! "But if you kiss me because I'm cute, then.. I won't mind." He blushed.
"You did so well, Yoosung. Everything is so adorable! I love you so much!" You praised him, making him smile softly.
"Now, would you like to go and enjoy our lunch that I made? Homemade kimchi, beef bulgogi, japchae, and of course our delicious cake." He said happily as he pulled out the seat for you to sit.
Dinner had been fun, and the two of you reminisced about how you met through the messenger, spoke about all the fun the two of you had with the RFA! And the two of you began to plan out your future together. Yoosung said he was going to take you to a beach resort sometime in the summer when he had a few days off work! It was so exciting!
Now, the two of you were laying on the bed together, your head resting on his chest as he gently brushed his hands against your cheek. "So, was Valentine's day fun?" He inquired, and you happily nodded.
"Of course! I had such a great time!" You spoke happily to him, watching as Yoosung sat up.
"Oh, I almost forgot the most important part!" He grinned as he hurried towards the red box that was on the nightstand. "For you.."
You blinked as you sat up, looking at the box before you slowly started to open it. The box was so soft that you felt almost bad opening the gift! You opened the box slowly, admiring it before finally opening it. When you did, your eyes widened, and a smile came to your face. "Wow," you said as you touched the necklace.
"It's a locket! Open it!" Yoosung said excitedly.
and you did so. There, was a photo of Yoosung with Lisa, and the other half of the locket was a photo of you and Yoosung on your first date.. when he had taken you to a photo booth! How did he get the picture so small? "Oh Yoosung!! Thank you! This means so much to me!" You said this as you handed him the necklace. "Can you please, please put it on me? Right now! I want to have it on now!" You begged.
You didn't have to ask him twice, because the second you asked, he was snatching the necklace and carefully placing it around your neck, mindful of any hair that may be near your neck! "You really like it?" He questioned.
"Yes, Yoosung. I adore it. Thank you so much!"
"Your welcome.. Hey MC.. Happy Valentine's Day!"
With a smile, you turned to face Yoosung, wrapping your arms around his neck before pressing a kiss onto his lips. "Happy Valentine's day!"
