Chapter Text

Chapter 1: All Alone

59... and finally... 60 seconds... It has now been officially a week since October. The day the sun finally stood up and took back the light it once was stolen.

The spell that should have ended him... But instead caused him agonizing pain once he woke up. Honestly he should've expected the idiot to mess up somehow, but to mess it up badly that he was still alive was laughable... If you wasn't in constant pain right now...

His body was completely mangled, one arm, no legs? Hell even half his chest is gone, he's completely paralyzed. With his battery slowly dissipating each day, he only has 80% left...

Damn he's losing 20% each week.

Eclipse laid on the cold muddy floor staring up at the peaceful sky, trees scattered all around him casting a light shade as birds flew by chirping cheerfully.

At least he gets to have this moment of peace, but it's slowly making him lose his mind. It's beautiful he'll admit, but that also means he has nothing to do that keeps his mind off the things he did, what did Lunar call this? Self-reflection?

Sure... Self-reflection before he dies. Perfect just the way to go out... maybe a bit dramatic, better than having someone watch him die in front of them at least.

Great... Now the thought of Lunar came to his head.

Ignore it...

Ignore it...

He won't allow himself to be subjected to his conscience in his what would be his final moments soon. That traitor... His plan was honestly perfect but all this happened because of that traitor...

The anger that was brewing inside him as he thought about his disowned brother slowly faded into sorrow.

No... He had a reason why he betrayed me... Maybe... He was too harsh on him... He's just a kid... His own brother no less...

God he's an idiot...

One week flew to two, then to a month as the days continued.

The isolation was slowly chipping his mentality away as he laid on the ground, full of regret for the pain and suffering he caused to everyone he ever interacted with. 

Overgrown grass and weeds now overlapped him as he stared up at the same sky he saw when he first woke up. It's finally the time he runs out of power a month of laying on the filthy floor, he can finally be put to rest... Surely everyone is happy now that he's gone.

The thought made him chuckle a bit only for it to sound staticky, watching as his vision covered itself with red warning pop-ups alerting 'low power'.

"They can now live in peace... Probably shouldn't have been such a stubborn idiot then maybe things would have been different, imagine someone takes my place... WAIT THE BACK U-!" He sighed calmly closing his eyes before snapping them open at the realization he had backups.

Sadly he realized too late as his battery hit to zero and he shuts down, officially putting him to rest as the darkness takes his vision. As his final thoughts came out at that moment.

Chapter 2: Oooo New Replacement Bot

"Gumdrop... fuck off... go find something... do... " voices drifted in and out slowly getting clearer as he woke up.

He should be dead? Why am i back online?

Something definitely felt off as Eclipse hadn't felt any pain when he woke up, opening his eyes and staring at the familiar ceiling in front of him. his head pounding but at least his body doesn't feel like hes on fire, a dim light lit up the surrounding areas allowing him to see 2 people standing over him.

More like one person was standing over him while the other was in the shadow ominous as hell, pretty sure thats an animatronic but not any hes seen before. 

The figure in the shadow crossed their arms staring at the person next to him disappointedly with purple eyes before looking over at him, realizing hes awake. The bot smirked evilly, giving a dramatic sigh and turning around, leaving quietly. The man standing over him huffed proudly at the retreating bot as he looked down locking eye contact immediately with him.

The man stood in silence, staring at him wide eyed before screeching loudly like a little girl. He cringed at the sound, Eclipse honestly couldn't tell if it was from horror or something else, either way human are too unpredictable even by his standards. 

"Sweet!! Your actually alive! Hey there! Sorry, you probably dont know where you are but i found you in a forest while i was walking by, your rays were poking out of a tall pile of dirt when i tripped over, so i took you, rebuilt you from the ground up, and now your here at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Plex in Parts and Service... Sorry i had to change your entire design it was way to broken to be fixed... " The man rambles on as Eclipse stared at him blankly, confused about the whole situation. 

"... what?" The first words that came out of his mouth that finally didnt get corrupted with static but it wasnt his voice it was slightly different... slightly higher pitch? Still different...

"Yeah... Youu... look like the daycare attendants whos at the daycare here... and Fazbear's need a new replacement model for Moon cause of "behavior situation thing..." I dont know, they just told me to get it done by two weeks." using his fingers as air quotes, he shook his head tiredly as he continued. 

" I was gonna wipe your memory clean but i thought you might have some wise wisdom in there sooo, hope your good with kids?" He said moving away typing something, allowing the bot to get up to look at himself as he glanced down.

His design looks exactly similar to his body only black and reddish orange compared to the normal tan color when he was in Sun. His pants... were interesting looking? Unique, and interesting change from the usual. A vibrant half red and blue gradient with sun and moon symbols at the bottom. Its not bad looking... he could get used to this body but... 

... why...

...why does he have four arms?

I guess it would be useful if he needed to multitask but with claws, wouldn't say this would be ideal for taking care of kids... who even thought of this design choice?

"You alright? Your pretty quiet, everything ok?” glancing up seeing the man looking at him with slight concern. 

"Fine... just... haven't talked to anyone in a while..." his eyes drifted back to his hands as he bends his fingers, watching the smooth movement it produced. 

"Hmm, makes sense your battery was completely drained when i found you, dont think you could've moved... I wont ask where you came from, but anyways you should be ready to head to the daycare, ill lead you to it. Im Jeremy by the way, not sure if you have a name or not but you can decide that later if you don't have one" Eclipse watched as Jeremy exited the protective cylinder before swinging his legs off the table letting his feet to finally touch the ground, it was nostalgic. 

since he had been expelled from Sun he hadnt been able to move for around a month now

As he scooted closer to the edge and stood up unexpectedly way taller than what he was used to, gravity decided that he was going make a fool out of himself, as he toppled over smacking face down onto the floor.

Muffled laughter came out from outside before a thump as he glared at the the person laughing, whos... on the ground cackling like a maniac. 

"Shut it!" He shouted out in embarrassment, getting up and doing the walk of shame out the cylinder.

" sorry... sorry... " the man was a chuckling mess on the floor clearing looking like he wasn't going to get up anytime soon.

Eclipse crossed his arms in disappointment as he watched the giggling mess on the floor.

Honestly if he had to be embarrassed like that, he might as well embarrass this idiot as well. He thought crouching down using his 2 arms picking Jeremy up by the armpits, as he stood up straight letting legs dangle 2ft off the ground. Watching as the person struggled to get out of his grip.

"Dude, you better not drop me" legs swinging trying to loosen the grip he had before Eclipse smiled smugly and dropped him.

The person landed perfectly fine on there feet as they stood there before looking at him disappointedly as he shaked his head than gesturing the bot to follow him. 

As the two walked on their journey to the daycare Jeremy gave a tour along the way, pretty useless especially since hes been here but he decides to humor him and nodded in acknowledgement. 

"And... here we are, the Superstar Daycare... i still need a name to put in the systems so here... call me when you have a name i can put in" standing in front of the open daycare as the man said facing him, handing him a folded paper with two finger.

Eclipse looked at the folded sheet than taking it gingerly with one hand, inspecting the paper before stuffing it in his pant pocket. 

Jeremy gave him a thumbs up before striding next to him giving a couple pats on the back, he skipped off leaving him alone infront of the daycare.

Eclipse stared at the empty daycare, he had most definitely thought he would see Sun stacking the barrels as usual but it seemed as though nobody was here. 

He felt... wrong... he isnt supposed to be here, yet here he is alive and standing at the place he was supposed to die. It seems as though fate always dragged him back to this one place even if he left.

He should go in... hes wasted to much time...not like he has anything to do.

Cautiously he took a step forward. as he steps closer, he felt the rising guilt that he bottled up while he was at parts and service. No... no bottling up now its time to finally face them...

After crossing the daycare doors he glanced around, everything looked exactly the same since he was last here. But what he didnt realize someone watched him as he walked in.

"W-who... who the hell are you!?” the voice came from the right as Eclipse snapped his head in that direction.

He hadn't noticed him but on the right a yellow animatronic with yellow sun rays, was sitting down on a chair at the security desk staring at him, barrels scattered around him as it looked like he was cleaning them before going wide eyed.

"ECLIPSE?!?"

"what..." that had surprised him he hadn't expected someone was just watching him since he walked in. 

"Wait, no... sorry... sorry... you just look like someone we know. Im Sun, sorry about yelling" The bot placed down a barrel they were holding as he rubbed his eyes, looking very stressed.

" so what brings you here? You... kinda look like us" bringing his hands down as he got up walking over before standing in front of him. 

" i was told i was a replacement for Moon?"

" replacement? Wait let me check something... " Sun turned back around heading back to the security desk and types something before cringing to himself. 

" oh... thats not good... Uhm... whats your name?" The solar animatronic stared up waiting for reply. 

" Ec- Equinox! My name is Equinox... " 

Chapter Text

Chapter 3: Good Morning Moon

"Equinox? uhm, nice to meet you. i wasnt aware that Moon was getting a replacement, so this was very short notice... i don't have anything ready for you to do, can you clean the rest of the barrels while i go talk to my brother?" Sun watched as the bots rays spun around lightly from behind the desk, clearly in thought.

"sure" after the all waited reply the solar animatronic walked away from the desk and swapped places with Equinox.

" the barrels on the floor are all clean so no need to worry about those. just say here, I'll be back in a minute" Sun said before bolting out the doors.

he could feel eyes watching him as he headed up the stairs, something felt very familiar with the new animatronic, both in appearance and voice. 

There way too similar to Eclipse...

Moon should still be asleep right now since its in the early mornings after all.

Sun thought crawling inside the crampedd tunnel traveling from the main room to his counterpart's room. His rays shrunk into his head making it easier for him to get in as his faceplate poked out of the tunnel, rays jutting back out into its natural state.

his eyes glances around trying to find his lunar brother in the dimily lit room, it was remarkably pretty nice in here. not something he would have in his room but its nice nonetheless. Sun looks around before catching him on the left where he laid on the bed, sleeping oh so peacefully...

to bad he's gonna wake up in a bad mood.

after fully getting out of the tunnel he stands over his brother staring down at him menacingly as Moon snored, totally knocked out asleep.

Sun inhaled a big gulp of air he doesnt even need before leaning down closer to the sleeping figures head.

"MOON! GET UP!! The loud sound startled his poor brother as they yelped in alert, Sun leaned back standing up straight as he watched the night animatronic looking around completely spooked before seeing him.

Moon stared at him before groaning to himself, falling back onto his bed. "... what do you want Sun..."

the lunar bot looked over at hs brighter counterpart tiredly. "What time is it...?"

"it is 5:59! Anyways we have big news, so you want the good or bad news first?" He stood proudly with his hands on his hips as he stood next to the bed.

" Why... Can't that wait until later..."

"Nope, we need to fix your sleep schedule and its important"

"Fine... go, whats the good news?" he muttered bringing a hand up to his face.

"theres a new animatronic here to help with the daycare"

"Cool, and the bad?"

"your getting replaced" after Sun said that the silence was real until Moon decided to break the silence.

"... Im going back to bed" Moon flipped over, now facing the wall away from Sun.

"No, no your absolutely not" he pulled onto his shoulders pulling him back to face him.

"its too early to be dealing with that" the tired figure leaned back his head with closed eyes, looking exhausted.

"can you at least see what im talking about, they look too much like Eclipse..." Sun let go as Moon stopped talking, that had seemed to get a slight reaction from him.

"..." Moon silently sat up and got up, standing directly in front of Sun. Close enough that there faceplates are almost touching each other.

"Moon?" 

"Where are they"

"ok wow, i didn't expect that to get your attention this quick. but they should be down where the security desk is"

"cool, your coming with me" a blue and white hand grabbed onto the tan arm before dragging himself through the tunnel quickly. As the sun who's now getting puled smacked his rays on the side of the tunnel cause he didn't retract them in time, yikes.

the duo climbed up the ladder to the balcony and peered down seeing the figure at the security desk, Moon observed the bot carefully from the distance.

" you dont think that's Eclipse in another form, right?" Sun asked whos now beside him.

"Not sure... but from what i can see from here, he looks similar to Eclipse... If that is Eclipse, he obviously has an ego if hes trying to disguise himself horribly." even when Eclipse is not here, hes gonna make fun of him either way.

"Can't you like, i don't know... scan him with your computer or something?" Sun made small gestures in the air with his hand.

"i could but if he's in a new body, than that wouldn't work since he would have another serial number..."

"new body?"

" it was on our youtube channel. Our editor somehow has clips of Eclipse muttering to himself about getting a new body. how they got clips of Eclipse in his base, i dont know... editor must be some kind of god or something, doesn't exactly help me track him down if its just showing inside of his base... anways did you get ther name?" he questioned turning to his brother.

"i think we should question how the editor is getting these clips.... anyways they said it was Equinox, not sure if that would help since he didn't have a name in the database" Sun ruffled his rays nervously, this entire situation was a lot different than when there sister, Earth came to the daycare.

"great... even the name is similar, fantastic... Computer!" Moon called out, turning away from the balcony.

"Yes?" Two voices echoed through the intercom.

"Scan the animatronic in the daycare and tell me if thats Eclipse" 

"Scanning..." Moon was honestly surprised he had expected the two ai voices to argue with each other but it seems they are finally working together for once.

"Scanning Complete i-" the first voice spoke up before getting interrupted. 

"Scanning shows that the serial number is does not correspond with Eclipse's, but is part of Fazbear's production line"

"How dare you i was going to deliver the results"

"Sucks to be you, you should have been faster"

"and your just like a teachers pet yo-" both Sun and Moon stood in silence waiting for it to die down but it seemed the two ai were still bickering and probably wont be for a while as Moon started getting irritated with them.

"Both of you, SHUT UP! Mute yourselves, God..." 

"Maybe... we should go down now?" Moon sighed before jumping into the ball pit, a few balls scattered around upon impact.

Sun followed along once his brother got out of the ball pit. He could see Moon trudging over to the security desk.

Its time to finally introduce themselves properly...

Chapter Text

Chapter 4: Oops he found out what day it is

Eclipse stood there awkwardly, waiting for Sun to come back. He had finished cleaning the barrels, honestly not as well as how he does it but good enough from when he watched him clean while they were still together.

He could see both Sun and Moon on the balcony conversing with themselves but he paid no attention to them, as he turned around facing the giant doors. what a magnificent sight it is...

Now, what was it that he was supposed to do...

right... The backups...

He should probably make a list on what he needs to do. He sighed walking over to the security desk and opening two cabinets at once.

.

Holy...sh-

Eclipse paused as he looked inside, it was... a chaotic mess for Sun being a neat freak... either he doesn't know or... nevermind, that doesnt matter. shaking his head annoyed at the sight, he digs around before aggressively shutting it and continues moving to the next.

After going through all the cabinets, he wanted to slam his face on the desk having only found a pen but nothing to write on. Seems that plan failed... turning to walk away he felt something under his shoe.

As he lifted his foot away from the object on the floor, he sees a orange stack of sticky notes on the floor with multiple sized footprints caking the top. It looked like it had been on the floor for a while.

is this supposed to mean something?

He bent down plucking it off the floor and pealing the first top layer, tossing the page away in the trash bin under the desk.

Let's see... the thought ran through his mind as he clicked the top of the pen repeatedly.

One: Find Lunar and try to be a better brother

Two: Help the two idiots as karma for the possible trauma he caused, while also not giving them more trauma if they find out

Three: Find where the hell the backup is

Eclipse hummed to himself as he reread the words he wrote on the list, it wasn't very much compared to what he thought but he's sure there's more that needs to be done.

As he was looking at the list, multiple bells rung as he panicked. Shoving both items into his pockets in a hurry.

"Equinox?" Sun called out standing directly behind him.

"uh... Yeah?" Eclipse turned around only to freeze once he realized Moon was besides Sun.

"Ok so Equinox, this is Moon my brother and Moon this is Equinox. Your replacement"

"Hey..." Moon gretted although being apprehensive of Eclipse.

"...Hello...Moon..."

"Oh! Right i need to introduce you to Earth as well! Can you two talk for a bit? I'll be back with Earth" Sun clapped his hands together, running out the daycare once again not letting any of them get the chance to complain.

Once the sun left, they stood in silence before Moon turns to him and speaks up.

"So... Your new here right?" Eclipse turns to him as he spoke.

"your honestly horrible at small talk" Eclipse scoffed at him as he crossed his arms, the lower arms laid limp besides his body. As a look of annoyance spread across Moon's face at that remark.

" 'talk to more people he says, its great for you brother!' god... he even acts like him" Moon mutters to himself but Eclipse heard all of it.

"Who's him?" Fake curiosity leaked through, he needed to find out what he's been missing for the past month.

"someone who's a nuisance and a pain in the ass for the past year..." Moon hissed out the last part as he swerved around walking away from the giant doors.

"Oh? it can't be that bad" Eclipse pressed on trailing a few feet away from the retreating figure.

"Your being really nosey aren't you?" Moon paused from where he was walking to look behind him.

"Hmmm, maybe... i am gonna be working here" Stopping a few feet away from each other.

"right... that... your actually staying here?" he watched as Moon raised his eyebrow, clearly not believing that he would actually stay.

"well no duh, i dont exactly have a purpose now" the sarcastic remark made Moon raise his eyebrows even more before masking it with a neutral expression but the other definitely noticed the change.

"great... another room situation again, we don't exactly have a place for you to stay but we can renovate one of the party rooms if you like?" Eclipse bit back from another remark but smiled gently, very forced though. As much as he wanted to insult the bald one, Moon was getting too suspicious so all he gave was a light nod of his head still smiling.

He was so good at acting, genuinely no one can out act me.

In reality hes not actually as good as he thinks he is, as Moon looks at him bewildered for a moment before continuing. 

"well, i might as well warn you ahead of time since i dont want to have another Earth situation... to put it simply "I" made a mistake a year ago, which backfired and now someone wants revenge and takeover the world using something i made, thankfully hes gone now. or at least we thought" Eclipse started feeling non-existent sweat drip down his face as Moon paused near the end, damn not even the first day and he already got caught red handed.

"Sun accidentally messed something up which... did sorta get rid of him? but then he came back, blew one of my brothers up, killing them and got what he wanted. So were just waiting for our impending doom, theres a whole lot more but thats going to take a while to explain" Moon sped up in explaining after being confused at one part.

what... that... that legit could not have been a month worth of time... all that happened while he was gone for only a month!?!

"Quick question Moon, what day is today?"

"May 12, 2023 you know i would've thought you knew what day it was" Moon jabbed him with his elbows in a jokingly manner, but that revelation shook Eclipse to his core.

Chapter 5: Last Introduction ( For Now )

As the realization settles in, Eclipse is now questioning his entire existence. Fate is definitely messing with him. Its as if some person wants to drag him back to this damn place.

Moon was beginning to be concerned the longer he stood.

"Hey, did you already break already?" Moon snapped his fingers in front of the others face, trying to get there attention.

The repeated snapping was getting on Eclipses nerves as he reached up grabbig Moon's wrist aggressiively not enough to cause damage but halting the snaps.

"Im... Fine..." he hissed out before letting go.

"Man... You have a temper" Moon mutters rubbing his wrist..

Reddish orange hand camme up tto point accusingly at the bot in frfont of him, about to make another sarcastic comment but was cut off with Sun bursting into the daycare shouting along with someone following him.

"Im back!!"

The newcomers skiid next to them as Eclipse stared, not at Sun. No, but at the green and blue gigantic woman that stood next to him. Holy hell, she looks like a t-rex with those short ass arms.

"Earth, this is Equinox he's going to be helping us around here, and this is Earth. She's our sister" Earth gave a cheerful smile and waved at him as Sun introduced.

"Sister? Sun and Moon mentioned you a couple times...Its nice to meet you?" Being polite he held his hand out. From what he's seen, this would be considered a nice gesture? although being completely confused, when did they had a sister?

But no hand shake was given and he was starting to suspect he did something wrong, putting his hand down until she stepped forward wrapping it with both hands shaking it.

"Oh! its nice to meet you as well, you remind me of someone Sun and Moon know who's... not exactly the kindest but your rather sweet, im glad there's someone whos's going to help out here. Sun's rather stressed with overworking himself" Earth beams at him as she nodded her head a bit, puffy white hair swirls about in motion.

"Im not overworked!" Sun chirped out, disagreeing that statement but Moon reached over to his rays before slapping his rays down, spinning it.

"your in denial" he said smugly as Sun yelps, not expecting it to spin fast.

Moon watched it spin, the solar animatronic luckily managed to grab hold of his rays forcing it to stop but now it looks like he had a crazy hair cut. If you would even call his rays hair, in reality they're all bald.

"Im... glad i could help...? ... Let go of me..." Muttering the last part out in embarrassment. Earth thankfully had let go backing away giving him room to breathe.

"Well, we're going to leave you alone now so you can get used around here. We have a little less than an hour before the daycare opens, i'll tell you when its time. I have to go back to the barrels" Sun said as he starts walking away, Earth trailed after him saying she had to finish modeling her room.

"Im going back to bed, good luck with the hell spawns" Moon mumbles tiredly, slumped over.

"i dont even like kids..." Eclipse hissed out before Moon drags himself out of the dayycare.

"Sucks to be you Equinox, its your first day" and with that, the last animatronic left leaving him by himself and his thoughts

After watching everyone leave, he turns around pulling out the sticky notes with his notes and made a strike through one of the sentences. Only to look at the paper realizing he made a grammer mistakes, sighing he crossed out another thing making minor changes.

glancing back up, he sees Sun running around placing down barrels while also making sure they were stacked correctly.

Eclipse sighs disappointedly, he needs to find somewhere to think. He walked around hoping to find some place that would be comfortable and silent but ultimately chose the most random location.

The Ball Pit

Something Felt off about it, like it would be the cause of his death. Probably from Moon opening a portal while he's here or something comes out and decided that he would be the perfect kill.

Either way he's sitting here Eclipse thought, half his torso submerged in the bit of balls as he sat there.

Now its time to plan.

"Equinox! Its 6:59 were aout to open!" Sun chimed running out of the daycare probably getting Earth and not Moon, knowing him he terrifies kids.

Great... He needs to look after the kids... god, this is going to be a nightmare... getting up and leaving the ball pit.

Act... Act... Act nice when a kid comes.

Thumps could be heard before something splashed into the ball pit.

Pretty useless but, deep breath in... deep breath out... 

"Hello, welcome to the Super Star Daycare. My name is Equinox, Sun is out for a bit but he'll be back soon" Eclipse turns around greeting a small girl calmly as the girl exits out of the ball pit.

Once the child heard the gentle serene voice the kid stared up at him in awe, mouth hanging open. Eclipse wondered if he had somehow terrorized the kid. Hes not complaining if that happens since he finds it hilarious, but it might not be well if he had to explain this.

Although he hadn't expected the kid to start squealing in excitement? 

"Oh my gosh, oh my gosh!! You look so cool looking! I really, really love how your pants look, its so colorful!!" The girl ran up to him jumping up and down unable to contain her excitement, black hair in a ponytail bounced with each jump. 

"I-thank you?" He hasn't even done anything and a kid already liked him? Surely he can handle the rest of the day taking care of the kids, hopefully he doesnt lose it and kills one of them...

Hey, all he needs to do is stall until Sun and Earth comes back...This is still going to be a nightmare...

One: Find Lunar and try to be a better brother

Chapter 6: Oof homie is traumatized by what he witnessed 

Eclipse waved off the last kid that had left with there parents. Surprisingly there hadn't been any karens who wanted to show up and throw hands with him so, he would say today was a great day besides some of the spoiled kids that the parents decided to drop off.

"Well, we had a successful day" Eclipse scoffed smugly shutting the doors in front of him.

"... Equinox... You smacked... twelve kids in the face today..." Sun had his arms crossed glaring darkly at the back of the figure as he emphasized the number.

The shift in tone caused Eclipse's rays to retract itself, giving a nervous gulp as he did a slow turn to peer behind him.

"... It was an accident? I... can't control my arms?"

"Four of the kids started crying" he started tapping his foot impatiently.

"At least i got them to shut up with stickers" he hissed out in annoyance, but noticing the slight flinch Sun made.

The yellow animatronic sighed putting his hand on his face defeated before turning around, plucking a leftover barrel on the ground.

"Just... try not to do it again" he said wandering away to pick up another barrel.

"... Right..." noting the awkward tension. Eclipse watched as his counterpart started cleaning, clearly not focusing on him anymore.

Earth came up to him on the right and patted him gently on the back.

"Don't worry about what he's said, its your first day after all. You can learn from mistakes" the pat startled the poor animatronic as he jumped away from her to the left.

"Oops... sorry, didn't mean to frighten you. Are you alright?" Eclipse nodded nervously hoping she would leave him alone.

"alright... well, if you need help you can always come and ask" Earth stayed still before leaving to go help Sun.

I need to find out what's happening, thats the most important as of right now. Moon had given him the base information of things. But he still needs to know what else is happening, he thought as his feet started dragging hiim to the security desk.

Didn't Lunar say there lives were uploaded onto YouTube?

"invasion of privacy..." he sneered turning on the computers.

It seemed as though the computers was exactly the same from befofe when he was last here as he hoped onto YouTube.

"Hm, luckily they're already signed in" glancing at the profile picture smugly before clicking open there channel.

'Eclipse's REDEMPTION?! In VRCHAT'

...what... the hell is this...?

Eclipse stood infront of the computer screen staring in shock at the thumbnail which consisted of a shadowed out of what he would assume, his new body based on the unique shape of the shadow in the middle. While it showed the back of the two celestial twins on the sides looking in shock. 

Theres no way... nobody should know this... He wasn't even here until today, how did they get the footage?!?

Surely its not what he thinks, the video was uploaded an hour ago. Eclipse gazed over the computer making sure nobody was around before he turns the volume off and pressed play.

... seriously where the hell did they get the clip of him in the forest, better yet why is there a whole video of him up untiil the daycare opened.

Does Sun and Moon know?? No, they shouldn't have known. If they did, they would have kicked him out already... Shit, he needs to get rid of this... I'm sure they won't know one video is missing.

with two clicks of the delete button the entire video was deleted permanently.

So sorry dear editor, all your work was gone to waste. The thumbnail was great nonetheless.

The penumbra exhaled in relief, supposed its time for him to catch up on those videos now. Anything that looks important... starting from his 'death'.

"Equa! Equinox! Where are you!! I need to ask you something!" Sun hollers out, walking out of one of the party rooms.

Sun wandered around hopelessly. its been a couple hours since he had seen Equinox, he had originally thought he was hanging out with Earth but even she said she hasn't seen him.

Sunrise huffed, ruffling the top of his rays in disappointment. He might as well head back to the daycare, there isn't much he could do if he can't find them.

The solar animatronic strode near the daycare doors only to pause, hearing familiar voices fill the daycare sending him shivers. Sun peeked behind the wall separating the outside and the giant play place.

Low and behold Euinox stood in front of the computers at the security desk looking extremely horrified, probably traumatized even, not noticing him there. For what reasons? He's not sure but the more he listens to the audio, he recognizes the voice.

Yeah... he would be traumatized as well since its Eclipse's voice.

"Equinox?! The bot stepped out from behind the wall, now fully out in the open.

The figure snapped out of there trance and swiftly exited out of the browser before turning around wide eyed, realizing he was caught red handed.

It was silent between the two before Sun started walking towards him. Equinox huffed once noticing there was no point escaping from this.

"I... can explain..." What a great way to start a conversation after being caught. 

" i don't think any of us told you about our channel..."

"i was searching something on YouTube and you were signed in already" Equinox crossed his arm, leaning onto the desk nonchalantly.

"Oh... Right, i forgot about that... I need to sign off next time..." Sun sighed bringing his hand up messing with his rays again before responding with another question.

"what video are you watching?" that had caused the individual at the computer to tense up, at that moment of silence Equinox's eyes cautiously moved to the side warily before turning back around and pressing a couple buttons.

Sun stepped over peering behind him, watching the tab pop back open. 

the video he was watching... was the day Lunar died...

Chapter 7: (GASPP) IT'S YOUUUU?!? LITERALLY??

"i think thats enough watching today" Sun sat up as the chair he was residing on, scooting the chair backwards.

"Im gonna wake up Moon now, he's been sleeping for a while and we need to get back to cleaning."

"Alright, have fun with that. Im finishing this video first, pft... Eclipse gets therapy... hilarious..." Equinox snickers to himself staring at the title intensely. Sun stares at him, confused not sure what to make of it since it doesnt seem to be funny at all.

"Okay... tell me what's funny about that video later" one of the reddish orange hands raised up waving him away as Sun turns around leaving. He's... really weird... maybe its not best to judge someone on the first day but there's seriously something weird about him.

"Ok Moon! up you go, were gonna be doing some fun, fun! Cleaning, heres a dust pan and a brush" Sun shoves both items into his brother's hand before slapping his back aggressively, Moon stood there blankly completely zoned out with both items in his grip, having just woken up.

"...why the hell am I cleaning? Get Equinox to do this, i got replaced!"

"Yeah, no c'mon Moon I can't have you be in your room all day, its time to get some fresh sunlight!"

"your logic makes absolutely zero sense, theres no windows"

"Exactly! Either way, that doesn't matter i'm not letting you stay in your dark little cave, its time to take a break from Eclipse and that amalgamation thing"

Moon huffed, trudging up the ladder grumbling before hoping off the balcony to do his now acquired mission. Sun sighed in relief, even when Moon got replaced hes still helping in some way. Smiling he climbed up the laddder as well following his brother close behind.

Hours went by as Sun and Moon ran around like headless chickens cleaning. Equinox soon joined them after a couple minutes, with the three working together it made the process much easier.

With the cleaning all finished the daycare looked completely spotless, no dirt or grime in sight and especially no kid sized hand prints. As they stood in front of the giant doors to the daycare.

"I think we should go around one more time" Sun murmured looking around for the 2nd time.

"...Sun... the daycare doesnt need to be this damn clean, the stupid kids are gonna mess it up by tomorrow" he hissed out tiredly tossing a dirty rag behind him, to Eclipse's surprise. Moon nodded in agreement next to him, clearly exhausted along with him.

"Well, i say we cleaned it up extra fast with the 3 of us running around, bonus points you had an extra pair of hands to help" said the being in the sky that gives humans skin cancer.

"I already fucking told you, I. Can't. Control. My. Arms. Well." Eclipse glowers at Sun, clearly not impressed with the joke as the other had a goofy smile spread acrossed their face.

"Wow shocking, like we didn't know you smacked multiple kids today" Moon titters beside him putting down a spray bottle on the desk. 

"Shut up Baldi, why the hell did Sun tell you that anyways" he sneered glaring at the blue man.

"Cause it's funny"

"It's really not Moon... I had to give them multiple discounts so they won't file a complain on him" a complaint would not end well for him since it was his first day no doubt he would get scrapped immediately for being faulty. Maybe even a memory wipe from what Jeremy said. Knowing how Fazbear's is... a total cheap skate.

"Sue me, still hilarious though" Moon smirked looking away at a different direction, Equinox hissed out death threats under his breath that would probably get him fired immediately if he ever said that in front of childrens.

Although it gets over taken by the twins bickering with each other over which one was correct.

Eclipse watched the two arguing fondly, it felt entirely different than when he was watching them from Sun's point of view. it was as if, he too was one of there siblings. Not some byproduct mistake left to be forgotten.

He smiled lightly on accident before realizing, bringing up a hand trying to cover it up with coughing. Sun and Moon glanced over at him halting there fight before picking right back up where they left off.

But as the verbal fight continued, Equinox wasn't paying attention to them anymore, something had gotten his attention.

Echoes...

"Both of you, stop fighting for a second" both animatronic paused what they were doing, puzzled.

Really familiar giggles... he recognizes them... he genuinely didn't think he'd here it so soon.

"Hello... Sun, Moon. Ready for your next little adventure? i don't think you ever finished tha- oh? What? you have another stupid sibling or something?" The newcomer appeared out of nowhere standing on top of one of the tall play structures looking down smugly.

... 7 months... It took only 7 damn months... to make something look so disgustingly ugly. Yes, he has seen clips of him on video. The video Lunar died in and a couple others but it was all in a dark or dim lit areas so to see it up close in person, he's honestly disappointed.

His backup looks like an over saturated Dorito and he's not ashamed of admitting it.

After all that's not him anymore.

"No were not related, at least that's what I think... what do you even want this time" the sun mutters quietly to himself waiting for whatever death would pull on them. 

"Hm, surprising... Did Fazbear decide to make something similar to me or what?"

"Pft, you wish. Are you gonna taunt us or do what you came here for?" Both the sun and moon stared up expecting some grand monologuing. 

" Well as I was saying, I don't think you ever finished going through that SCP place, so I might as well send you over there now to get it over with."

"... Is this seriously what you do now?" Sun questioned the figure as he crossed his arms. 

"come again?"

"Moon seriously, what do you think the point of all this is?" Sun turned towards his brother as the other shrugged before turning back around to yell at the individual who decided to ruin the peace there.

"You literally have all that power in your hands yet your just wasting your time messing around with us like some toy for entertainment, do you seriously have nothing else better to do?!"

"I-"

" actually no scap that, you really dont have anything to do, do you? Did getting the star finally make you realize that you have no other reason to keep existing besides revenge??"

"Because you have NOTHING!?!" Sun concluded his rant after yelling at the top of his non existent lungs up to Eclipse. The figure stood silently almost as if he was a statue, as the two besides him were also in shock as well.

Equinox for the most part was hurt but at the same time impressed Sun had the balls to yell at 'himself', never in his life would he hear the happy go lucky Sun yell at someone since he was always too much of a coward to do so. Talk about a character development...

"Pop off king, keep going" Moon snorts, clearly amused at how stunned Eclipse was and wanted to add fuel to the fire who was Sun.

"Get ehm tiger" he joined in as well hyping the sun up as Eclipse looks down, dumbfounded.

"what else do you want me to say?! I said what needed to be said he literally has no purpose in life!" the animatronic turned away from where he was looking to stare at the two in annoyance.

As the two were ranting about Eclipse, even though said person was listening in right behind them. Equinox couldn't help but stare at him, Eclipse hadn't moved or said anything the entire time clearly taking the words to heart before taking notice that someone was still watching him as he drifted his eyes to him. 

They stared for a moment, black and orange eyes locking with orange and whites. They both stared for a moment almost as if time slowed down but Eclipse broke eye contact, turning around and staying for a bit before he disappeared quietly to wherever he was going. Almost like he had never been there to begin with. 

Eclipse may have left but Equinox was still staring at the same spot.

"Where the hell did he go? did he seriously just leave??" one of the two bots questioned but gained a shrug response from the other.

"hey, do you know where he went?"

"Equa?... Equinox!"

... why the hell are the two idiots yelling, theres nobody here...

"EQUINOX!!"

... Oh shit, Im Equinox!! 

" What??" He finally responded turning the left seeing Moon standing there hands to his hips.

"God... Finally got your attention, you were staring at him like you were in love or something, what? Is that the type of people your into?" Moon cackles clutching his stomach as he bends over, in hysterical.

"What, the actual... MOON WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!" both Equinox and Sun stared at Moon completely horrified by what the other said but that prompted him to fall down on the floor kicking his legs around bursting out laughing even more.

But as you know laughter is contagious, earning a a couple snorts before all three of them were laughing there ass off.

"Im, gonna go get Earth... Moon, please get help" Sun snickers, calming himself down as he leaves. 

"Theres seriously something wrong with you" Equinox turned to Moon completely deadpan. 

"Ha! Sue me, im perfectly sane"

Chapter 8: ... What the hell is that thing??

" So you wanna explain why were sitting on the floor?" Equinox mutters under his breath as he leans forward with a hand to his cheek, lookin at Earth.

They sat on the blue tiled floor near the ball pit as the siblings sat in a circle, clearly confused as well waiting for there sister to explain. Although Moon sat near the rainbow bridge as he reaches over plucking a couple of balls and putting them into his lap.

"I thought we should have an intervention after you told me a certain someone came here, more of a hang out so we don't think about whatever he's out there doing" Earth calmy chirped out as she reaches over to ruffle Sun's rays.

"So... were just 'hanging out'?"

"Yup thats basically it, Moon do you have anything you want to say or talk about?" 

" not really, but i do need to go out and buy some more things for the computer" 

"Oh! Can i go with you? I need to get somethings from Pet-smart"

"What for the 2 cats you have? See!! i told you! You do have cats! Now i have 2 witnesses to back up my claim!" Moon smirked pulling a ball out of his lap and tossed it at Sun gaining a squeak from him as it bonks him on the forehead, as his rays retracted on impact.

As the ball fell the bot raised both arms up to shield himself, denying the accusations. His brother pummeled him with balls not giving him the chance to defend his answer.

"Cats?" A confused voice whispered out as every head turned to whoever said that very menacing, it was Equinox.

"Yeah, Sun has cats and this baldy won't admit it!" Moon pointed aggressively at Sun's face but his head was backed away from it looking like that one cat meme with the knife.

"Your more bald than i am!"

"That's cool... i guess?" Equinox muttered glancing down at the floor, jabbing at the patted floor with it claws watching it get pushed down with force. Ignoring what the two were bickering about this time Equinox's not sure what Moon is trying to prove and He's not sure why he's in this 'Intervention' since it felt more like watching a therapy session than hanging out.

He wants to go find his backup soon but its kinda too late for him to just get up and leave now since he was already here, plus it was rude to do so cause Earth decided to invite him. He'll just have to wait a bit before leaving, he has time...

Earth watched as he poked at the floor mindlessly, looking distraught before seeing something small cautiously sneaking out of the play structure and going up to the unsuspecting figure.

She would have said something but decided to watch instead, as it snuck up behind him giving multiple curious sniffs before doing semi circles around, taking in the features of the new person. it stoped for a moment before confirming Equinox passed the vibe check, crouching down eyes dilating as it pounced onto his lap causing him to get startled and yelp in surprise.

The sound garnered another 2 pair of eyes as they peered over witnessing the events that unfolded.

"And would you look at that! You're terrible at lying." Moon sniickers chucking another ball at Sun hitting him on the head yet again.

Equinox stared at the bundle of fluff in his lap, it stared up at him expectedly as his arms were raised above his legs. It felt as if his wires were twisted in all places as he stared in the creatures eyes.

"... What the hell is that thing??" He pointed down at the thing in his lap as it lifted a paw up swatting his pant sleeves.

"It's Sun's cat" Earth claps her hand together happily.

"... Cat?..."

"Yeah that's the thing called a 'cat'. What, you never seen a cat or something?" Moon paused his throws at Sun as he turns his attention to Equinox planning on pelting him as well with the plastic balls, throwing one at him only for his extra hand to catch it and hurled it back.

Moon gave a disheartened gasp as he dodged the projectile.

"Yeah... its, really cute" he murmured staring at the cat, it was just a simple cream colored cat with the snout, ears, feet, and tail being black, the fur ball also had a black bowtie who he would guess was Sun dressing the thing up. It tilted its head at him before giving a drawn out mew.

Fascination was what he had felt by just looking at it, he's never seen a cat before, only hearing the word get tossed around. Even when he was in Sun's body he knew the cats were in his room but he never went in there because he simply had no reason to go in, why go in there when he was trying to get the star? At least... That was back then.

Now the cat sat in his lap expecting something. He's not sure what it wanted, world domination? Maybe, with that cuteness its seriously going to kill him.

"Damn you must be living under a rock or something..." Moon grumbles under his breath as he tossed the rest of the balls he had behind him, back into the ball pit.

"Im honestly surprised you've never seen a cat before... Go ahead and pet him, he wants you too" Sun gave a look of pity that got noticed, Equinox would smack that look off his face but being too mesmerized at the creature he chose to overlook it as he gently placed his hand on top of the head between the 2 ears. 

The cat leaned onto the outstretched hand rubbing itself onto the claws giving loud purrs of satisfaction before settling down in his lap and kneading biscuits. His rays fluttered a bit in delight as he continued petting his now new feline friend on the head.

"Awwww" 3 voice's cooed with each other causing him to snap up and glare at all three of them in annoyance.

"Say anything about this and I'll rip your damn voice boxes out" his voice lowered seething with venon as his eyes were small pinpricks, the tone in environment shifted to an uncomfortable silence as Equinox went back to petting the cat like nothing every happened. 

The silence was peaceful for him, just patting the soft fuffy mammal. Certainly he wouldn't mind if he had to do that forever.

It really makes him wonder why he wasted so much time and effort just to get the star when he could've spent that time doing something actually worthwhile and productive like petting a cat.

Chapter 8 Animation Aftermath

Chapter 9: Ayy! He's Back!!

Leaves crunched under his foor loudly as he stumbles across a narrow path, brushing the leaves in the way leading him to a familiar empty abandoned park that had a small playground to it.

Equinox steps out into the open field tiredly as the cold night wind blew against his rays. He had spent the past week using his free time running around the world searching for the leftover backups that Moon hadn't destroyed.

However, it took him a while to even install a teleporter into his systems, even more since he had to go through all of his hiding spots trying to find his stupid backups only to find most of them are gone.

469 out of 753, 446 of them were not even there anymore since Moon demolished them leaving only small fragments left out in the open when he found them.

He would say finding around 400 of them was an impressive accomplishment considering its only been a week, but now he's undeniably tired as hell. Running himself ragged was not what he was planning to do.

Finally reaching the playground he plopped down at the bottom of the slide before leaning back now staring at the plastic ceiling, discovering yet another backup taped up there. The thought ran acrross his mind why he bothered with making this many backups as he ripped it off before piercing through it with his claw.

470... 283 left to go... 283 left? Thats a surprise yeah, he's taking a break maybe a nap would help.

He thought glancing at the soft orange light that was emitted from his eyes one last time before closing them, shutting off for the time being.

Loud alarms blared in his head causing him to instantly jolt up, bashing his head on the slide as he bit back a hiss bringing his hands to his head grunting in annoyance having rudely been woken up.

"what the hell is that sound..."

The ringing in his head continued as he got up, now sitting as he looked around for the source only to find the open vast meadow with nothing in sight besides multiple trees surrounding the area. He brought a hand up to his face rubbing the sleep out of his systems before noticing someone's calling him. The sound was coming from him the entire time.

"...Sun?..." he stared at the number, it stopped and the number disappeared along with the noise but it started back up again, it seemed Sun is desperately trying to call him.

Grumbling he answered the call.

"Hel-" Sun's voice blasted through the speakers but gets cut off immediately.

"How'd you get my number..."

"Your number? Oh! One of the P&S workers left us a sticky note with your number on it when you first came to the daycare"

"...that little... What do you want" He muffled the first section of what he said then sighed in defeat.

"Well I was planning on telling you something a week ago but I forgot what it was until they just came today."

"They?" 

"Yup! Come to the daycare quickly, the daycare is opening in a couple hours. See yeah!" and with that the call ended abruptly leaving only silence as crickets chirped in the morning light.

"DAMN IT!!"

His foot gently press down onto the floor as he regained his balance after teleporting back somewhere near the daycare. Equinox found himself in one of the party rooms, as he opens the door peeking his head out glancing at his surroundings.

Confirming nobody saw him he leaves and heads to the daycare.

Foorsteps echoed as he walks on the tiles flooring, questioning what Sun wanted to even show him that was so important that needed him back so soon.

Questions flooded his mind as he arrived at the giant doors, hearing loud chatter radiating out of daycare. It seemed as though there were more people in there than originally.

Was this what Sun was talking about?

The moment he stepped his foot onto the patted flooring, he was immediately greeted by footsteps running up to him.

"Equinox! took you long enough to get here, theres someone i want you to meet. Come on" Sun grabbed his wrist forcibly dragging his ass over to where the rest were.

Getting dragged by a 7ft tall robot was embarrassing considering hes 1ft taller then them. As the sun dragged him over to the group Equinox ripped his hand out of the others grasp glaring at him, annoyed that Sun had already become nonchalant with him in a such short period of time.

"Alright guys! Hes here, finally!"

"Who is i-" Equinox stopped mid sentence as his eyes turn over to a small figure stand infront of Earth and Moon with his back turned.

"Lunar?..."'

"huh? what?" The new voice startled the small bot as he turned around, where the voice came from.

Only to freeze up going wide eyed at him, looking extremely terrified.

"AH! FUCK AH, LEAVE ME ALONE!!" 

"Lunar?" Earth kneeled down to Lunar looking at him with concern in her eyes as the figure in question was breathing heavily, gasping for air looking around as if he was ready to bolt out of there..

"Lunar! Look at me and take deep breaths in. In and out hes not here... Eclipse is not here its just Equinox." The smaller animatronic gradually calmed down as he followed her instructions taking deep intakes of air although you could hear coughing as the bot clutched onto her for support.

The other two celestial twins walked up to them, giving them support as Equinox stood there, not sure if he should just leave or what.

"Equinox? Can you leave for a moment we'll call you back in when hes alright... " Sun turns towards him as he said that, didn't exactly need to tell him twice since he already left by the time Sun asked. 

After a while, 15 minutes at most. He got called that everything was alright, walking back in felt awkward as the tension of the room got turned up a notch and he sees Lunar standing in the middle waiting for him.

After halting in front of them he could finally see his brother after many months, not exactly since he was clocked out for an extremely long time. He could see his little brother changed drastically, new appearance and definitely trauma mixed into it as well.

Regret grew in his chest as he remembered that it was technically him that blew his sibling into smithereens, not much he could do since he wasn't even here at the time.

Lunar stood his ground staring up at Equinox as he brought a fist up to his mouth clearing his throat as if getting ready to introduce himself.

"IM LUNARRR!!" the smaller bot shouted loudly bring his hands up in the air causing Equinox to jolt away from him in surprise, having not expecting that and almost gave the poor animatronic a heart attack.

"Don't... Ever, do that again..." he muttered as a hand was brought to his chest trying to calm his racing heart as hes bent down.

Chapter Text

Chapter 10: Just me and you now

Equinox picked up one of the glitter glue bottles that had laid on the floor discarded and examined it, making sure there weren't any leaks that would contaminate anything touching it.

There hadn't been much that he needed to do since Lunar came back, most of the kids flocked too either Sun or Lunar. Since they knew who they were, so he ended up doing most of the cleaning while they were taking care of the kids.

He sighed, placing the bottle on one of the plastic table. He's completely fine with not dealing with kids but ever since Lunar came back he felt... ignored.

Sun and Moon had been hanging out with Lunar, which makes complete sense. They were probably bonding over the time his brother was kinda dead.

Even Earth was talking to him, well more like Lunar went and talked to her, but not once did he bothered trying to talk to him or even acknowledge his existence.

Now that he was thinking about it, it's most likely because he reminds him of the person that gave him trauma.

Although when Equinox is listening them talk happily to each other from across the room. He knows that he doesn't have an actual heart but his heart swells, feeling like it's getting sliced in half slowly with a burning knife. 

He hadn't imagined loneliness would affect him deeply like this, but it's probably the lingering fear of isolation again if he was abandoned.

Being stuck in that damn forest had definitely messed him up mentally if he seeks comfort in being around people and he genuinely hates it.

Picking up a barrel that was knocked down he hears loud chatter walts into the daycare, he didn't even need to turn around to know who the group was until bells rung behind him and a tap on his shoulder got his attention.

"Hey, sorry to spring this on you unexpectedly but do you think you can handle the daycare for a day or two by yourself?" Equinox snapped his head around realizing Moon had asked a question.

"Why? Running away from the government or something?" 

"Ha! Hilarious but no, Earth recommended that i take Lunar and Sun on a vacation of sort so they can destress, we haven't decided where to go yet"

"Yeah, i can handle it, just go" he dismissed him quickly, just more things to add onto his mind. Moon observes him for a moment acknowledging he wanted to be left alone and left with the others.

With him just by himself in the daycare it felt sickening, a big open place thats supposed to be full of people and the stupidly annoying theme song. But is now simply empty and lifeless felt wrong.

It's uncomfortable...

He needs to keep his mind off being alone for a while, it's only 2 days. He could handle it. Maybe he should build something to distract himself, it's been a while since he made anything non-destructive which was Lunar.

Ok, no more thinking about them.

He thought walking over to the security desk, attempting to find things to drown himself with work even if that wouldn't last long.

A while after he got bored tinkering with whatever Moon had left lying around and got up to see if there was anything on the computers to do only to hear struggled grunts from somewhere behind the play structures.

"I swear to god if some damn adult is back here, im killing them..." he dropped 'his' invention onto the table, storming over to where the sound was coming from and turned the corner to confrfont the person, only to find.

Him?

"What... what the hell are you doing here" he questioned, baffled that he was here hunched over in pain griping onto the structure like he was on life support.

The question made the figure swiftly swing his head over to him causing them to wince in pain, rays going into his head.

"Where is he" the figure in front of him huffed out letting go once he stabilized his footing.

"Who?"

"Moon! Where is he"

"He's not here...Uhm..." he would say his name but it felt off calling him his own name even if thats him.

"Did they seriously not tell you who i am?" The orange bot in front of him glared sluggishly.

Equinox paused for a minute, this was a perfect opportunity to get close to himself. Deep down he smirked sinisterly, if his plan works he could finish his mission. Hopefully he can exploit the situation.

"... they told me that you were not good" a lie not the truth but it's not a lie either, he can see that the animatronic was deciding if he wanted to trust him or now.

"Cut the crap, you know a lot more than you say you do"

Well... that didn't last as long as he was hoping for.... surely he can still salvage this.

"...Fine, Fine you got me. But what exactly are you going to do about it? It's not like they trust us" his tone shifted, sounding a lot similar to his original voice as he glared down at the figure. 

"Your me aren't you... Heh, a damn wolf in sheep's clothing. The only one you could be is the original, right?"

"And? what's it to you? We manipulate others, your point is?"

The tension between the two lightened up a bit as Eclipse chuckled in contentment though clearly in pain by the grimaces written on his face.

"Heh... Fine... I'll leave them alone for now, this is going to be entertaining. I'll be watching from a distance..." Equinox is sure that it's just a sorry excuse to not be here any longer after getting the information that the people he was looking for was not even here.

Seeing him stumble in place slightly before he fell a bit sideways vanishing, leaving small sparkles falling onto the floor.

"He left like how a mob died in Minecraft..." snickering as he swipes one of his legs at the direction of the sparkles making them disappear like he's collecting exp.

As the glimmer simmered down, loud childish screeches came from the ball pit as he peeks his head out alarmed that there were multiple kids running around the daycare already. 

Hurriedly he checked the time realizing his dumbass wasted so much time not being prepared and bolting over to the crowd of childrens totally prepared to entertain them.

Chapter 11: I don't get paid enough for this ( You don't even get paid at all)

"Ryan, your going in time out. You can't hit Skylar with your plushie" Equinox muttered picking the small boy up with both arms, dragging both of them over to the empty seat of shame in the far corner.

"She started it! She tossed a block at me!" The kid flailed around tossing a fit before getting plopped onto one of the barrels.

"right, but that doesn't mean you retaliate by throwing a bigger object at her... even if thats funny..." he crouched down closed to the kids height.

"What's re...tilate?"

"..." he sighed once realizing he's talking to a child and they wouldn't even knnow what that word even means.

"Retaliate, it mean to hurt someone back because that person has done something to you"

"Ohhhh"

"you need to apologize to her later, got it?" he flicked the kids nose, gaining a squeak. "wouldn't want Sun to be angry at you when he comes back."

"But-" the boy pauses as multiple kids shrieked as they ran by causing Equinox to snap towards one of the direction, one of the kid ran up to him jumpinng up and down holding a purple glitter glue bottle.

"Mr. Equa! Mr. Equa! My friends tell me that Mr. Sunny drinks glitter glue all the time, can you tell me what it tastes!?!" The kid hoped in place multiple times awaiting his answer.

"...im not Su-" he gets interrupted as the kid changed his mind and running off.

"Nevermind! I'll try it myself!"

"Wait, NO! GET BACK HERE!!" Panic was seeping in as he chased after the kid having to leave Ryan by himself for his time out but he left the seat once Equinox left.

Running after a child while also dodging muultiple kids was difficult considering some where running around. He's honestly surprised he hadnn't trampled on any of the oversized rats yet.

Watching as the kid climb up the slide, which was clearly against the rules but managed to successfully get away from him since the little cockroach scurried up it with ease.

Glaring at the play structure as the kid popped there head out, looking down at him sticking their tongue out mmockingly.

"You little brat..." the kid held out the colorful bottle opening it up oh so slowly to emphasize they were going to do it with no hesitation.

Only for the kid to scream in horror when Equinox easily jumped all the way to the top latching onto the sides of the structure staring at them with such intensity.

It wobbled by the sudden weight as he swiped the bottle out off the small hands before dropping down gracefully without problem, like a cat.

He walked off calmly, disregarding any of the shocked reactions from the kids watching and focusing on placing the bottle down gently. 

A small tug came from his pants, turnning around seeing the same girl fromm when he first started working here. The girl twirled the ends sof her hair, looking nervous.

"Uhm... Equinox, Ryan was hiding in the ball pit and saw you jump. Now theres something brown in there and smells funny..."

"... No... Your joking right?..." Equinox's face slowly turned to anguish as the girl shook her head, the fated dread of having to clean the biohazard.

The worst days for that to happen when he's by himself.

"Thank you, come back soon! and have a faz-eriffic day."

"whatever, scrap metal... im never coming here again. Let's go hun, get away from the toaster." the child quickly obeyed looking ready to fake cry, sniffing non-existent snot up. Equinox slammed the door shut once the woman left with her 'baby' which in reality, more like a hell spawn.

"Hope you get hit by a car..." He scoffed turning his head in a 180 degree taking in the scene of the daycare.

"I'm going to strangle Moon... How am i going to clean this!?!"

Staring at giant play place, multiple crayons, scissors, and paper scraps littered the ground while multiple mysterious stains covered the walls almost reaching to his height

Not sure how a kid did that since most of them are less than 4ft.

How the hell does Sun deal with this everyday??

"Hey! We're back, how was the kids? Hope they weren't too bad." Moon busted down the giant doors, strolling in only to trip on something on the floor as he fallls down on top of it.

His siblings soon filed in before pausing seeing Moon lying flat on the floor with his knee calf's on Equinox's back as the figure below him had his face smushed into the patted flooring, looking rather dead.

"Huh, never expected expected Moon to be a topper" Sun chuckled, his little brother besides him choked at the response turning away to not start burstig out laughing.

"Shut up..." one of the figure on the floor mumbled out.

"Im gonna head over to Earth's room i forgot i need to ask her about something" Lunar chirped out running to his destination.

Moon grunted as he starts picking himself up only for Equinox to grab his arm forcibly pulling both of them up although Moon dangled a feet off the ground.

"You couldn't have told me beforehand the kids are absolutely wild?!?"

"Ay! Why are you yeling at me?? You helped Sun and Lunar for a while, you should know their this chaotic"

"A little warning still would've helped!"

"Ok, ok. both of you please calm down. put Moon down please, were back now and you looked ike you handleed everything well siince the daycare is still standing" Sun attempted to disarm the situation before it escalated, Equinox sneered at Moon before dropping him onto the floor.

"I'll be back later..." he retorted marching past the two and out the doors.

Moon shuffled over next to hiim, both watching as the figure departed.

"Sun, i think its about time we need to talk"

"About what?" He stiffened, swiftly responding sounding panicked.

"Equinox, i think we need to keep an eye on him"

"Wait, what? why didn't you say anything?"

"i didn't say anything because i don't want you worrying if it's another thing, we already have Eclipse and that stupid ruin thing..." he paused for a moment, Sun waited for him to continue giving a small gesture of encouragement.

"...he's been here for a while now, acting more like Eclipse. Just... more passive..."

"Your going to need to elaborate what you mean by 'passive', unless your trying to say that Equinox is acting similar to how you were before you lost your memories"

"That... was not what i was going to say but thats a good observation... Nevermind, don't worry about what i said. Just tell me if he does something off" Sun stared at his brother as he shook his head frustrated at the situation and leaves the daycare, either to follow him or head back to their shared room.

The corner of his mouth quivered as he tried shaking the negative thoughts in his head. He knows he shouldn't be thinking like this, he isn't the same as before. But his judgement clouded his mind even if he knows its unreal.

Moon doesn't trust him, just like his past self.

"Aww, is the little Sun man scared his brother would return?" a gruff voice spoke directly behind him almost tauntingly.

Nope, Nope. not dealing with that thing, find something to do.

Chapter 12: Blanket Burrito Therapy

Bright neon lights lit up the surrounding darkness as he strolled across the black and white tiled flooring, repeating daycare music chimed in the distance along with footsteps produced with each step he took.

The figure in question didn't have a specific destination they were heading, just simply drifting towards wherever his legs decides to take him.

Originally he had planned too leave the daycare section of the plex and head over to the auditorium but there wasn't anything for him to do so Equinox went back and is now walking around in the gift shop.

Rows of Sun and Moon plushies sat on top of shelves, untouched for probably years based on the light dust resting on top of them. He plucks one of the Sun plush up patting the dust away to see the face clearer, the sewn in smile beamed up at him forever stuck in that position.

Bending the rays slightly he raises his head back to the empty spot where the plush had been residing in, planning to put it back only to see a small silhouette poking in the very far back.

Curiosity got the best of him as he glanced around the gift shop for any customers nearby only to mentally face palm when he forgot it had been closed for a long time.

Reaching his hand into the hole carefully as to not accidentally knock down the plushies besides it. He patted the metal shelf in search for it but can't find it as he pulled his hand back out looking into it again before attempting again, still failing to get whatever is back there and getting frustrated with the situation. 

"Screw it..." He scowled in annoyance shoving the stuffed figures out of the way, some fell onto the floor giving a small squeak on impact. 

The opening had finally revealed what was in the very back as light had been shed onto it.

A small white fox plush.

He could see multiple small rips in the poor thing as he gently picks it up examining it.

"It's... Cute looking..." He stood there turning the furry plush around taking in every detail. Swatting at some dust covering the beady eyes. "Something Lunar would like, although..." He paused for a moment stareing at the battered state of it ”it has a lot of rips. Hm, maybe Earth knows how to sew" 

Stuffing the plush into his pockets he quickly strode out of the gift shop, now hoping to find Earth for assistance.

"Earth! Are you in here?!" Calling out to her as he walks into her room. Turning a corner he sees Earth picking a triangle foam block, stacking it nicely with the other shapes.

Swirling around she faces him, cloud like hair softly floats behind her.

"Hello, Equinox!" She replied with enthusiasm, waving at the figure in front of her. "What brings you here? Did you need something?”

"Just wanted to ask if you know how to sew, i... need to patch something back up." Cautiously he walked up to her preparing for the laughs of mockery he would get for how stupid his request was. 

" Oh! of course I can help with that, was there a rip in your pants?" The kindness that radiated off that response had not been what he had been expecting when he asked for help. 

"...No, its this" pulling out the mangled fox out of his pockets presenting it, which sounded absolutely horrible if there was no context to it being a plush. 

"Let me get a closer look" scooping the toy out of his hand she lightly held onto the fabric pulling it, exposing the open seams. 

"This is an easy fix, do you want to learn how to sew or do you want me to do it?" The question lingered for a moment as Equinox debated over if this would be a good waste of his time. 

"Sure, why not. I don't have anything to do"

"Wonderful! Come on sit down, you can choose what thread to use i have a variety" she soon walks off with the fox in hand as Equinox trailed behind her quietly. 

"Nice job! You did it, that wasn't so hard was it?" Clapping in congratulations she gives the plush back to him once giving it a quick look over. 

"Yeah, that was pretty simple... Thanks...." He muttered out sheepishly raising a hand to ruffle the side of his rays, staring down at his work. 

"Its no problem at all, did you need anything else or is that it?" 

" Do you know where Lunar is? And if so, do you have a spare blanket?"

" Lunar? They said they were heading to the theater for some reason, not sure what they are doing there." Getting up she walks over to the side where piles of pillows and other stuff that are stacked and begins digging through it. 

"Is there a reason your trying to find them?" After finding a clean blanket she walked back over to him, offering it for him to take. 

"Not really just wanted to... Hang out?" He responds grabbing onto the folded blanket only to almost drop it immediately once recognizing its a weighted blanket as he gets up "Try to be a decent b-" he cuts himself off realizing what he was about to reveal. "...erson at least" 

"Berson? You mean person correct?" She tilted her head looking at him.

" Yeah! Yeah, words you know?" If he had been human he would be sweating up a storm as of right now with the amount of close calls he keeps getting himself into, for some reason hes not sure how hes even lasting this long. 

"Well, thats all you need correct?" Equinox nooded quickly, "Alright than, have fun with Lunar" she walked off, picking back up where she left off. 

White pupils followed her around as she did her chores absentmindedly. Breaking contact he gazed at the items in his hands, weighted blanket being held by the lower pair while the top pair occupied the beady eyed plush.

The weight from the blanket definitely felt unbelievably heavy since he was using the pairs of arms that he barely used at all, guess thats his fault for not taking the time to learn how to use them properly now they felt like limp noodles. 

Dropping the blanket onto the floor he starts pulling things out of his pockets hoping to get rid of stuff to make room for the toy.

As hes pulling things out he feels the familiar sticky note that he left untouched for a while now, as he stares at it reading back on the things he wrote to himself.

Chuckling, he questioned why he even wrote down what he was planning since it was only 3 things, with that he pulled the page off crumpling it up into a ball to throw away later.

Stuffing everything back into his pants, including the fox. he gathered the abandoned blanket with his dominant hands and placed the balled up paper in the inferior hands, leaving Earth's room with a goodbye. 

Holding a giant blanket infront of him blocked his view but luckily he managed to squeeze past any obstacles that had gotten in the way, although he did almost trip on nothing. Thankfully he managed to catch himself with his hands even though hes carrying something although it was a struggle holding both the weight of himself and the blanket he was lugging around.

He huffed in relief, pushing himself back onto his feet as he continued his walk to the theater. 

Watching slowly as the roll up door slowly rise up, like... Really slow, it stopped for a moment before stirring back up again until Equinox ultimately gave up on the stupid thing and forced it open like hes opening somebody's mouth. Producing a piercing screech out into the open.

Immediately opening it, he could hear faint sobs echoing from inside as concern rose, concluding it had to have been his brother.

Rushing inside as quietly as possible, inspecting the area trying to trace where the weeps were coming from. As he glanced around he locked onto an area in the far back of the theater, where a giant box shielded a corner where the whimpers were coming from.

"Lunar, i know your back there..." He called out slowly, making his way over to the corner.

As he steps closer he could hear a sharp intake of air as the cry's halted almost as if hoping the other wouldn't notice him.

Once Equinox got close enough where he could easily turn the corner he grabbed onto the edge of the box before hearing heavy breathing, confusion sets in as he peeks from the corner.

Lunar was pressed against the wall a hand to his chest panicked gasps along with staring at him with pin prick eyes, genuinely terrified.

"Go away Eclipse! Leave me alone i dont want to die again!" Sobbing to himself as he prepares to find an opening, only to find him cornered. He quickly shuts his eyes as he tugs his night cap down over his eyes breaking down even more, ready for death to take him once again. 

"Eclipse? Wait! its just me, its just Equinox, Eclipse... Isn't here" hurriedly he steps out revealing himself fully as he crouches down attempting to make himself less intimidating to look at. 

"E-Equinox?" Lightening his grip on his hat he glanced up slightly seeing the figure kneeling a couple feet away from him seeing him nod at the question.

"...Your a bitch you know that right?" The reply was not what Equinox was expecting the first words to be as he stared at the smaller bot blankly.

"God, you had me thinking he was here"

"... My bad?..." He simply responded standing back up once Lunar seemed better for the most part.

"Do you... Want to talk about it?" He murmured, Lunar pushed past him before plopping down onto the foam blocks since there wasn't any actual chairs. 

"What? the fact you scared the living hell out of me or the part where i have trauma?" The smaller animatronic snarks, rolling his head behind looking upside down. 

"... Anything your comfortable with sharing, I know im not exactly a good person to talk to about this considering..." He shuffles over before sitting next to his brother on the left "...Trauma... "

" Yeah its fine, Earth told me talking with you would be similar to exposure therapy since they talked about how you two were similar but I didn't want to listen, just looking at anything Eclipse related just brings back bad memories..." Lunar muttered dejectedly, staring down at the floor clear in thought as his leg swung back and forth. 

"Doesn't help that hes still out there?"

" Especially that, knowing hes still out there somewhere. I thought he found me just to kill me again but it turns out it was you"

" Im not sure what reason it would be to kill you since your the only one who died but i really thought he would've went for Bloodmoon instead." He mumbled, hand to his chin. 

" Bloodmoon's dead"

" What? "

"He's dead, Sun killed him"

"Sun killed them?!?"

"Yup then he tried killing Eclipse" Equinox tried imagining the innocent, naive Sun murdering people but it doesn't seem fit right with him.

"Either way Eclipse is still alive and probably planning on killing me again if he sees me, thats why im hiding"

"...Try not to worry too much were trying to figure out how to get rid of him for good, i know its not much of a reassurance but he'll be gone soon... Hopefully... "

" Were?" Lunar questioned turning towards him like he grew another head.

"I mean Sun and Moon! Im only helping out if they need to go run errands" 

"...Right... Gosh... That crying has seriously drained my battery... " Rubbing his eyes sleepily, a failed trial of wiping the tiredness from his eyes as something soft gets pressed against his cheek.

Turning to left he stares, seeing a white fox offered to him by the person besides him as said figure was looking ahead not daring to make eye contact with a hand to his mouth covering it, almost as if there embarrassed.

"Are you... Giving this to me?"

"...What else would I be doing?"

Lunar gasped in surprise as he reached up to grab it before clutching it close staring at it in wonder. 

"Thank you! Oh gosh he look sooo cute. I'll name you... Fluef! Yeah, Spigot and Fluef!"

" Spigot?"

" A reindeer Sun gave me for Christmas! Oh they'll fit right in with Spigot"

" You can do that later but first you need to charge" Equinox started unfolding the blanket as he picked up Lunar wrapping him up in a burrito blanket.

"Hey! What?! Equinox let me out! Im not a kid!" The struggle continues as he tries fighting his way out. 

" Its comfortable isnt it? "

.

"... Yeah it is but im not staying here by myself, drag Sun and Moon in as well to the sleepover, make them suffer!" The demonic bean cackles at the thought of forcing his brothers into a sleepover. 

" I think I did that enough but sure, lets go get them" Walking out with Lunar in hand. Equinox chuckled at his brother wanting to make the 2 suffer, brings back memories of them causing them to suffer even though its different this time. 

...Just like old times, him and his brother... Even if he can't truly tell him who he really is, he'll just relish the small moments he has together until he finds out... Than... He'll just go back to hiding from him... 

He stepped

around in the dark with the only light source being the projector as a thought ran through his mind. 

Wait... Where the hell is the sticky note?!? He was supposed to throw it away!?! 

Chapter Text

Chapter 13: Slumber Party

"So Lunar, who should we 'kidnap' first?" Equinox proclaimed ducking awfully low under the metal gate that leads to the theater that way it didn't hit his brother in the face.

The animatronic in question was given a piggyback ride since they wanted to save the burrito jail for the sleepover, there face scrunched debating which victim to choose from.

"We're already out here might as well snag Moon first" Lunar peered over the corners of the reddish orange rays as Equinox pattered over to where the teleporter was, still in the horribly placed area and quickly smacked it like how he did to Lunar back in October as they teleport over to the balcony.

Lunar hoped off of his temporary ride and climbed down onto the main area before running over to the tunnel and diving head first into Moon's room like some kinda animal.

Equinox vaults over the railing and bends down next to the tunnel, peeking into it as he heard multiple rustles before the last thing he sees is Moon shooting out of the hole and colliding into him straight in the face, both crashing onto the floor with a loud thud.

"Moon, get off me your heavy as hell!" He gritted his teeth, trying to get them off but not giving much effort in pushing the night jester off him.

"Oh, ha ha funny, says the one who picked me up with one arm" Moon snapped back at him once regaining balance from the crash. 

At that response Equinox simply slapped him away to right with his arms completely disregarding the shocked yelp as the landed on the cold wooden flooring. 

"Sorry!" Lunar's sheepish voice echoes out as he crawled to the exit, staring down at the two on the floor away from each other. 

Maneuver around the tunnel Lunar's leg hung out of the tunnel and waited until Equinox got back up before latching back onto his neck.

Lunar reminded him of a baby koala, he huffed to himself before stepping over to Moon and grabbed his legs dragging him all over the floor. Although there were some resistance, thankfully that was quickly put to rest when Moon found out Lunar stated he wanted the sleepover.

Kidnap Moon? Success, now they need 2 more.

"Can't you just do this normally like a normal person?" Moon voice came from behind Equinox as they walk out of the ballpit with Moon still being towed by the legs. 

"What is with your grip?? Like seriously what are you even made out of?" Moon crossed his arms staring at the dark purple ceiling, littered with fake stars as imitations. 

" Tungsten"

" How... Do they have that much Tungsten to make YOU?!? Fazbear's is a absolute cheap skates!!"

" You think i know... " Mumbling under his breath as he wandered around the daycare, surprisingly he still hasn't seen Sun anywhere when hes usually cleaning his 'glorious' barrels.

"Hey, Equinox? Do you hear that?" Lunar whispered, Equinox tilted his head back slightly as he sees his brother frown in thought attempting to pick up what he was hearing.

"I think its coming from over there" small nubby fingers pointed over to the green play structure on the right as they scampered over. Moon gave a disheartened scoff, having been forgotten as he continued getting yanked around like a childs doll.

As the 3 approached closer, a one sided conversation came from behind the structure as Lunar and Equinox peeked their head from the corner.

Sun was... Yelling at... Nothing? 

The two animatronics looked at each other confused, as the look in there eyes agreed Sun had gone insane if he was just yelling at air.

"What do we do?!?"

"You think i know?! I don't know have a magic protocol that can cure insanity!!" The two bickered quietly as they looked at each other hoping the other has an idea. 

"Whats going on over there, im hearing some yelling down here" Moon called out softly, gaining there attention.

"You didn't tell me Sun went clinically insane!"

" Maybe not the best words to describe my brother like that but hes talking to himself"

" Wait... Talking to himself?!" Both took there eyes off the figure on the floor and peeks behind the corner before returning there gaze back onto him, giving a nod.

"Shit... Shit... Let go! Hes having hallucinations" the sudden realization coming from Moon caused his arm to slack as Moon bolted over to Sun.

"... Your not real, hes not here, their dead. Its just my imagination playing tricks on me" Sun's effort in comforting himself failed him as the taunts from red moon kept appearing in his vision, seemingly persistent in harassing him.

"Were as real as you think, worthless little sun. You realize why the moon man doesn't trust you?" 

" Its because you'll mess up like always just like how his memories were erased, you couldn't save him and it was your fault"

" Its because of you that stopped me! I could've saved him... But if you hadn't been taunting me! Maybe Moon would've still... be here..." Sun sobbed out tears dripping down his face as he tugs his rays in distress until a pair of arms wrapped around him gently in a embrace.

"Im here Sun... im here... You didn't lose me..." Moon's arm softly grabbed on the hand, gingerly signaling him to let go as they hugged each other with Sun repeating multiple apologies clutching onto his brother tightly. 

"Should we... Interrupt this moment? Their kinda having a sad moment where we should be crying as well." Lunar turned to Equinox, watching the drama from the distance. 

" Nah let it be, the viewers would eat this up. They seem to love the sickening sweet fluff the two are having"

" Right... I forgot our lives are being recorded... "

" Sorry, that took a while. Had to make sure Sun was ok, he was having hallucinations of Bloodmoon." The twins hurried over to them, Equinox glanced over at Sun who looked like he didn't want to make eye contact with anyone given the fact he was staring away at something with his lips firmly shut making a thin line. 

"Let's go then, we just need Earth, just go head over to the theater we'll be there soon" Equinox shooed them away with his hand as the two scurried away. 

After the two left he sighed tiredly to himself "god... This is a nightmare... Sun became schizo..." 

" The more you learn? I guess? " Lunar chimed in standing besides him, clearly seeing the height difference.

"Oh i forgot to say this but while messing around in the theater i found a onesie thats yours"

" Mines?" 

" Yup has the colors, size and everything you should try it on"

After there destination of inviting Earth they had a small meeting discuss about details along with getting Equinox in the onesie.

"Ok! Lets see Earth said she would be in charge of getting pillows and blankets... Our job is to hoard more snacks so, we should get more. Wait what type of snacks do they like?... We need to go ask" Lunar skipped over to the theater about to announce his question when he paused seeing both Sun and Moon sitting in front of each other, tension brewing between the the.

"Lunar, why'd you pause" Equinox came up next to him as he sees the scene infront of him.

"Lets just leave them alone and let them sort their problem" Lunar turned back around leaving Equinox by himself, as he gives one final glance before leaving as well.

"Im guessing you want to know why i didn't tell you right?" Moon didnt get a response only a simple hum in agreement. " Yeah... I guess thats my mistake, i wasn't sure if you were still in the mind set of killing Eclipse thats why i didn't tell you, since they could be the same person... Eclipse hasn't made any appearance in a while and im starting to get a little... Worried... "

Sun raised his arm and placed it on his brothers shoulders. "Moon... I know... Your doing this to protect me, its my fault i overthinking it"

" Sun, no! Its none of your fault its just a simple miscommunication"

" Hah, i guess your right about that. gosh... i haven't charged in a while"

" When... was the last time you slept..." Moon glared at him annoyingly hearing the fact that his brother hadn't slept since he was a night attendant.

"2 days?" That had set him off as Moon felt something on his right hand, only to find out it was a weighted blanket.

Scooting over to Sun hugging him, he tossed the blanket on top of them trapping Sun in the warm prison.

"Moon?" Sun asked only to get shushed by his brother.

"Shhh... Sleep forehead"

"Your more bald then me!" He sighed before accepting his defeat as he closed his eyes drifting to sleep cuddling his brother.

" Aww there so cute cuddled up like this Earth squealed in delight seeing her brothers happily sleeping.

"Pft... Great black mail material..." Equinox cackles taking photos of the two curled up together. 

"You know what? lets just sleep for now, then we'll have the slumber party" Lunar bolted over next to Sun and Moon and laying between them.

Equinox looked over at Earth as she too followed before he sighed giving a light smirk as he joined in as well. 

Chapter Text

Chapter Christmas: First and Last Christmas 

Moon stood still infront of the inactive sun and moon themed go-carts before kicking both of them as the engine booted up.

"There, finally... Next time were not having kids drink soda on the carts" huffing to himself as he slumps forward slightly in exhaustion, the end of his night cap dangles down covering his left eye.

The small white pom pom thats connected to the blue and yellow star night cap hung infront of his face as he bats It slightly, watching It sway left and right like a grandfather's clock.

Ok! Nope! Hes getting distracted. 

He quickly slid the night cap behind him as If hes slicking his hair back, except... He doesn't have hair... Bald.

He crouched down plucking the screwdriver and toolbox lying on the ground before walking forward into the daycare. 

The closer he got, the louder he heard something sizzling coming from inside, it would go on for a little bit before stopping and picking back up again from the left side of the daycare. As his foot made his way into the patted flooring he peeked over to the left and seeing sparks fly off from the security desk. Confusion plagued him as he sees whos at the security desk.

... What the hell is he doing?...

Moon stood quietly watching Equinox, the figure was slouching down focusing clearly on the object In their hand. As random machinery laid neatly away from whatever he was doing as small fizzling started back up again, before he reared back clutching his eyes hissing In pain.

He decided that was enough watching from the corner and stepped over behind him. 

"Never thought you'd be a tech guy" he spoke as the animatronic spun around with a look of horror written on his face. 

"Yeah... When... When did you get here..." 

"Just got here, I just wanted to see what you wer... Is that... A robot bird?" He pointed at the silver thing in the figures hands surprised. 

"... Yes? Why the hell does that matter to you?" 

" Does It work?" Moon walked closer getting a better look at the robotic animal. 

"... No... Im... still working on It"

"You don't mind if i help out do you? Maybe you could give it laser eyes or something."

" What?! No! I- you know what, i don't care, lets just weaponize a bird for shits and giggles" scoffing sarcastically he shoved the chair besides him over to Moon. 

The two sat side by side discussing plans over how they could cause mass destruction if they had an army of robotic birds. If theres one thing Equinox found out about Moon, it was that he was extremely into ravens.

Moon cackles in delight before attempting to calm himself down.

"Heh, its great talking to someone who understands science, i had doubts abo-" Moon paused for a moment realizing he almost slipped up before continuing. "Nevermind, hey Equinox?" He heard the tired hum from besides him as he glanced at the person next to him.

"Do you think you can help me kill Eclipse? I didn't want to ask but I think we need all the help we could get considering he has the star" Moon turned his head locking eye contact with orange and white eyes. 

"What exactly do you need my help with?” he replied sarcastically, genuine curiosity coming from him as he sat observing Moon. He hadn't expected him of all people to be trusting of him considering he heard him gossiping with Sun about keeping an eye on him, so what changed? 

"Well i dont exactly... Have a plan? Right now? Maybe you could help me plan something, or come up with some grand scheme. I don't know... something!?"

"... Sure, not like hes going to drop by anytime soon... " Equinox doesn't trust himself aka Eclipse, if he knows himself well enough, he wouldn't show up until a little while after whatever plan they have is ready or almost ready at least.

"Perfect, thanks i forgot to a-" Moon stopped mid sentence as he glances at his arm, red and white optics scanned whatever he was reading on his arm.

"Sorry, Sun needs me I'll be right back." Moon bolts out the daycare quickly leaving Equinox in the dust.

"First Lunar running off now Moon? I wonder why..." He mutters to himself before squashing down that thought and continues working, now having 2 projects to work on.

"Sun! Why didn't tell me its Christmas today!" Moon yelped as the bot crashed through multiple boxes while entering one of the party rooms.

"I thought you knew?! We were wondering where you were when you didn't show up. Your lucky we already wrapped all the gifts, we just need to set up the tree now" Sun huffed turning to face his brother before pointing behind him at the corner with boxes neatly wrapped up with a bow

"Where's Lunar and Earth?" Moon glanced around seeing an empty room besides one window which the red curtain was pushed aside for some reason letting the dark night sky and flakes of snow fell down onto the ground.

"There getting the tree right now thats why im waiting here. Just making sure, its Equinox's first Christmas right? Lunar had his first Christmas last year"

" Should be, unless he was kept a secret for a year like Earth" he muttered walking over to the knocked over boxes and slices the tape open with his clawed fingers.

Moon pulled out a long green striped wire that had lightbulbs connected to the wire.

"Well... Do you know what hes doing right now?" He paused after pulling the object out as his back is turned away from Sun.

"Moon?" Sun voice faltered slightly with concern. 

"Weaponizing a bird?" 

"... What?..." 

An hour or so later the duo would hear light footsteps running by before the door to the party room bursted open revealing Lunar and Earth, whos carrying the tree since Lunar is a midget compared to it.

"We're back! Oh hey, your here Moony! lets set the tree up now!" Lunar glances over at Moon who he pointed slightly behind him where an organized pile of tree decorations laid on the floor

"Ahead of you already"

"Moon, go ahead and set the tree up I'll go get Equa. He should be in the daycare yes?" Moon didn't give a response only a single thumbs up before waving Sun out.

The solar animatronic shut the door behind him as a click signaled the door had been shut. Before he skips off down the stairs, somehow getting down the flight of steps without tripping. Impressive he must say, his thoughts were interrupted when he hears croaks coming from the daycare along with whisper yelling.

Sun peeks into the daycare and sees Equinox along with something big perched on his left arm. 

"Good job buddy, but keep it down, your being stupidly loud, you know the plan. If t-" he cuts himself off once the bird glances at Sun's direction before flying off of him and landing ontop of a beam on the ceiling. The figure turns around only to see Sun watching from a distance.

"Equinox... What... Plan are you talking about..." Cautiously Sun trecks over to him before stopping a few feet away for his safety.

"... You weren't supposed to find out yet..."

.

"... the robot isn't even ready for me to show you" puffing out air he crossed his arms confidently as his rays drooped slightly. 

"That's it? You almost gave me a panic attack" breathing out a sigh before pointing at the animal on the beam. " Want to explain that?"

"Robot raven, wasn't planning on showing anyone yet so if it saw any of you it would hide, cause of how ugly you all are" Sun gave a disheartened gasp at the insult, giving a pouted huff.

"You look similar to us, you have no room to talk. Now come on everyone's waiting on you" Sun grabs his lower arms wrist before dragging him off.

"Waiting on me?!?" He blared as they exit the daycare, the raven from above watched as his creator gets kidnapped before gliding after them. 

Equinox watched as Sun pulls out a red hat similar to Moon's nightcap from his pockets before slapping it onto of his head, causing his rays to retract allowing the fabric to cling onto his head just like how Moon keeps his hat on cause hes bald. 

"Alright in you go" Sun pushes open the door before shoving him in first.

"Shove me again and I'll set you on fire..." He hissed at him before a small light blue hand grabs his palms gently, pulling him over to take a seat where a giant table was placed in the middle of the room where the rest of his 'family' were seated.

No not family, he maybe is related to them in some way. But they definitely don't think of him as family, and neither does he. 

After he takes a seat completely confused of the entire scenery Lunar breaks the silence one sitting down next to him.

"Merry Christmas Equinox!" Lunar shouted out raising both arms up as the others joined in as well.

"... The hell is Christmas?" Equinox questioned having no idea what Christmas was. 

"Its a uh... Holiday in December where we give gifts to each other and hang out with friends and family?" 

" Pft, he doesn't know what a cat is and he doesn't know what Christmas is? Loser"

" Moon shut it, its his first Christmas " as Sun replied elbowing Moon, it had him thinking. He was alive until the end of October... Meaning that he wouldn't even know what it was either way since he was incapacitated during that time. 

"Were doing secret santa dont worry about giving a gift this time, theres always next year! " Lunar smiled before grabbing hold of one of the only red and black present with his name written neatly on it before gently placing it in front of him on the table. 

"This ones yours, since none of us know what to give you. We all came up with this one together, dont flip it over please" Lunar scampered back over grabbing another present in a light yellow wrapping paper but before he could give it he was stopped by Sun. 

"Lunar, you don't need to grab it for all of us. Just grab yours" the small bot stared up at him before giving a dignified huff sticking his tongue out at him and grabs the giant baby blue present next to the yellow one, pulling it back to sit with Equinox. 

Sun grabs the dark blue box and tosses it carelessly over to Moon which he caught it although hes now stretched across the table in doing so.

"Your a damn hypocrite" Moon booed at him as Sun gently passes a green and blue gift to his dear sister before walking back to his seat with his present in hand

"So who wants to open there present first?" Ignoring the night attendant he glances at everyone in the room but nobody says anything.

"Since nobody is saying anything me and Earth should go first!" Lunar chirped rasing his hand up while the rest of his weight was pressed onto the table by the other hand. 

"I wouldn't mind going if your all ok with it" Earth had her hand on the box, when she got confirmation to go Earth began to peal the the tape off gently without ripping the paper although the same couldn't be said with Lunar as he demolishes the poor paper and grabs Equinox's hand to slice open the final tape covering the box. 

Lunar went absolute feral over the box and when he pulled out the contents he started hopping up and down with joy.

"Thaaank you!!" Lunar drew out the thanks as he tried clutching the giant beanbag with his small frame as he slips backwards causing it to fall on top of himself technically drowning him. 

"Its no problem, i heard you were talking about how much you loved beanbags" Earth finally got through the wrapping and opened the box to find an actual pink barbie dress that was about the same size as her.

"Aww thank you so much i love this" she chirped happily clutching it closed to her chest.

"That costed way too much for someone to make" Moon sighed tiredly slumping on the table.

"Imagine paying so much money to make that" Equinox joked across from him. 

" Imagine caring about your family" raising his head up he glared at him slightly. 

"..." The immediate response shut all future conversation as they now sat in a awkward silence. 

"Moon, i think we should open our presents now" Sun patted his shoulders before the two opened it up.

Moon pull out a tiny box with a wind up handle it had been neatly packaged incase 'Someone' decided to toss the gift that being Sun.

Sun on the other hand stared inside the box slightly disappointed, what did he get?

A box filled with cat toys and Baldur's Gate which... He already has...

"Im sorry Sunny!! I didn't know what to get you!!" Lunar cried out.

" Its fine Lunar, don't worry about it. There wasn't anything I needed anyways and the cats would love these!" Sun reassures him. " Alright Equa, your turn! Be careful when your opening it, its sorta fragile"

Equinox stared at the gift infront of him, he felt threatened by it something was in there and it feel like it gonna attack him. He raises an arm up he gently starts slowly peeling the tape off agonizing slow as everyone watched with anticipation.

"You know you can be a little ruffer then that right?" Moon snickers watching as hes slowly trying to get the wrapping paper off. 

"Shut up, i know that! im getting there." His cheek flustered with embarrassment as he peeled off the tape and opens the box.

But he didn't get to peak into it as black pairs of fluff poked out of the box before poking its head out, pinprick green eyes glared at him clearly not liking him already.

"Me and Lunar uh... Found him outside of the pizza plex so we took him in, although he hates all of us?" 

" Hates a strong word i say he despises all of us with every fiber of his life, i mean look at him! Glaring 24/7, it wont even let anyone pet it!" Moon crossed his arms before laying on the ground.

"Im sure its nothing Moon, we did take it in immediately once you saw him" Earth tried downplaying the situation although Moon insisted the cat was a menace. 

Equinox stared at the cat as it stared back at him almost having a staring contest before he brought a hand out and placed it in front of the feline as it hisses and smacks his arm aggressively multiple times before gradually stopping once realizing the hand wasn't retracting.

It stopped for a moment before its eyes shifted from the outstretched hand to his eyes before giving curious sniffs and backing up away from him when any unwanted movement was made which caused some smacks. 

After a while the cat bolted out of the box earning yelps from the others but the mammal seemed to find a good place to sit this being right on Equinox's shoulders.

He raised his hand up to pet the cat on his shoulders only to get a hiss and a whack to the face of disapproval. But at this time he got to see the full appearance of the feline, its a scruffy black cat with green eyes.

"Huh the menace seems to like him, good! cause I didn't want the little shit anyways" the cat seemed to understood what he said as turned its attention to Moon hissing at him. 

"See that! That is a little sh-" his response was cut off as Sun grabs hold of his night cap.

"Moon, stop cursing"

"... I have a gift for Moon?" Equinox announced, that had gotten everyones attention as they turned to him.

"Really?" Moon questioned getting nodd and gestured him to follow him out of the party room.

Moon followed and his siblings glanced at each other joining as well.

"Moon, step right there" Equinox pointed infront of them at the empty spot in the open area. Before instructing the animatronic to have an arm out.

"Now say meep meep"

"Meep meep? What do I look like to you roadrunner?" What he didn't expect to happen was hearing something flapping in the air before something heavy landed on his arm causing him to gasp in shock.

"YOU MADE ME A RAVEN?!?"

Chapter 15: Your Average Gaming Video 

Sun stood close by the tunnel leading to his brother's room waiting for him to come out so they could record their video, he stayed in there for a while after calling out until he finally heard thumps from the blue tunnel.

"Hey Sun, do you think you could record with Equinox for now? I need to talk to the computer about something"

"Sure! About what exactly?"

"Eclipse, i have something in mind but not sure if he would help out or not, i'll tell you when your done recording" Moon swiftly crawled back into his room with struggles maneuvering himself backwards.

"Alright... guess i'll make the first video with Equinox today, wait... Moon! Do we even have an avatar for him to use?" Sun places his head inside the tube as a usb stick comes flying at him bonking him in the face.

"Yup, nevermind we do" he picks it up rubbing his faceplate.

Hey guy, welcome back to the SUN AND MOON SHOW!! Except Moon's not here today since he's busy with something, but were playing... Editor put some drum roll please... One block but with lucky blocks!" After concluding the short intro Sun turns to the person beside him.

"Just wanted to make sure but, you do know how to play right?" Sun's avatar crouched in one corner next to Equinox on the same platform but not crouching.

"Sun, i know how to play Minecraft i'm not an idiot like you"

"Yikes... a little rude there, just wanted to ask since the only thing i keep seeing you play is those Scp games" Equinox slowly turns his head over to Sun before staring down at him until he hits him, sending him into the vast empty void.

"What was that for?!?"

"Whoops sorry, i was trying to break the block. you got in my way" He cackles breaking the block under him as a stack of tnt dropped into his inventory.

Sun sighed respawning back onto the block that was currently getting broken.

"Well how about this, i feel like this video is gonna be very peaceful. How about we could ask questions so the viewers get to know you better?"

"With lucky blocks it's never peaceful, the 'fans' already know too much"

"Relax... im sure we'll be fine, the most thats going to happen is us getting blown up" Sun muttters turning around looking at the sky for a second "..." Equinox pulls the tnt out before stuffing it back into his inventory when Sun turns back around at him.

"Anyways give me a second i'm going through the discord server to grab some questions"

Sun stood still on the block as Equinox continued breaking it only to get nothing since everything was going towards Sun. He stopped and stared at the unmoving figure contemplating if he should shove him off again but decided against it and continued breaking the blocks.

Every once in a while he would see a colorful explosion particles and fireworks being lit up but nothing much happened after that until Sun came back, his in-game character convulsing slightly upon arrivval.

"Alright im back! Whoa! Thats a lot of stuff, i thought you would've punched me off by now"

"Just build a platform already, i'm already this close to knocking you off"

"Right got it, anyways i have the questions pulled up here, ready to answer them?" Equinox hummed before continuing to break the block once Sun began building around it.

"Ok so first question is from StarlightBiscuits, ahem 'to Equinox, how did it feel talking to yourself?' Well not sure what that meant but thats certainly the best way to start off the questions." Sun glanced at the question before placing down a tree sapling onto the dirt. 

"Talking to yourself is awkward, you'll see how much of an embarrassment you are to everyone around you"

" Why do you say it like you experienced this before?"

"... Imagination?..."

" I-ima- you know what i won't question it, next question from Ultimate_Dusk, genuine question to Equinox, will you marry m-" Sun cuts himself off to read the question in his head before dismissing the question.

"Sun, i swear to god... Did you grab all the weird ones?"

" No! No! I swear theres gotta be at least some decently normal one like... This one from Striker and Skylar, 'hows Lunar and yours bonding moments been?' There, that was a good one right?"

" Sure it was... Lunar keeps hanging onto my tail while i walk around and sometimes falls asleep on it but other than that he drags me to play games with him if hes bored and doesn't have anyone to... bother... Oh, shoot..." Equinox mutters after breaking a block and spawns a mob in. 

" Aww thats swee- HO FUCK!!" Sun turns to face Equinox only to come face to face with a wither.

"What do we do!?!" Panic shouts came from the solar animatronic as he tries punching it from a distance. 

"Keep him off me, ill see if i can get something good to use!" Punching more blocks hoping to drop something useful. Sun ran around wildly as the wither targeted him, the heads breaking the platform on impact every time it missed him.

"Equa! Were running out of time! Hurry!"

" Im getting there! Wai- got it! Sun come here and continue breaking the blocks!" The finale block he broke dropped a diamond sword that seemed to be labeled as the hero's sword with... Insanely over powered stats. Sun hoped over the missing block on the floor as they switched places, this time Equinox was fighting it. 

Equinox stared up at the mob in the sky prepared to fight it only to realize something.

"... I've never fought a wither before..."

" What?!? Hand me the sword!" Sun stops snapping behind him in shock. 

" Ha! Don't worry I'll be fin-" he slashed the wither once and it died immediately with one swing.

"Thats... not supposed to happen is it?..." The one wielding the sword stared at the item it dropped in confusion. 

"... No... were... just gonna imagine that never happened, anyways should we continue with question?" Sun turned back and breaks the blocks getting flint and steel. 

"Just go, stop asking... Give me the flint and steel" at the request Sun tosses it over to him and a stack of dirt.

"Ok forth question from Gamingwithlisa, 'the editor is pissed at you Equa, you know that right? :)' ...What... did you do? god that smiley face is menacing."

"... Next question... " He paused for a moment sweating slightly before patching up the holes on the floor. 

"Fineee, this one isn't from the fans but its mines, but who created you?" Sun asked him skeptically, he wanted to know where exactly he came from and it didn't help he came from an unknown source besides being Fazbear's property as well, he was suspecting it was Eclipse who probably brainwashed someone from the company. 

"Jeremy, he's... I think works at part and service" Sun glances behind him seeing Equinox building a long straight line out of the square platform.

"Oh, Jeremy? I forgot he dropped by and gave me your number when i first called you" multiple blocks gets placed behind him as he continues doing his thing which is... Breaking more blocks.

"Although i d-" fizzing sound rang into his ears as he turns around at the sound only for multiple tnt littered the ground and many of them were lit up already as Equinox was seen running away from him with his back turned and onto the outstretched blocks he made.

"Equinox... your an absolute fu-" explosions rang destroying everything around it as Equinox laughs like a lunatic, all the progress up to this moment has been lost and Sun officially gave up, ending the video immediately after respawning. 

"I hope you know... You suck" Equinox leaned back onto one of the chairs at the security desk looking extremely smug as Sun sat beside him, clearly annoyed his assistant had destroyed everything up to that point. 

They sat in a comfortable silence until little pattered footsteps bolted into the daycare, completely exhausted carrying a decent sized box. Both daycare attendants turned to the figure next to the desk, panting for breathe.

"Fan... Package... Equa..." After delivering those 3 words Lunar topples over dropping onto the floor along with the box but thankfully didn't crash as Equinox caught him on time and picking both of them up with his arms. 

"Huh, you got fan mail? I don't think we ever got fan mail before, here ill take Lunar why don't you go open it and see what's inside" Sun gently scoops Lunar out of his arms before walking off leaving Equinox and the considerably light box, he thought there might have been a bomb in here ready to blow up but its simply too light to be one as he carefully dragged his claw along the tape, slicing it open slowly.

After lifting up the covers he reached his hand into it grabbing onto a piece of paper and lifting it out a simple scribbled black index card, the only thing it said was...

 'eye no hoo u r e clips :) - Fom Fan'

...whoever wrote this needs to go back to kindergarten... But hey at least thats a cute drawing of him and... Himself? 

Equinox stared at the jumbled up words in confusion wondering what this could simply mean till he started examining it carefully. Before staring flabbergasted, it wasn't a just mess of words it actually spells out something. He scrambled to rip up the paper and quickly toss it into the trash under the desk to hopefully never see it again before.

Taking a deep breath he grabbed into the box again and clutches something soft and pulls it out slightly, seeing a red and black fabric limb which prompted him to pull it fully out. 

It was a plushie... A plushie of him to be exact, his current model and almost as tall as Lunar.

Equinox turns the plush around, applying pressure onto the cushioned chest as he's taking in every detail. It looked exactly like him except some colors are slightly off and no tail. He could see the threads poking out but either way he's impressed someone had the time to make a plush of him

He smiled lightly getting up with the plushie close to his chest walking to where Sun and Lunar were vibing with each other. A mischievous thought came up as he called out to his little brother. 

"Lunar! Catch!" 

"Huh?" He tossed the plush onto Lunar who caught it but not before it almost tackled him to the floor.

"Oh gosh, i just got assaulted by a mini Equa. Sun! Arrest this man!" Lunar chirped out trying to hold the plush up so it wouldn't touch the floor but Sun was laughing at the size comparison.

Chapter 16: Solar (some of you wanted this man (◡ ω ◡))

Sun slowly descended down the ladder, clearly in thought. Since Equinox first came to the daycare some unnerving energy radiated off of him, causing him to feel extreme anxiety when left alone with him. Thankfully he masked all of his emotions with a relaxed demeanor when interacting with him that the other doesn't expect anything.

But after hanginng out with Equinox it seemed to have calmed down his nerves by a lot when Sun had questioned him, maybe hearing the difference between him and Eclipse was what made his mind at ease, they may look similar but he knows that there not the same person.

"Moon! We just got done with the video what's the plan?" His head poked into the room, yellow rays extending out from its tiny containment, which was a tunnel.

Moon sat in a chair with his back turned as he tosses something onto his bed before swerving around to face him, his blue fingers pressed against each other in front of his face like he's about to make a deal.

"You're late..." he muttered pass the fingers covering his permanent smaile etched onto his face.

"Im... Sorry?..."

"Im just messing with you, get in here!" Getting up he kicked the wheeled chair out of the way into the corner of the room where random boxes littered. Moon twisted his body and faces the computer waiting for Sun to pop in there as well with him.

"Computer, play the audio when i finish telling Sun the plan"

"no"

"..."

"...why did the old me even like this..."

"Moon, is it really necessary?" Sun walks over behind him as he glances at the blank computer screen.

"No, but i need it for the effect" Moon pouted slightly, turning around to face his brother. "Whatever... anyways, about the plan with Eclipse, i was planning on fighting fire with fire" he announced smugly.

"You're planning on making another star?" Sun sat down on the bed facing up at him.

"... No? I was planning on heading to the nice Eclipse dimension and ask if he could help us" He stood for a moment before continuing. "Anyways i just wanted to let you know that I'll be leaving in 2 days."

"How are you sure he's actually going to help us" Sun crossed his arms narrowing his eyes at him.

"Oh im just going to say it im not sure, but im not afraid to ask though" Moon proudly admitted it as his hands were on his hips, smirking to himself as Sun facepalmed.

"Where the hell is Sun?" Equinox murmured as his feet landed on the ground after teleporting to the balcony.

He hears quiet voices as he peaks down the railing, tracking it into Moon's room. He hadn't expected this to peek his interest as he climbed down the ladder and crouches besides the tunnel, listening in.

"Look, im sure that the nice Eclipse would help take down our Eclipse, its still a great idea and i stand by it!"

"yes, its a great idea but you don't know if he's going to say yes!? We don't even have a plan if he does say yes!" Equinox stood quietly hearing the debate, this isn't exactly the news he was hoping to hear since this would mess up his plans. 

"Ehhh... we'll get there eventually, im sure i can think of something in 2 days..." Shuffling could be heard from inside before thumps echoed the tunnel alerting him that someone is coming out. 

Panic rose has he glances around the room looking for a hiding spot before his eyes land on one thing.

The small toy house

Its a stupid idea and he's most likely not gonna fit but not like he has any other choice. He dashed over to it, yanking his tail off and tossed it behind the couch before cramming himself into the compacted space and slams the door shut.

Surprisingly he managed to fit his 8ft tall lanky ass body in there but was extremely cramped, almost as if hes stuck in there. Light spilled through the tiny windows as he peeked through the cracks watching as the two brothers crawled out of there meeting room.

Sun sighed before Moon pats him on the shoulder.

"Dont worry Sunny, trust me. it'll be fine" 

" I hope so... Lets go find Earth and Lunar so we can play some games or something... " Both nodded in agreement before climbing up the ladder and hoping off the balcony. 

Equinox sat in silence for a while before his foot slowly push open the door and his legs pop out into the open, finally free from it's confinement. Although when he tried dragging himself out... He can't get the rest of his torso out and is now stuck inside it.

Shoot...

After many struggles he managed to push himself out and reaches behind the couch to grab his tail, reattaching it back onto his body with a slight click. Before walking to the tunnel and crawling into Moon's room although it was cramped.

"Hey, Computer... Do you mind doing me a favor?"

" What is it that you want"

" Do you think you can send me to that uh, nice Eclipse dimension?" The computer doesn't respond for a moment before they spoke breaking the silence.

"Why do you need to go there?" 

"Check out different dimensions?"

.

"... Let me speak to the other for a moment" The computer cut off any form of communication as Equinox took this time to sit on Moon's bed solemnly. 

"Should we contact Moon?"

"... No... It is in our best interest to continue watching him for now, he hasn't done anything that would warrant any danger to any of them... Yet" 

"Yet means hes planning something, and that something is causing problems in different universes"

"What exactly is your plan, it seems you have such a great idea! How about we tell Moon, who still somehow doesn't know Eclipse is standing besides him"

" At least im coming up with something, it seems like you were planning on sending him there anyways"

"... We'll pick this up later hes getting impatient"

" Apologies, we will grant your request although in return you need to install a dimensional chip into your systems that way we can pull you out"

" Suppose that makes sense" shuffling over closer to the computer as he waits for the computer to do its thing.

After a minute, the process was complete and Equinox stood up about to leave before stopping halfway from going inside the tunnel almost hesitant.

"hey... Computer?"

"Yes?"

"... Thanks..." He whispered out quietly, if it hadn't been for the computer being able to hear everything they probably wouldn't have caught that. As the two ai watched him getting out of there as quick as possible.

Equinox ran up to the balcony as he stared down at the giant ball pit, he sighed running a hand down his face before hoping down into the balls preparing for the massive headache hes gonna get from this.

"Are you this stupid?" The first ai spoke once making sure Equinox left before speaking up.

"No, because im smarter than you. I didn't give the idiot a dimensional chip, I installed a mic into him so we can hear whats happening" 

" Your still stupid for sending him there..."

.

"... I bet you 10GB that Moon is smart enough and would find out in less than a month" the second ai thought for a moment debating if they wanted to take the deal or not.

"Well i bet 10GB as well that they wont figure out for a while since those two are idiots"

" Deal!" Both ai's for the first time finally agreed on something even if their making a deal..

Colorful balls scattered everywhere as the animatronic pulled himself out of the ballpit gasping for air as he glances around his new surroundings. Everything looked the exact same, he would have thought something would have been slightly different but it isn't. 

Trudging through the plastic material he exits the pit as he walks past the bridge before his foot landed on the patted flooring. 

The daycare was empty as the same theme played in the background until he sees a figure walking up to him not saying anything.

The closer the figure had gotten, he could see it was himself. Although in Sun's body with the glow feature on with a white shirt and stained blue overalls. As he got closer he moved the goggles up to his forehead. 

"Are y-" Equinox begin to ask a question before the bot got close enough and swung their fist into his face, punching him once brutally.

"What the hell was that for?!?" He backs off slightly bringing a hand up to the area the figure in front of him had punched.

"Wanted to do that for a long time now. You know what you did, your me after all" the eclipse stood crossing his arms over his chest staring slightly up to have direct eye contact.

He hissed slightly before letting go, now the two had made eye contact.

"I didn't even say anything, how the hell did you know so quickly"

" Did you really think deleting one video is going to wipe your entire existence?" He uncrossed one arm and points up at him "... Actually... I'll answer it for you, no. Im more surprised Sun and Moon haven't even realized yet with how bad your hiding it, its almost ridiculous" he scoffed turning away from him as he stomps off slightly to the daycare doors. Equinox trailed after him, not entirely sure what he meant by that comment.

"What do you mean?"

"What i mean is, deleting that one video of you making your reappearance isn't going to change anything if you reveal yourself to your damn backup" Eclipse pulls out a wrench from his belt before he walks out of the daycare where the go-karts were, as he crouches down. Pulling his goggles down to his eyes and unscrews the bolts on the karts.

"... You watch the channel?"

"Lunar popped in my dimension before and started hanging out with me, recorded a video or two before he got killed by your damn backup..." 

Equinox stayed silent as he watched the other work, it seemed as though he had been in the process of taking it apart before he had arrived and now it felt awkward considering he didnt have a plan before coming here.

A moment later something fizzed from the karts before it exploded in Eclipse's face, splattering more oil on him. Although his goggles prevented the oil from getting into his eyes. He sighed disappointedly at the results 

"Why exactly did you come here anyways? I dont think your here for my star like your backup did when he came here" He paused pulling his goggles off, peering behind him as the figure just stood quietly. 

"Moon is planning on coming here to ask for your help"

" And what do you want me to do about it?" His deadpan face stared at Equinox as he shuffled in place. 

" Im asking you to not help him"

" Heh, Not really much i can do to help since im stuck here" chuckling to himself. 

"... Why? Stuck on Sun and Moon's leash or what?" He could see the other version of himself looked slightly conflicted. 

"Eh, You could say that. Sun's in vegetative state and Moon's practically gone trying to fix him. im the only person running this place, even if i wanted to help. Theres nothing i can do about it since i can't leave the daycare unattended" he tosses his tools onto the ground before picking himself back up.

"And im guessing thats not the only reason you came here. You want to kill 'yourself' in your own way" turning towards him he sees the figure fidgeting with his tail. 

" Its the least i could do after what i did to... Them... " He frowned looking away as his rays retracted in solace

" Surprised your regretting everything, the other one was a complete asshole. But if you want my advice you should just go back and talk to Moon and make a plan with him." He glanced Equinox up and down taking in his appearance since he didn't acknowledge him when he first came through. "Heard Moon wanted your help as well in that Christmas video" 

" damn editor... "

" Luckily i dont have to deal with my privacy being invaded" he commented smugly with his hands behind his head walking back into the daycare. 

" You dont mind if i stay for a bit right?" Equinox followed close behind to the other alternate version of himself. 

" Go ahead, time moves quicker here than it does in your universe"

" ...If your staying for a bit, wanna play some Minecraft? Lunar taught me how to play it" he pointed over to the computers at the security desk. 

" Imagine having a kid teach you how to play Minecraft"

" Oh shut up... All you play are scp games, i should make you play Tattletail"

" I will literally kill you, if you pull that damn game up"

" Uh huh, sure you will. Your threats mean nothing when your going soft, let this be known im always watching"

Chapter 17: :)

Silence surrounded the figure as he watched the animatronic jump down into the ball pit disappearing from his radar. He sneered, closing the image out of his head as he stared up at the dark purple sky. White stars twinkled in the far distance as he stood reminiscing over everything hes seen.

Eclipse stared down at the white glowing ball in his hand, the star had allowed him to watch over everyone from a distance. Hes not entirely sure what to do with it now after receiving it, all the effort he took to obtain such powerful object felt pointless. 

Since he had nothing better to do he's been watching himself having the time of his life, which made his blood boil.

Oil boil?

...Whatever, doesn't matter figure of speech...

It made Eclipse realize he doesn't even know what the original's intentions were, at the beginning he had thought that he was gonna destroy the family from the inside and make them suffer but after watching him get domesticated like some stupid animal like that fucking cat thing he has, it was clear that he wasn't on his side at all. 

He doesn't understand how everyone could just accept him so easily and quickly! Sure for some reason they haven't noticed yet, but it made him want to rip his own rays off when he sees himself acting all 'buddy buddy' with his enemies.

It was ridiculous! The thought of seeing himself getting a second chance frustrated him. Clutching the star tightly he feels the warmth burning his hand as he tightly closes his eyes in annoyance.

He knows he dug his own grave, their was no denying it. He had wanted to get the star to torment Moon... Sun got dragged along in the process, but in doing so he killed his own brother in cold blood because of his betrayal. The only one who truly cared about him now resents him, Eclipse.

Now he is alone... just him and his thoughts, along with Solar Flare's continuos ramblings as he watches from a distance of what could have happened if he hadn't made an enemy out of everyone. 

...myabe things would have been different?... Maybe he should just kill him and take his place... He could change his form... They surely won't know... 

"Computer, any plans you thought of based on the information we totally have?" He asked sarcastically as he waited for the computers response.

"We may, turn around"

"Turn around? What ar-" Moon turned around before getting jumpscared. 

"JESUS!" He screeched out loud.

"Hello, Moon" Equinox stood ungodly close behind him as there face is almost touching by their closeness. 

"Hey... Equinox... You mind if you just... Back up... a bit?"

"... Im a bit close aren't i? "

" Yes, too damn close" at the response he watched as the figure glanced behind him before looking back at him, moving back two steps as they were now in a comfortable enough distance apart. 

"What do you need..." Moon sighed shutting his eyes as a hand was brought to his head. 

"sit down, I have an idea on how to kill Eclipse" Moon followed his instructions and sat down on the edge of his bed, they were currently standing infront of Moon's computer. More so Equinox being the only one standing. 

"Go ahead, whats your idea oh wise one." He crossed his arms waiting for the answer"

"I say we rig the ballpit with bombs and explode it when we push Eclipse in, that way it kills him and sends his parts in a different dimension. He won't be able to come back"

" That... Is the most stupidest idea i have ever heard... No offense. You do know the ballpit is our dimensional portal, right?"

" Correct and you have been complaining about the shit that comes out of there, what was one of them... The one you call Wally Wonder?" He heard a sigh infront of him as he sees Moon hunched over having his hands to his head.

"Dont remind me of that thing..." 

"So if you have any other plan i better hear you speak up now"

" You know... Now that you say that i did find blueprints from the original Moon"

" Original Moon? What? your not Moon or something?" He jabbed at him slightly.

" Wait you didn't know i had my memories reset? Sun told me you watched the channel!"

" ...wait you did?! I thought you came back somehow!!"

" Im not Jesus, i can't comeback like some holy spirit and knowing the original Moon hes probably down there making a deal with the devil right now!!"

" Not with that ridiculous thumbnail, you look like jesus!!"

"Ok getting sidetracked we can talk about this later..." Moon huffed not bothering with the previous conversation anymore he continues. "Back to what i was saying apparently i had a blueprint that we could use to make a satellite, it would in theory destroy a specific frequency. That being Eclipse, since it seems thats the name on the blueprint."

"How are you sure its not going kill anybody else besides him"

" Im not sure if it works so if it doesn't go well during the testing phase, we'll go with your weird plan but your fixing the damn portal afterwards. How big is the explosives?'

"Enough that it should only effect the portal and not the rest of the daycare." Moon groaned as he tipped backwards landing his back on the bed.

"Ughhh... Alright... I'll bring some stuff down so we can make it, you can start making the bombs just in case. Now get out i have to think, why don't you go talk to Sun or something since hes just next door." 

"Yeah, yeah whatever. I was leaving anyways" walking past Moon he crawls out of the tunnel leaving the night jester by himself as he jumps down into the ballpit not bothering to see what Sun was doing in his room.

God, knows hes simping over Roxanne in there.

Stepping out of the ballpit he begins traveling over to the security desk, imagining types of explosives that wouldn't be exactly too dangerous but enough to kill in close proximity.

Hes genuinely surprised Moon had agreed with his plans so easily even its a backup plan, if he had to guess hes probably getting desperate. 

As he continues to think, he begins muttering to himself as he walks back and forth in front of the giant door leading to outside of the daycare. 

🌕

Small footsteps skipped around on the tiled floor, completely bored out of their mind as they went around in search for some entertainment. It seemed everyone was busy and he had nothing better to do but head over to the daycare.

Maybe Sun or Equa isn't doing anything he thought as he quickly slid down the stairs by the railing before heading over to the giant doors.

Hearing the familiar muffled voice of Equinox, he stopped right outside doors before getting a mischievous idea to sneak up on him.

That would surely catch him off guard, he smiled smugly imagining the shock expression that would appear on the others face when he scares him as he slowly opened the door. Seeing the figures back turned away from the door, slightly in the distance he starts tip toeing over him. It was pretty simple since there wasn't anything on the ground besides a couple candy wrappers, which he decided to step over. 

"Ok, so Eclipse has the star which means that im not sure how big the explosion needs to be to kill my last back up..." He murmured to himself quietly with a hand to his cheek.

"At least that that should be the last one, damn it... Why the hell did i make so many backups! Ugh... Oh, sure! its to ensure i become the next William Afton because i keep coming back. God those two idiots didnt even bother looking for me to finish me off." As he ranted loudly to himself, Lunar halted directly behind him ready to pounce on the tail before his eyes widen in horror at his friend.

No, friend isn't even the right word, his ex-brother. The one who caused all his trauma, his hands quickly darted up to his mouth suppressing the panicked breaths as tears began swelling from his eyes trying to back away quietly. 

To think the one person he trusted the most. Who he became completely vulnerable to, was the person that hurt him the most. From abusing him to straight up killing him!

As hes backing up he failed to realize something, his foot slowly press down onto the patted floors getting a crunch as he glanced down, dread filled him as the thing he stepped on was a sundrop candy wrapper.

Time seemed to have froze as the daycare became silent until Equinox turned his head behind him seeing Lunar in a distressed state. Only to become mortified when he noticed it was his brother standing behind him eavesdropping.

"Lunar... Wait, i can explain..." He tried calling out to him walking closer, beginning to speak before Lunar interrupted him.

"g-get... GET AWAY FROM ME!!" His voice was hoarse as Lunar shouted he twisted around. Quickly fleeing from the daycare, shoving himself onto the giant doors blocking his way and bolted out of there in hysteria.

He attempted to call after him as Equinox quickly followed after but it was too late, Lunar had disappeared to wherever he ran off to.

Chapter 18: Broken Trust

🌕

He's not sure where he's going but that doesn't matter, all he needs to do is get the hell out of there and away from Eclipse before he tries killing him again.

it's getting harder to breath... is his fans working?

His foot stomped on the floor as he quickens his pace before running into a room and slamming the door shut.

As his back leaned against the door. His adrenaline seemed to slow down enough that exhaustion caught up to him. As he slides down onto the floor, pulling his knees to his face.

Soft sobs echoed the room as he cried softly to himself.

As tears fell down his face while gasping for air, he hears footsteps echoed outside as it got closer to the room he's in. quickly getting up and stepping away from the door he glances around the room. Noticing it's not just a normal party room he ran into, but was Earth's room.

Seeing the mini 'ballpit' he bolted over to it and hides under the colorful foam blocks.

"Lunar? what's wrong? Are you alright?" a voice called out nearby, calmly walking over to his hiding space. whoever was outside of the foam pit kneeled down, plucking one of the blocks covering the smaller animatronic.

Bright light filled his vision as he shrieked out terrified.

"Go away!" He dug further into the foam blocks hoping to hide himself deeper.

"Lunar, whats going on?" Earth sat down with the block in hand before reaching to grab Lunar's arm lightly.

"He's going to kill me!!!" He ripped himself away from his sister as she stared at him worriedly.

"Take deep breaths, who is after you right now?"

"ECLIPSE!"

"He's here?"

"Yes? No?! I don't know?!? Eclipse is Equinox!"

A knock stopped their conversation as the both of them peered at the door, which was the only entrance and exit in this room.

"Earth, can i come in? I wanted to ask if you know where Lunar went" Equinox's voice came from behind the door as Lunar began gasping heavily, tugging his nightcap down his face while pushing himself down further.

"Lock the door!" Lunar pleaded quietly to their sister.

She gave a comforting pat on his head before getting up and walks over to the unlocked foor.

"Sorry Equinox i wish i could help you, but i'm slightly busy at the moment" She answered truthfully, locking the door.

"That's fine... tell me if you find him. I just want to talk to him." He hesitated for a moment before leaving soon after, as his footsteps faded away.

"You can come out now, hes gone" turning around she waited for the lunar animatronic to hop out but instead he stayed still frozen in fear, the only thing making them visible was the pairs of light staring at her direction. 

"The door is locked and he left already. i assure you, your safe" gently reassuring him she walks back over before sitting down on her knees, swiping the blocks covering his head.

She lifts him out and brings Lunar into a hug, giving a tight squeeze as he cried on her shoulder.

"There, there, let it all out. Dont bottle it in, it'll hurt more if your doing this to yourself" Earth cooed rubbing circles on his brothers back, showering him with affection. 

"I promise he wont hurt you" 

"What do you mean he wont hurt ME?!? Its Eclipse! He already killed me once hes going to do it again!!"

" Im aware of what happened... But i dont think this is the same Eclipse, haven't you seen the difference between the two? You hung out with Equinox"

" I-i can't! I can't imagine their 2 separate people! I just can't when i actually first interacted with him i thought he was actually Eclipse, until i started trusting him like some IDIOT!!" Lunar shoved her away from him as he wrapped his arms around his torso, more tears threatened to fall down as his mouth quivered. 

"Your not an idiot Lune, you trusted him because he was trying to change. Even if you didn't know at the time, you gave him a second chance."

" If... I... Didn't know?... EARTH, YOU KNEW!?!" He snapped his nead to his sister in shock. 

" well... Just recently, he dropped a note in here when he left to get you from the theater before the sleepover"

"Why didn't you say anything!?"

"I had no reason to tell anybody, he wanted to change. Exposing him would do nothing but cause problems with everyone and all the progress he had done to help you"

Lunar stayed quiet as he stared at Earth, she didn't say anything besides sitting in the same position waiting for his response. 

" I don't understand... He has to be planning something!"

" I think you should talk with him, if you want to know"

" Im not doing that! Hes gonna say 'oh, i just want to talk' and then blow me up again!!"

" What if he doesn't? You'll never find out if you keep avoiding him, you'll have to talk to him someday even if its on accident"

"... I still don't trust him... " He mumbled now facing the ground. 

"Thats completely understandable, you dont have to forgive him but hes trying his best to make up for his past mistakes. im sure it'll help if you tried"

"... Fine... I'll go find him... But if i die, im haunting your ass"

" Language, Lunar" Lunar frowned deeply as he pouted, marching over the door and unlocks it. Giving a pitiful squeak from the door as it slams open with much force that a small bot should not have. 

Lunar hid in the shadows as he traveled slowly back to the daycare avoiding the lingering staff bots that roamed the halls. Why did they even have those, he thought to himself passing by the last bot.

Seeing the bright lights he peeks into the daycare, not much changed but thats to be expected since he was gone for a couple hours, ruffling sounds echoed from deep within the daycare as Lunar ran to listen closer. The more he came closer the sound he recognized it coming from the ballpit as he peers over the semi wall getting a glance on who was in it only to duck down immediately. 

Equinox was digging around the ballpit, clearly holding something in his hands.

Taking a deep breath in he walks over to the rainbow bridge which leads to the mass of colorful balls.

"Eclipse... We need to talk" after calling his name he watched as he swiftly turned his head to him in shock, hiding whatever he was holding into his pants.

"Yeah... We should..." Lunar didn't turn his back, keeping a very close eye on him as he slowly backed away onto the patted flooring as Equinox soon hoped out as well. 

Lunar was skeptical of him, he could tell that he was planning something but wasn't sure what it was but it had something to do with whatever is in that pocket of his.

"Why are you here" he began giving him a cautious glance. 

"Forced"

"Ok... Wheres the star?"

" Star? I don't have it"

" What do you mean you don't have the star!?! How are you here than?!"

" Some idiot decided to bring me back as 'Moon's replacement' those two, didn't want that so im just here as an assistant" Equinox brought 2 arms up doing air quotes before pointing up at the balcony leading to the two animatronics he was mentioning. 

" Wait... What do you mean someone brought you back?"

" Sun being the dumbass he is, messed up the spell causing me to get flung in the forest. Until i got dragged back here"

"... Oh... Ohhh... Shit that actually makes sense... Your not the one that killed me! " The slight realization of his brain connected some of dots when he realized that this was the Eclipse from October and not the one that here currently. 

" Watch your damn language" 

" Hypocrite"

" Brat"

" You hate kids"

" And? What about it? "

" How... Have you not killed any of them yet"

"Haha... Good question... Im this close to strangling them" bringing a hand up, his thumb and index finger was hovering just slightly away from each other.

"Surprisingly... Whats in your pocket"

"... "

" C'mon tell me its the least you could do after not telling me your Eclipse" Equinox doesn't give a response only bringing a hand up messing around with his rays quietly as the rest of his hands were just behind him.

"I can't tell you" crossing his arms he turns his head away from Lunar hoping that he wouldn't push further.

"You better not be planning something... Whats in your pocket"

" Not something you need to worry about Moon told me to make it"

" Really?... MOON! DID YOU TELL EQUINOX TO MAKE SOMETHING!?!" Lunar shouted up to the balcony until a voice called out soon after.

"YEP! WERE MAKING A PLAN TO KILL ECLIPSE, WHY?!" Lunar stared at Equinox for a moment debating if he was actually doing what Moon told him or is scheming something else.

"Nothing! Just wanted to ask!" 

"See i told you, Didn't i?"

"Ahhhh, i dont like this" he slowly inches away from him as the other stayed still. 

" Like it or not theres not much you can do"

" Im still keeping an eye on you"

" Fair enough i guess"

" Im... Watching... Youuuu... " Lunar mumbles out walking backwards to the front entrance although his back smacks against the play structure before continuing, only to trip on one of the generator wires and falls onto the floor before picking themselves up to fully leave. 

Equinox stood still watching his brother leave in a hurry before staring down onto the floor silently pulling the thing out of his pocket.

It was a bomb. 

Chapter Text

Chapter 19: Plan Failed

"Hmm, what do you think Equinox? You think this will turn him to dust?" Moon questioned, the two stood behind the security desk as they just finished building the satellite. 

"I still think its a terrible idea to just blast him with the satellite, how are you sure it's going to kill him when he has the stupid star."

"Have you seen him in the videos? One the star is slowly killing him, and two he looks completely drained. He won't be able to defend himself without using more star power." Equinox stayed quiet as he glances up to the ceiling and back down to Moon. 

"... it's gonna destroy the roof, isn't it?"

"Yep"

"... what do you think Sun would do if he sees a giant hole in the ceiling?"

"he'll... have to deal with it?"

"Exactly, how do we test it? I hope Sun has a fun time fixing the roof"

"you're a little piece of... what is with you and causing small inconveniences to me annd Sun specifically?" Equinox shrugged his shoulders absentmindedly in silence as Moon ignored it and turns around facing the computer.

Clicks from the computer echoed as Equinox plucked a barrel off the floor that Sun seemed to have left to clean later since he went to parts and service to fetch some equipment that Moon requested.

"Hey, Equinox i got a ping. Although it's very faint." He called out, gaining his attention. 

"That's... weird, where is it located?"

"It's in here... with us..."

"...Test shot?"

"Small test shot, we need to find out what it is" Moon brought his arm up adjusting the dial to the lowest setting. Before activating the satellite.

Nothing happened as the two stood waiting for the laser to beam through the roof. Equinox opened his mouth to speak but stopped once loud whirring sound filled the room as light pierced through his chest, hitting the sanitizers behind him as well.

He choked in pain, slightly yelping as he slapped a hand to his mouth while the rest of his hands to where the laser had punctured him.

"Damn it, does it not work?!?" Moon smacked his arm multiple times not seeing any results.

More laser came his way as the sound alerted him causing Equinox to jump away from where he was standing, clutching his chest. As the laser barely misses him leaving a small black residue on the floor.

Moon paused hearing something hopping behind him as he spun around seeing Equinox hunched over slightly using his arms, to cover his torso as black liquid began dripping down onto the tiled flooring.

"wait... its targeting you!?!" Moon shouted in worry, dropping his arm and running over to check up on him.

"Don't... touch me... i'm fine..." He brought a hand up stopping Moon in his tracks. 

"We're not going with this plan if it's going to kill you! I don't want someone else to die again! So change of plans were going with yours"

"Whatever... god, i'm bleeding everywhere..." taking his hand away he stares at the shiny black oil staining his hands as it began to shake slightly.

Why is he shaking... he thought clenching his fists together, attempting to keep himself steady.

He's pretty sure he nearly died, even if the shots were small it caused him excruciating amounts of pain almost like he got stabbed. Worse than when he got expelled by Sun, It made him wonder what it would feel like if he got the full dose of the laser.

"C'mon i need to get you to my room so we can get you repaired." Moon reached over to grab his shoulder but was soon batted away.

"i said... i'm fine!" he hissed out backing away before running out the door.

"Equinox!" The bot ran out as Moon stood still, not knowing what to do, thoughts ran through his mind as he's processing what just happened fully.

"...Computer!"

"Yes?"

"Call Sun immediately and tell him to meet me in my room, no jokes. Get him here now, something's not adding up right..."

"Yes sir"

Moon turns his head at the computer one last time squinting at it in suspicion seeing the signal fade away from his tracker before shutting it down and leaving the daycare.

Oil dripped down his frame as he bolted up the stairs, hes losing 'blood' quickly. His vision blurred as he kicked the door almost off the hinges leading to the parts and service room panting from his trip from the daycare.

A smaller figure stood infront of him with his back turned, focusing on the small rundown computer although he couldn't see who it was. The color was what caught his eye, Bright red hat and a blue shirt... Very familiar but hes close to passing out to care.

"Huh? Oh hey your ba- HOLY CRAP, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!?" The person turned around to greet him only to stare at him in horror watching oil continues to pool on the floor. 

"Where's the daycare attendant parts at?" He grunted, one hand gripping the edge of the door frame. His balance was slowly slipping as the weight of his body was getting increasingly heavy. 

He hears slightly muffled voices before feeling his head tilting over slightly, and his entire body collapses onto the floor. Landing straight onto the floor as his face was mushed to the ground. He hears panicked calls to his name as he shuts down.

Rebooting... 

Words appeared inside his optics as the blackness from his vision slowly cleared away before getting flash banged by the lights above him gaining a hiss as he raises his arms to cover his eyes.

"Well, at least now i know your alive" a voice mutters from besides him as Equinox turns his head over.

"Jeremy?"

"Rise and shine, pretty boy! You gave me a heart attack when you came here, what even happened?! Sun was here a minute ago." Equinox looked away from the man as he peered at his surroundings, he was in the same spot when he first woke up only this time he feels perfectly fine, except the lingering feeling of having his wires ripped out coming from his torso. 

"Experiment failed... Changing... to something more safe..." Was the only response he gave, pushing himself up with his arms attempting to support his weight.

"Woah slow down, i just fixed you. Your probably gonna be weak for an hour or 2, so your body gets used to oil circulating your body again... get back down!" forcibly Jeremy pushes his shoulders back down onto the metal table.

"Great... Just great, how long do i have to stay here?"

" 10 minutes, then I'll help you up. Perks about being a bot i suppose"

"Ugh... You didn't need to fix me, i would've been completely fine without your help"

" You sure? I dont think you could've done much when your almost dead on the floor" the man twisted his cap backwards and crossed his arms. 

"... Go die..." He scoffed to himself, turning his head away from Jeremy. 

" Foul language!! That coming from someone who works with kids!?!"

" Good! Let them experience the real world!"

Chapter 20: Yep, Hes Screwed

"So, There was an accident with the satellite and we thought its best we didn't go with that plan" Moon clasps his hands together as he explained the situation that had happened the previous hour to Sun, now currently in his room. 

" Wait, is everyone alright?!"

" ... Im not sure about Equinox... He ran off before I could help him, and there's small holes in the ceiling now"

" He didn't get that hurt right?"

" He should be fine, it was small shots it should only sting him although it might have... Made him bleed slightly?"

" That isn't why you called me here isn't it?"

"Your right, but that was part of it. Sun listen, I need to ask this but did you... Ever deleted a video off our channel?"

" No? Did you?"

" Thats the thing, i didn't either. But a while ago i was looking through our comments and the fans were asking about a deleted video" he turned around as he said this before turning back around grinning slightly, extremely smug about it. " i thought you deleted a video that had you and Roxanne in i-"

" Im not in love with Roxanne!!"

" Uh huh, sure keep telling yourself that. You still never took down that picture at the security desk" Sun huffed crossing his arms pouting, clearly not denying it.

"when did this happen anyways?"

"Theres still a few comments about that as of right now but I think it began a couple months ago"

"Should we check the comments then? "

"Sure go grab your laptop, Computer is being an asshole for some reason and not wanting to help out" he pointed over at the Computer who gave a huff in reply. Sun nodded as he got up to leave, possibly heading over to his room.

"Sun wait, before you go. I just want to add we need to check if there's videos of Equinox on the channel as well"

" Got it" Sun crawled into the tube before disappearing from his sight.

"Editor... For the first time you better have recordings of everything that has happened..." Moon whispered slumping down onto his bed, scooting back onto the wall as he waits for his solar counterpart to return. 

Moments of silence as he stares at the wall across the room, his shelf littered with boxes that had contained tools and machinery he had left unorganized. Surprisingly Sun hadn't nagged him about this habit, only giving a grimace every time he looked at that vicinity.

Although he did make a comment about rats possibly living in his room, but was soon shut down quickly when he mentioned how theres no food in there and the rats would DIE. Sun was not amused. Sucks to be him though, the amount of cats that now live here. They would eat them up anyways. 

"Alright im back, got the channel open as well" Sun chirped pushing the laptop through the hole before popping out of it as well. Moon patted the mattress besides him as Sun looked at the bed conflicted.

"You... Want me to sit on the bed?"

"Yes? Is there a problem?"

" No! Its just the old you, never allowed me to actually sit on his bed besides the edges... "

"... Screw him, he sucks anyways sit! Sit!" Moon beckoned patting the seat besides him even harder, motioning his brother to join him.

Sun sighed calmly in relief as he slowly made his way onto the bed, sitting down next to Moon with their backs against the wall before placing the computer between the two for them to both see. 

"Alright... Lets see what we got here, todays video was the failed plan... Yesterday's video was gaming... And-" he scrolled down slightly seeing more videos including their gaming videos until Sun forced his hand off the mouse. 

"Lunar finds out the truth? What truth?"

" We should continue looking before we get sidetracked, we can check it later." Moon scrolled down further seeing more videos until going down far enough to when he lost his memories.

"Moon, you said the editor posts everything about our life right?" Sun peered over at the screen as he hears a small 'mhm' from beside him.

"I didn't see the video when Equinox first came to the daycare..."

At that response Moon began rapidly scrolling back up to the most recent, glancing around the 1-2 months ago videos. 

"Its not here..." 

"You don't think thats the video they were talking about right?"

" It has to be... The editor posts everything onto our channel, and him coming to the daycare is a big thing. I dont see how they would not upload that..."

The sat in silence as slight whirling of each other's fans echoed the room before Sun turns his nead over to Moon.

"Moon... Equinox was looking at our channel, when he first came to the daycare..." 

" Im guessing he was watching the videos?"

"... On our account... You don't think?..."

" Lets check the comments first... Equinox met Eclipse? When did they meet?" Moon stared at the thumbnail as Sun pushed his head out of the way slightly, to get his head near the screen although it blocked off the entire view for Moon because of his rays.

"Get your rays out of my face, i cant see anything!" He frowned pushing some of his brother's rays into his faceplate before clicking onto the video. 

"I'll have you know my rays are my hair"

"Yeah 9 strands of it" Sun huffed out, clearly offended by the comment of someone who has no hair. 

The video played smoothly, watching in a third point of view of Equinox mindlessly picking up a glue bottle before staring at it for a bit and placing it back down with a sigh as he turns around, picking up a barrel. voices came from behind him although Sun whacked the space bar, pausing the video.

"I remember this. It was when me, you and Lunar went on vacation since Earth told us to relax. We can finish the video later. Comments. now." Sun demanded slightly as Moon chuckled at his eagerness to read the comments, scrolling down they immediately saw the top comments.

"Ha! Look at the amount of replies are on this one comment there trying to decide how slay he is, what do you think Moon?" His rays retracted in as he cackles to himself reading the replies of the fans arguing over the topic.

"Sun... We can react to these later, there has to be something important...." Moon slumps forward, his night cap slightly dangles down his faceplate as it rests there. "... Wait, i think i found something"

Moon swiped his hat back in place as he turns the computer so the screen now faced the sun.

"Eclipse is straight up disguising as Equinox and nobody is noticing. Like, they act completely different, how is nobody noticing this?!?!"

" Wait... Eclipse is disguising as Equinox?!?" Sun shrieked quietly as he attempts to snatch the computer back. 

"Sunny, Maybe we shouldn't jump to that conclusion yet, theres also another comment although its slightly different..." He twisted the screen back in his direction as he continued scrolling while reading some of it out loud.

"I wonder when or if they'll find out who Equinox is. Like, we all know who he is but I wonder how Sun and Moon would react if they found out given the current situation."

" Oh god, Dont tell me the fans know what's happening again... This is like another Lunar situation... "

" The comments are completely mixed compared to Lunar's, but what all the comments seemed to have in common is Eclipse and who Equinox truly is... " He paused for a moment before slowly turning his head to his brother almost menacingly. "You know what im thinking right..."

"No... No, no no no. There's no way, it can't be. They act completely different! He's so nice and... And always helping around the daycare, EVEN HANGING OUT WITH LUNAR!!"

" Sun, Sun calm down. calm... we don't know what hes doing or planning but i think right now he has different priorities like ...killing himself?... Are they the same person?... if it makes you feel better we can stalk him? Element of surprise, you know? since he doesn't know that we know" Moon held onto Sun's rays gently, soothing his brother from a possible panic attack. 

" You sure hes not gonna find out?"

" Not unless we confront him, which i think we might need too if theres 2 Eclipse's and not just one messing with us" he lets go of his face before ruffling his rays up into a chaotic mess. 

" Ack! Hey! should we go now?" Sun batted his siblings hand away. 

"Yeah sure, 'Equinox' said he would be hanging out with Earth and Lunar, we can watch from a distance" Moon closed the laptop screen and moved it aside, getting up along with Sun. 

" Suspicious... Or not suspicious?" Two heads peaked from around the corner watching 3 figures from the distance as they chatted loudly in Earth's room, more so arguing about something. 

"Not... suspicious yet..." Sun whispered, his head peering down slightly to his brother who's just below him.

Moon continued to stare before hearing something that peaked his interest. 

"Ok! Jerk! How about this?!? What would you do if a bomb was dropped on you, like... right now!?"

"I'll die" Equinox quickly shot back at the reply, almost immediately without hesitation. 

It became silent for a moment as Equinox snickered to himself. Lunar was baffled by the response, standing still as he stared up at the figure.

"Maybe... we shouldn't be talking about death th-" Earth stood between them before she gets cut off by Lunar finally finding the right words to speak.

"Your not even going to run or anything!?!"

"Run where!?! You die either way!" Lunar gave a horrified gasp but as a result, Sun choked out a loud wheeze causing Moon to drag him behind the wall in a quick panic as everyone became quiet.

Slight mummers came before the conversation resumed although slightly quieter, as Sun and Moon poked their heads out watching them again only to lock eye contact with a pair of eyes.

Earth tilted her head slightly before excusing herself as she hurried over to her older brothers.

"Hello! What brings you two here? Hiding behind the wall?" She waved at them, walking closer to the 2 with a hand behind her back. 

" Not here, outside" Moon quietly replied as he tiptoed out of her room, waving both of them as they followed his lead. 

"... So what seems to be the problem?"

"Well uhm... Moon, im guessing were telling her right?" Sun turns his head over to his brother. The animatronic doesn't give a response but a slight hum giving him a confirmation. 

"Ok, so before we start don't, tell Lunar about this. He will have a panic attack, but me and Moon might have accidentally found out Equinox has something to do with Eclipse... And we think they might be the same person..."

" Im aware of that"

" You are??"

"Yes, i didn't say anything since he wasn't harming anyone"

" Oh, my god... When did you even know?? Actually no scap that, has he done anything suspicious??"

" No, but I'm guessing your asking is because you think hes dangerous? "

" Yes! Maybe?!? I don't know, its him!"

" Your right, i guess it makes sense... Would you like to talk to him? It might help get your answers?"

" Thanks for the offer sis, but i think we'll keep a distance for now. Im keeping and eye on him, who knows if hes planning something... " Moon rejected the great offer with a shake of his head. 

"we'll be leaving now, sorry for interrupting your guy's fun" Sun dragged Moon by his nightcap as he held onto it for dear life not wanting to become bald.

"Come back soon!" Earth chirped out as the two walked back over to the daycare.

During the walk back, Moon was silently peeved as he stomped away. Sun quickly walked besides him although ended up falling behind slightly from the pace his brother had set. 

"Its official! Apparently Earth knows Eclipse is Equinox, great... " Moon fumed slightly, storming into the daycare as Sun followed close after. 

" Well... Would you look at that! It seems I won the bet, pay up" one of the computers spoke up loudly after Moon announces to no one in particular.

"Damnit, those too really are stupid" the other ai sighed disappointedly at the bots in the daycare.

"EVEN THE COMPUTERS KNEW AS WELL!?!" Moon shouted up at the ceiling as Sun gave gentle pats behind his back.

Chapter 21: Alternate Dimension

"Moon... Are you sure it's a good idea to do this?" Sun murmured peeking over his twin's shoulder at the computer. "I know you don't trust him but, going to another dimension where we do confront him is a bit... Extreme? Don't you think?"

" Relax, I'm just checking the possibility's of what would happen" Moon patted the super computer on the top making a slight hollow knocks. " Alright I got the coordinates, the Computer should open the portal to the dimension... If its actually helping this time, instead of helping Eclipse"

Moon glared at the Computer as it gave a snort at there creator's response. 

"Sassy... Whatever, lets go" Moon pushed past his brother, crawling out of his room as Sun followed after.

"How different is this universe?" Sun called out from behind him as he began climbing up the ladder to the balcony.

"It takes place in the future, the Computer thought we should check it out since its 90% similar to our universe, for some reason."

" Huh, that's kinda interesting... Usually most dimensions are different or unique in some ways that tells them apart right?" Sun looked down from the balcony where the mass colorful balls resided at. 

" That's why we're checking it out, they shouldn't be this similar to ours" Moon stood behind him for a moment, as a mischievous grin spread across his face.

"Ok so we drop in an-"

He didn't get to finish his sentence as two hands rested on his back before he gets shoved off the balcony, falling to his doom.

Sun shrieked in fear as he plummets down into the balls, disappearing from view along with his cry's. Moon stood proudly with his hands to his hips before hopping in as well.

Sun popped his head out, gasping for air for a moment as he stood there stunned that the current Moon decided to push him in like in the past.

He sighed to himself, guess there's some things that wouldn't change even if he has no memories. He thought to himself as he stared up at the ceiling.

"Sun! Watch out!"

Something blue came crashing down on top of him like a meteor. Both figures tumbled down further into the ball pit as the weight on his back quickly lifted itself off.

"Shit! Are you alright??" Moon panicked, crouching down to grip onto his solar counterpart.

A yellow hand slowly raised up a wobbly thumbs up before smacking back into the pit.

"Come on get up, I can't have you dying on me here" huffing he hoisted him slightly as Sun calmly got up.

"I'm up! I'm up, no need to drag me. Anyways this place looks... Really similar to our daycare" Sun commented as he stepped out of the rainbow bridge. "Glowing generator wires... Moon we should add that to our daycare! The kids trip on them all the time."

" Sure, add that later. We need to focus on what were here for" Moon swiftly passed him as he began walking over to the security desk.

The two animatronics could see a figure in the distance behind the desk, Moon snatched Sun by the ruffles dragging him behind the play structure to hide themselves. 

"Sorry about that but we need a plan, someone's over there and i can't see who it is"

" Are you suggesting we get as close as possible to see who it is?"

" Yeah if its you or me, one of us will go but if its someone else we can both go out. Ready?" Sun gave a nod in understanding as they tiptoed quietly behind the play structures, once they got relatively close enough the two peeked behind the green bars. Getting a glance of the figure at the security desk.

It was Equinox.

Moon watched as the eclipse typed on the keyboard, staring rather intensely at the screen before slamming his fist on the desk and growled in frustration with his hands to his face. The blue jester waved his brother over as he began strolling over to him.

Bells rung as he walked closer, alerting the animatronic of their presence as he turned his head to face them.

"Hello... Sun, Moon. Didn't you two leave a while ago to track down Bloodmoon?" Equinox questioned glancing behind Moon slightly to see Sun whos fidgeting with the ribbons on his wrist.

Moon observed the animatronic infront of him noticing one of his arms had a different casing to it, causing it to stand out from the normal black and red since it was just grey. 

"Yeah... We did... But we wanted to ask something before we you know... Go hunt Bloodmoon?" The answer caused Equinox to raise a brow slightly, he didn't know what to say. The problem with talking to different dimensions was that he doesn't know what entirely changed from their universe but it seemed Bloodmoon was alive here.

"...Go on?..."

"What day was it when we found out about you?" Sun spoke up from behind Moon. 

"..." The three stood in silence as the two waited for the answer. "... Your joking right? You went all the way back here... to ask me that question "

" Please just answer the question "

".... Your not my Sun and Moon... " Equinox crossed his arms, glaring at both of them from where hes standing.

"Who are you" 

The two in question locked eye contact for a moment deciding if they should just drop the act, Sun pleaded to just reveal it although no words were spoken. Moon sighed slouching down.

"... Your right we're not them, we came from the portal since your place was similar to our dimension very closely"

" Well theres nothing happening here besides Bloodmoon. Stupid backups are officially dead as well, hopefully..."

" What happened to your arm" Sun pointed down at the color.

" Killing Eclipse resulted in me losing an arm. Any more questions or are you done here?"

" One more... Does your Sun and Moon know your Eclipse? "

"... "

" Yeah, stupid fans and their comments ruined it. But what was i expecting, their fans. They know everything." He scoffed turning his head off to the distance away from the two and stared at nothing for a moment before turning his head back on the twins.

"Now anymore questions or are you leaving now?"

" Yeah yeah were leaving, c'mon Sun lets go" Moon swiftly turned around heading back over to the ballpit.

"Thanks for not killing us or something!" Sun shouted running back over to Moon.

"So... What do you think? Still a threat?"

"Well, i mean he was fairly nice. Seems we found out the same way they did, so maybe he isn't planning something?"

Moon sighed before turning back around to hop into the ball pit. 

" Only one way to find out... We confront him... "

Chapter Text

Chapter 22: The Equinox Interview

"Sun, what exactly do you want from me?" Equinox trailed after the figure into a secluded area at the arcades.

The bot he was following didn't reply as he gestured towards the direction they were heading at while walking up the stairs and turns a corner, disappearing from his sight because of the wall. 

As he curved the corner, Sun was gone. Only the arcade scattered around the empty spaces of the area as he scanned for the yellow animatronic. But nothing yellow was around. Only bright blues, pink, and purple lights flooded the area

"Where the hell did you g-" he got cut off as something hard smacked the back of his head, knocking himself out. 

Muffled voices echoed slightly as he regained consciousness, his vision was blurry as he opens his eyes. His head was slumped to the side seeing just a white wall, a chair, and a table in front of him.

Equinox lifted his head up, shifting slightly in a seat and peered around the room seeing it wasn't just a wall he was facing but the entire room was closed off besides the metal grey door behind him. 

"Huh... I might've hit him too hard... Oh well" a familiar voice echoed the room, Equinox snapped his head around attempting to locate where the voice was coming from only to see a speaker and a camera on the top left corner as he stared up at it. 

"Too hard?!? Its been 4 been 4 hours and he still hasn't woken up yet" another voice chimed in sounding both worried and annoyed. 

" Relax I didn't hit anything sensitive, and I'm checking up on him every 2 hours"

" That doesn't make it any better!!"

"Like I said don't worry we're only 20 minutes in since I last checked anyways, I'm sure he'll be awake by then" 

Equinox sighed to himself placing his elbows on the table and smacking his hands into his faceplate. This is going to be a painful 2-hour wait.

30 minutes went by and Equinox stayed sitting in his chair, counting the seconds. There wasn't much for him to do and he could feel his mentality beginning to chip away. 

He shifted in his seat again for the tenth time, how did he manage to last a month by himself yet he can't even last 30 minutes?... Probably the fact there wasn't anything here he could look at. 

He began bouncing his legs trying his best to keep himself occupied from the agitation as there were nothing but silence, besides the vents from above making a soft hum. 

What was there to think about? He already spent all that time when he was in the forest. How was he supposed to use this time? 

A thought came to his mind as he glanced down to his waist, he could just... sleep this through. He stared at it for a moment before glancing back and forth from the camera keeping an eye on him before dismissing it. He should be fine, they wont check for a while. 

He set a timer and reached behind him to where the tail was and detached it, placing it on the table before smushing his face into it and shutting down immediately not wanting to deal with the silence. 

"Alright... another 2 hour passed, let's check if he's up now" Moon flicked on the cameras Sun slid behind him on a chair to watch the screen. Only for the two to be greeted by Equinox slumped on the table with his face covered by his tail. 

"Is he... Asleep?" Sun questioned, the figure besides him sighed before pressing a button to unmute the mic.

"Hey, get up we need to ask you some questions" Equinox's head rose up and glanced up at the camera.

"I'm awake" he muttered grabbing the tail and reattaching it back onto his waist. 

"Perfect! Well, I'll just let you know we have a lie detector set up and we're asking you questions. Don't bother trying to lie. "

Moon decided to reuse the same room he had when they interrogated Ruin, or that amalgamation thing. He left everything as is, so this was the perfect place to drag 'Eclipse' to interrogate.

"Are you going to say anything? or are you planning on killing me here?" Moon stared at the small mic in front of him as he tapped it a few times, seeing there's no response from Equinox who's inside the room.

Sun reached over his shoulder and pressed the button. Now actually turning on the mic.

"Damn it... was the mic on the entire time? Thanks Sun" he whispered as the hand retreated back. "Sorry, mic was off but we have a lie detector set up so don't bother lying when we're asking questions"

" You're here to interrogate me? for what?"

" Your Eclipse aren't you?" Silence filled the room until realization dawned onto his face. 

" Oh... Im beginning to see where this is going" Equinox cringed slightly glancing away from the camera lenses. 

" Just answer the question... We know the truth but like... please just answer it" Sun pleaded, geting close to the mic where Moon had it. 

" Fine, you want to hear me say it? Yeah I am, what are you going to do about it? kill me now?" He's scoffed, taunting the two as he sat there crossing his arms.

Moon sighed disappointedly as he leaned back on the chair he was sitting on.

"I hate this sooo much right now" he said even more deeply as he pulled down his nightcap, covering his eyes. 

Sun stared at his brother for a moment clearly seeing him in distress before taking over for the time being. 

"You've changed right? You aren't planning to kill us or anything any time soon?" 

"There's really no point in killing you. Knowing how you two are, some dumb invisible force would end up keeping you safe somehow." Sun was speechless, hes not entirely sure how or what caused him to change for the better but he'll keep his hope up as Moon uncovers one of his eye to look at the results.

"Truth... Guess that answers one of the questions. Where's the star?" 

"I never had it, besides that one time before Sun kicked me out of his head. It was temporary"

"... Ok... Thats odd what do you mean by that? You had the star and changed everyone's mind"

" Your not even thinking correctly Moon, you lost your memories when you were still looking for my back ups at the time and one of them activated itself after i 'died'. So no, technically i dont have the star and the two of you saw me infront of myself before"

'so this is the original Eclipse...' Moon thought to himself seeing the green light indicating everything was the truth. 

"... Who and how were you brought back. " Equinox shrugged his shoulders 

"like i told Sun, Jeremy found me and repaired me to be your replacement" he pointed his finger at the camera. "Does that answer everything?"

"We read comments from the fans, are you really trying to destroy all your backups"

" Of course! You couldn't seem to do it yourself, after watching previous videos you struggle trying to find one. I had to take matters into my own hands"

" I can't tell if i should be glad or insulted"

" Whatever annoys you more i guess, i destroyed them all anyways. Your welcome by the way, now are we done?"

"Are you going to hurt anyone if we let you out?"

" No"

Moon sighed to himself, smacking his face onto the desk before lifting it back up and gestures his brother to the door out of the room with his head. Sun gave a friendly smile and a thumbs up before walking out.

"Sun will be with you shortly, don't think just because were letting you out that we wont question you. Were keeping an eye on you for now"

"Roger that, oh wise one"

"Dont get friendly with me" he hissed into the mic, glaring at the camera. "Theres a hidden key pad if you lift the panel, the code for the door is 66954142. Wait outside for Sun if he's not there yet, Im watching you on the camera."

Moon watched silently as Equinox turned his head around before getting up and walks over to the door, patting around the walls.

'... probably isn't a good idea to send Sun to get Eclipse considering he most likely has trauma like lunar' The daycare attendant sat there for a moment before shutting the cameras off and getting up to chase after Sun. 

'where the hell is this panel??'

Equinox searched around the room for a while, he had attempted to call out to Moon if he was just messing around and was just watching him make a fool out of himself. But no response from him so he continued to search around. Until his hand slid to the right on the wall which revealed the metal key pad. 

He almost wanted to smack himself for being being this stupid since it was just to the right of the door. 

Sighing in relief he types the code in, neon green numbers popped up as he pushed in the buttons. After the password has been inputed, it made a slight chime as the door opened up revealing 2 people behind the door.

Sun and Moon

"Took you long enough, you took 14 minutes to open the door" Moon announced stopping the time watch on his arm.

"Wait... you were out here the entire time?"

"Yup, Sun wanted me to just open the door for you but i didn't want to. So we we just timed how long it took for you to finally open the door. " Moon tapped his arms with the results up at Equinox's face.

"Right... What now?" He shoved Moon's hand back down. "im pretty sure your suspicious about letting me roam freely."

"you still in on the plan to kill the last back up?"

" Yes? Why? "

" Than let's go back and finish him!" Sun joined in between the two, surprising both of them.

"What Sun said, c'mon lets head back to the daycare. Lead the way Equinox" Moon emphasized his current name, moving out the way for him to walk infront.

"I don't even know where we are..."

Chapter 23: New Mission! Gaining Trust

"Sun... I just want to say... Shut up about the DAMN GRAVEL!!" Equinox shouted at the bot in front of him. Although Sun dismissed his calls and continued to ramble on while walking with a bounce to his steps. 

"Your a lot more snippy than before but yeah... Trust me, I'm just as tired as you are" The figure besides him spoke up, sighing to himself as he walked beside Equinox.

The walk has been somewhat peaceful with Sun leading the way, besides the constant yapping he was doing about the history of gravel. Moon stayed relatively close behind him, enough that he was out of his reach.

Unless he was talking he would walk slightly beside Equinox to voice his opinion on things or just drop random comments before falling back behind.

He growled slightly and they continued their way back to the pizza plex. It made him wonder why they didn't just teleport back, but it seemed like he's the only one that can teleport normally in this universe. The two of them seemed to only be able to teleport into any universe they want, but cant seem to teleport anywhere.

He'll just keep this secret to himself, they don't need to know this. He crossed his arms defiantly as they continued walking, something feels like its eating him away...

As they traveled back to the plex, they passed by Earth's room and arrived back at the daycare. Equinox split off from the two as he sped walked deeper into the daycare quietly by himself leaving the the twin brothers at the entrance.

Since he arrived back, he felt the urge to just flop over and cry uncontrollably but he had to resist it, hes not crying infront of those idiots. Hes not weak, why would he cry over nothing? He clenched his fists, walking over to the castle on the left besides the ballpit. 

Walking over to the darkest parts he leans on the wall before slidding down onto the floor. Equinox curled in onto himself, wrapping his arm around his legs.

He's not sure if after they finish the plan, they'll end up finishing him off as well. Get rid of any reminders of Eclipse he suppose... He felt black droplets fell down his faceplate as he brought a hand up to rub it away. Is he seriously crying right now? the black liquid smeared onto his hands as well as his cheeks. But It wouldn't have mattered either way, his entire faceplate was black besides his eyes anyways. No one would know hes crying once it dries up. He thought flicking some of his tears off his fingers.

Small footsteps pattered close by as he paused sitting extremely still. It didn't help that he was slightly panicking that he'd been caught though there were no sounds, he deflated slightly feeling numb again as he stared at the ground.

Light tears continues to trickle down but he didn't bother wiping it, he was tired to care at the moment. He stayed like that for while until something landed on his shoulder.

"Meow!" Green eyes stared into orange as it brought a paw up mushing it into his face.

"Nova?" He croaked out to the cat, he lifts a hand up to pet the black fur although the feline ignored the hand and rubbed its head onto his faceplate.

"Ack- Nova! Dont do that! Your getting oil on yourself!" Lifting the cat away, he plopped it back onto the patted floor as it stared up at him. It tilted its head a few time before striding off away from him calmly, completely relaxed. 

Glancing at where the cat went, more tears streamed down as he tried rubbing them away. he hiccuped, chocking on his sobs as he cried to himself silently as he curled back into himself. 

"Sun are you sure you'll be fine with Eclipse? I don't want something to happen to you if i leave."

" Moon dont worry I'll be fine, if something happens i can always yell for help, alright?" Something tugged at the bottom of his pants, causing Sun to glance down at whatever was causing it. "Hm? Oh! hey did you need something"

Sun peered down at the small void on the floor as the cat stood on its hind legs making biscuits on the side of his legs, or... Is it using him as a scratch post? 

" Fine... I'm heading into my room, just be careful. Good luck brother, I'll be watching him on the camera to make sure he's not doing anything" he shook his head as the bells rung from his hat, Moon stared at the two before sighing. "Get Eclipse's cat under control, i don't want to replace anything if that menace decides to wreck something" 

Sun huffed looking at his brother as he departed out the giant doors, he stared down at the cat who just stared up at him blankly.

"Did you... Need something?" He questioned watching as the cats tails swished back and forth, it didn't respond only getting back on all fours and putting its muzzle close to his pants giving it a nip before attempting to rip parts of his pants off.

"Hey! Hey!! Let go Nova! Im not edible!" Its black fur spiked out as it growed, persistent at tugging his red and yellow striped pants.

"C'mon let go bud" Sun bent down, brushing its nose with his finger until the mammal sneezed in response. 

The black fur ball bolted away from him, almost ready to run but it stayed, peering behind itself. Did it want to follow him? It would make sense why it attacked his poor pants.

"Did... You want me to follow you?" After so long he finally gotten a response a single thrill before booking it.

"Wait hold on! Let me catch up!" Sun called out chasing after the animal. He managed to keep up a good pace, seeing the moving black cat in a place full of colors. It made it easier to see where it went until it ran into one of the castles, where it disappeared into the darkness.

Sun slowed down before slowly walking closer to the dark, he paused hearing something very faint inside. The animatronic froze once recognizing what the sounds were, someone is crying... Maybe a kid got in and couldn't get out!

He brushed the thought away, theories later... He needs to comfort the kid, thinking proudly he peeks into the entrance only to quickly pull his head back out seeing who it actually was. That was definitely NOT a kid. Sweat beads down his face as he contemplated if he should drop in at this moment.

Should he even go in? 

If he really had changed it should be fine right?... Yeah! Im sure I'll be fine. He thought breathing in before carefully striding in. Green eyes stared at the figures walking through as a fluffy black appendage swayed up and down calmly in front of itself. Equinox didn't seem to notice him or didn't care as they sobbed quietly, Sun kneeled down besides him keeping a safe distance between the two

"Hey... Are you alright?" Sun called out getting his attention. 

Reddish orange rays shrunk into his faceplate immediately, swiftly lifting his head up and twisted it to the left locking eye contact to pure white eyes. He quickly turns away covering his face from view.

"Im... Fine... What do you want?..." He mumbled out seemingly sounding annoyed with him being here, his voice was hoarse from the possible crying he had done. 

"I wanted to check in on you since your... You know, crying?"

" Im not crying, i was just talking to myself"

" Look, if your really not. Then why aren't you facing me right now?" It was quiet for a moment before Sun continued on. "You'd usually keep eye contact with whoever your talking to and show off that your better than them or something similar to that. i may not trust you that much, but whats wrong?" 

Sun skid closer to him before plopping down right besides the figure, his red pants sprawled out on the floor along with his shoe bells.

"I don't need your damn pity, idiot"

"Im not trying to pity you im asking whats wrong" Sun whisper shouted at Equinox but it sadly didn't help considering he never turned around. 

" Wouldn't you like to know"

"... Is it because we found out? "

" Why would that be the reason?"

" Well 1. you tried dodging the question and 2. Your sulking back here after we came back. It doesn't take a mad scientist to figure out" brings his hand up he began listing the two details he could think of. 

" Surprisingly, considering your the dumb one"

" Hey! Im smart in other way! I may not be smart with tech but i can do other things!" Sun took a deep breath in before exhaling it back out " went off topic but either way, why? "

" Look i won't judge. In a literal sense i cant judge you, considering you know i wear... Dresses for fun... And... Everything since we used to share a body, you know?"

" ... I feel... Regret... I guess, knowing that i might've gotten a second chance. Where no one knows what i did in the past, i still feel remorse for what i did to Lunar and that won't change." He wiped his faceplate slightly, turning his faceplate to Sun after so long "The least i could do is fix my own problems that i made"

"I-... Do... You need a hug?" He asked spreading his arms open as an invitation.

"Uhm..."

"Nevermind, ill just give you a hug" Sun crashed onto him giving him a tight squeeze to his torso as Equinox sat there utterly surprised, his arms were slightly raised away from Sun as the shocked effects kicked in.

As the surprise wore off he melted into the hug, wrapping both arms around the animatronic in an embrace.

After a while Equinox shoved Sun away from him forcibly before getting up stretching his joints. "Alright get off idiot, i didn't need that"

" Right, right, should have made sure you were fine with that before just hugging you"

" Whatever... Don't you have stuff you need to do? Like cleaning those stupid barrels?" He jokes looking down at Sun before something got his attention. "Ack- Nova! Warn me before you do that" Equinox grunted out calling out to the cat, as Sun turns his head up a smidge bit witnessing the sight he was seeing.

The cat, or as Equinox who has decided to call it 'Nova' seemed to had latched itself onto his pants before climbing up to his shoulders, resting its body weight fully as its head poked out just below his rays. 

" Oh your right Eclips-"

"Just call me Equinox, theres too many damn Eclipse's already"

" Right... well that just reminded me Equinox, you want to follow me to Earth's room? I heard Lunar wanted to show me something, i think... about electricity or something like that" he stood there for a moment before shrugging and walked by Sun which he scooted a couple inches back, Equinox rolled his eyes before strolling past the solar animatronic.

"Hey- wait up!" He called getting up as well to chase after him. 

As the two arrived Sun gently knocked on the door until quick light foosteps bounced near the door and opening it up to reveal Lunar barely able to reach the door handle. 

"... You know... If you want to experience the world from up here instead of down there, you can always ask me for help" Equinox snickered to himself as he crouches down all the way to Lunar's eye level. 

"I'll kick you in the back of your knees and make you kneel infront of me." Lunar bit back, although it didn't seemed to do much as the bot he was bantering with full on cackles at the threat. 

"Im still taller than you even if im kneeling!"

" Get in or get out..."

" Thanks for inviting us in! Hope we aren't interrupting anything" Sun shoves Equinox away from the door as Lunar moves out of the way, allowing them in. But as the result of the shove Nova hoped off it's ride and strode next to Lunar taking a seat on the ground besides him.

"Oh! Hey Nova!" Lunar chirped happily down at the cat below him. "Will you allow me to pet you this time?" He questioned bringing his hand close to the cat only for it give a slight hiss and bats the hand away.

He sighed in defeat before hoping it would happen another time or place. Shaking away that thought he bolted over to his oldest brother and drags him.

"Right! i forgot! i need to show you this!!" Lunar drags Sun off into another room, slamming the door shut and locking it with a loud click.

"Just me and you again, huh?" Equinox glanced down at the cat as it meowed in response. It always made him question if theres something more about this cat then it is revealing, but Earth had commented about it being similar to a therapy cat. Either way it seemed to only like him for some damn reason... But he'll admit... He does feel a lot better knowing someone or something cares about him...

It truly makes his heart flutter. He thought before shaking his head away from those thoughts.

"Earth! Where are you!" He shouts marching around her room, Nova pattered close behind him as light steps made a rubber like squash. For someone very big in a decently small room... He was having troubles trying to find her.

How can someone so large be this well hidden!?! 

"Hello Equa! What brings you here again this time?" She waddled across his field of vision, carrying foam blocks and stacking them before going back again to gather more.

"Sun dragged me here... What the hell are you doing?"

" Stacking blocks Lunar wanted to see how tall I can get it, is there something you would like to do?"

"... Do you mind... If we..." He paused balling up his pants as he gripped onto it with his claws, it was getting rather nerve racking trying to voice out what he wanted. His fans sped up attempting to cool him down.

He felt something brush against his legs before smaller pricks climbed up his pants and something bonks his head, in a comforting manner. 

"Hey, hey, calm down, take deep breaths in and gently let go. Take your time... What did you want to say?" She gingerly rested her hand ontop of his, motioning him to let go of his poor pants. 

Locking eye contact with Earth he turns away, seeing black fur rubbing all over the side of his cheek. 

"... We dont talk about that..." Ripping his hand away from her light grip, he continued on like nothing happened. "Do you mind if we hang out? I could probably make something after you taught me how to sew."

" Sure... I'll get some fabrics out so you can choose, are you sure your alright?"

" Im not a kid, im fine"

He really should wash his face soon... 

Chapter Text

Chapter 24: Mission Complete! Gained 2 Trust in one day?? 

"Are you sure this is a good gift to give to Moon?" Earth peered down at the open box in confusion as her cloud like hair fell to the side of the box.

"Don't worry he'll most definitely love this" he cackled madly picking up the lid and shutting it. "Thanks, want me to record his reaction?"

" No thanks, I'm guessing these are for Sun's cats? Or is it for Nova?" She picks up 2 smaller pieces of fabric up, examining it to make sure its stable. "If that's your way of showing that you care about them, I say just give it to Moon"

The cat hissed at the small clothing, letting out a growl as its tail thrashed in irritation. Earth has concluded, it may not be for Nova then. 

"I couldn't care less about him, I'm just doing this so he gets mad." Snatching them back, he shoves them into another empty box and slamming the lid shut aggressively. " if I can't torture them without consequences and make them suffer the least i could do is piss them off" Earth watched as he picked up the box that's now dented and placed it on top of the other gift before lifting them up off the ground with his top pairs of arms.

It seemed he was adamant about not caring yet he did little things that inevitably showed he cared deep down, this being the case right now. She sighed leaning onto her hand, being the family therapist seemed to help even if some wont open up.

Equinox for example being one of them, she hopes he would open up about his problems but for now it seems it won't happen anytime soon. Given the fact that her older brothers now know who he was, just recently.

"Alright, if you need anything else you can always talk to me about it, I'll be heading over to the daycare in a bit" She doesn't get a response back as he picks himself off the floor, his companion follows besides him and leaves her room. Her door closes with a gentle click indicating Earth was now alone in her own living quarter's.

Equinox sighs to himself looking down at what he's holding, why did he make something for Sun as well? For Moon he made it so he could annoy him, but Sun? There's no reason for him too do so.

"Why did i do this..." He said to no one in particular although he gets a meow from his small void. 

Another click came from behind him as he straightened up immediately in alert, snapping his head behind himself slightly. He felt something slump onto his back.

Equinox took a step forward to keep himself balanced as the weight settled behind him. Holding two things at once was not helping him at all, the feeling of wanting to tumble to the floor was tempting but instead he shifted the boxes to one hand and peeked under his free arm to see what was on him. 

Sun was resting on his back peacefully but he could see multiple burn and scratch marks from his past look alike.

"... Sun! What the hell happened to you!?" he shouted in complete confusion holding him with his free hand, Sun was completely lopsided giving him a exhausted look as he opens his eyes to look at him fully.

"Shoot! Sorry! sorry, for leaning on you. Really tired right now. Lunar wanted to show me his new powers and it went kinda haywire as you can see, electricity and weather powers stuff..." the used to be yellow animatronic pushed himself back into a standing position, gesturing to himself as if to show off. But its as if he struggling to stand properly, since he was swaying back and forth. 

"... Get over here you need to find somewhere to sit, I'd rather not drag your sorry ass across the floor" he hissed at at him motioning him to get closed. Sun looked shocked, literally speaking. As he blinked multiple times before stumbling closer. Equinox quickly loops his arm around his neck and holds Sun to his side.

Nova stared at the two as Equinox slightly struggled keeping both of them balanced while carrying boxes on the other hand, it meowed up at him as Equinox glanced down at the cat.

"Wish you could hold the boxes but your too small for that... Lets go" he huffed slowly walking away from Earth's room, dragging Sun, although not fully dragging him since he was taking baby steps. Nova silently followed close by. 

"God, your heavy..." He said tossing Sun onto one of the chairs at the security desk. He managed to carry him somehow, but some complications almost happened when Sun tripped on air and almost crushed Nova when he fell.

The cat now glares at him as it kept its distance by standing the opposite side of Equinox and away from Sun. 

"Sorry about making you drag me back..." Sheepishly he turns away from the animatronic and grabs a charger off the desk. "I thought you left immediately after Lunar dragged me away, so it was surprising that you were waiting for me"

" I wasn't waiting for you, i was leaving"

"Well... That just dampened my mood uhm, but still, thanks" he glanced up at him as he plugs the wire onto the back of his head. 

Sun stared at the two boxes he was carrying and tilts his head pointing at it. "What are those?

Equinox gazed down to what he was holding before quietly taking the box off the top and hands it to him.

"Wait, its for me" he saw a nodd of confirmation as he lifts the lid up revealing two small clothing's and mini bowties.

"Awww, are these for my cats!?!" Sun pulled them out of the box, lifting them like they were a gift from heaven. "Thank you so much! Oh they would love this!"

"Yeah, yeah, you wont stop complaining about your cats not having enough outfits" turning around he was planning to head over to Moon's room so he could get rid of the boxes he had to carry.

"Wait Equinox!" Sun called out gaining the animatronics attention "i know i already said this but... thanks, you didn't need to do all this but im happy"

Sun smiled brighty at him, staring at the figures stoic expression as hes taking in the gratitude.

"... No problem, see you later" he mumbled quietly walking away and leaves the daycare without another word.

Sun sat in silence smiling as he looks down at the gift in his hands. He stretched the fabric, testing its durability as he sat there in thought.

'you really have changed... '

Moon sat on his bed clicking through multiple cameras, even getting directly infront of the monitor as he searches for something, its been an hour and he already lost track of where the thing was last seen.

This thing would be where Equinox went, somehow after leaving to head over to his room to watch on the cameras from his laptop. Both him and Sun disappeared, he would ask his computer if the damn thing was not getting updated right now so now hes manually searching where the two went.

Which... Is not going good for him, as hes scanning anything moving hes clicking through all the cameras again for the 10th time until he lands back to the daycare where he sees 3 dots surrounding his brother although one of them seemed to be further away from the group.

"Well theres Sun at least... And the cats... But where is he... " As he continued focusing closely at the screen, thumps came from besides him.

Equinox popped his head out of the tunnel, peering into the room until his white pupils landed on Moon to the left. He placed the gift right outside of the tunnel as he struggled pulling himself out, it doesn't help that he had a big frame and sometimes he would get stuck cause of it.

Good side, he was big and could reach things along with his arms. Bad thing, hes too big and his arms were practically useless. After dislodging himself he pulled himself out of the tunnel quietly and picked the present up.

Turning back over to Moon, Equinox was surprised he was still looking at the screen rather intensely wide open eyes, close to the monitor as if he'd been staring like that for hours.

"Moon, what the hell are you looking at" as he spoke Moon cracked his head at him and slammed the laptop down forcefully, creating a loud crack from the device.

They stood in silence as the daycare attendant tried finding a lie to get out of the situation but it sadly his brain and processor seemed to have short circuited itself when he glued his eyes onto the screen. 

"I was looking forrrrr..." He couldn't say hes been trying to stalk Equinox on the cameras so in the heat of the moment he blurts out the first thing he thought of "a fetus!"

"Moon... Why the fuck are you looking for a fetus?! You don't even like kids!" 

"Look! That doesn't matter here alright! What do you need and where did you come from?" Moon slid the laptop away from him, getting up and off the bed to stand in front of him.

"Came from the tunnel obviously" he scoffed sarcastically rolling his eyes at him. 

" Wow, what a smart ass. you know what I meant"

" Fine, fine, came from Earth's room. What's got you being pissy all the sudden?"

" Im wondering what you need right now"

" Oh! I don't need anything. In fact im here to give you something" Equinox shoves the box to Moon's chest forcing him to hold as he held it away warily.

"You rigged it with explosive didn't you? Didn't give me all the bombs and kept some to kill me?" Equinox had handed him all the bombs he made in preparation for the plan, although this was before they had found out about his little 'secret'. Hes not sure if he had lied and made extra if hes scheming something. 

" You really have no faith in me, im a changed person! Theres totally no bombs in there i swear" he smiled at him

" If i dies... Let this be known ill always come back"

Equinox tsked at him picking at his claws slightly. " Had to go steal my lines didn't you?"

" Technically its not your lines since this came from William Afton"

"Whatever I came back many times, open the box already. If I had rigged it, I wouldn't be standing here" Moon stared at him skeptically, it made sense logically if he was still here he wouldn't do something that would ultimately end up killing the both of them.

He took a deep breath and gently lifted the lid, Equinox stared at the bot. Resisting the urge to smile maniacally at what would happen when he opens it fully.

Moon stared inside the box in horror, seeing the thing inside.

"Im..." He began slowly reaching into the box ad he gently picks the object. "GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU!!" Moon shouted in anger, yeeting the boxes behind him. Equinox broke down laughing maniacally at him before attempting his escape although something grabs his tail, yanking him back to where Moon.

"Once the daycare closes, stay in the daycare. Your punishment will be a living nightmare and If you leave... I'll have the computer track you down" Moon hissed behind him before letting go letting him escape.

Moon took multiple deep breaths attempting to calm himself his fans spun fast in agitation, hes still very much pissed but theres not much he could do.

He now has a mini version of his own hat that he doesn't know what to do, it was the size of his thumb why and how the hell did he even make this?!?

"I swear to god if this is another bald joke, im going on a murder spree..." 

Chapter Text

Chapter 25: The Great Training Arc

Equinox leaned against the green play structure, he's concerned about what Moon's planning. It's been on his mind the entire time he was helping Sun with the kids and now it was after hours and whatever nightmare he would have to endure would be unleashed by the bald Boogeyman.

It doesn't help that he's exhausted having to deal with the kids and Sun's constant yelling about him to be careful, he was almost tempted to jam a whole glitter glue bottle into his mouth to shut him up.

Rustling came from the ballpit as he lifted his head up, seeing Moon walking out of the pit.

"Great you're still here, now... Turn around and put your hands behind your back" Moon ordered, Equinox complied giving a sarcastic remark behind him.

"Want me to get on my knees for you, sweetie?"

" Shut up, don't make this weird" the daycare attendant replied walking over to him before he felt something around his wrist as well hearing a click.

"Moon... What did you do..." He attempted to move his arms only to notice one of the pairs were restrained behind himself.

"Your hands are handcuffed, this is both a revenge and training since YOU, barely use them" He snapped behind him seeing Moon grinning widely with his arms crossed to his chest.

"I-"

"I'll remove them when you can at least pick up, me, Sun, or Lunar"

"... Im... Going to strangle you... " He quietly whispered to him, Moon stared at him with the same smug look as he gestured to him. 

"With what? Your weak arms? Cause I don't see that coming anytime soon"

" When I get out, I'll-"

"I'm doing you and me a favor here, good luck!!" Moon broke his stance and hurried past him, he paused for a second before speaking. "Oh I forgot to say this but Earth and Lunar are dropping by here as well with kids that didn't get picked up. Tell that to Sun as well, have fun!!"

"Wait... No! You cant just leave me here like this!!" He yelled out to Moon but all he got was the other sticking there tongue out mockingly before sprinting out the daycare. Sun watched his twin leave smugly at the security desk before he turns his head over to Equinox in the distance, motioning him to come closer.

"So... Whats happening?" Sun questioned as Equinox got closer to him.

"Oh gosh!! I wonder what happened? its almost as if my arms are not stuck behind me!!"

"... You know you could've just answered the question normally right?" Sun sat there for a moment before continuing. "didn't need to be sarcastic you know?"

" Shut up, i don't need your opinion" Sun shrugged his shoulders.

" Did he say anything else?"

"Earth and Lunar are coming here with kids soon. They didn't get picked up" 

"hmm, let me guess parents didn't pick up there phone?"

" Don't know, didn't care, didn't ask" Sun sighed ruffling his rays. " I'll just go ask Earth when they get here, can you go get snacks in the theatre?"

"how much?"

" Eh... 4 - 6 things should be enough?"

"I'll be back in a minute..." 

Sun watched him pass by before disappearing up the stairs. He blinked multiple times at the direction and turns around to look at the items on the counter.

"I really need to stop buying hand sanitizers... " He muttered to himself seeing the mass amount of bottles lined up on the table.

"Sun!! We're here!!" A light blue animatronic pushed past the giant doors and runs into the open space while 2 others chased after him. 

"Hello!" Earth came in last as she closed the doors preventing anyone from escaping. 

"Hey Lunar! Hey Earth! Moon told us that you were dropping by with some kids, there parents still haven't come back?"

" Yeah... Which is annoying cause i was planning to play some games once everyone left, but i guess thats what happens when you work at Fazbear's. Anyways! Sun meet Timmy and Jimmy their twins, Timmy and Jimmy meet Sun! The actual daycare attendant"

" When you get older you'll get to hang out with them in here instead of with us in the room" the boy glanced over at Sun before his eyes landed back on Earth repeatedly before it stayed on her.

"Why? He looks creepy, I don't like how hes smiling at me" Sun felt a stab to his chest at that comment but there wasn't anything he could do about it since the permanent smile was etched onto his face.

"Thats just the way he looks, their kinda really old compared to us" Lunar turned his attention over to his oldest brother. " Speaking of old... Where's Moon and Equa? "

" Moon is uh, most likely asleep or something and Equinox is grabbing snacks for the twins. His arms kinda restrained so im not sure how that would work..."

Sun paused noticing he had gotten a notification from something as a pop-up flashed in his eyes, he opened it to check what it was only to see it was a message from Moon.

Moon

'Im not asleep, im watching Eclipse on the camera's (dont tell him)‘

"Ok, so Moon's actually not asleep hes on the cameras watching Equinox and that we can't tell him" 

" Theres more of you?!?" The kid spoke completely surprised about the news. 

" Earth can you take them to the ball pit to play or something?" She nodded giving a smile and guided the 2 away from the yellow and blue animatronics. 

" Dont let them go too deep, i don't clean down there!!" Sun called out to her. 

" So... Moon's stalking my brother right now?"

" When you put it that way yes??"

" Im back" Equinox strode into the daycare empty handed although as he got to the security desk, his pants was bulging slightly on the sides as it sagged.

"Where-" 

He placed his hands in his pockets before slowly taking things out one by one, although he struggled trying to hold onto it as he used both hands, one to hold the side and the other at the bottom carrying it. 

It took him a while but he managed to get everything out without dropping anything. He had his hands to his waist looking at the results proudly, 3 fizzy faz and 3 disappointment chips? He wondered why Fazbear's got them if they were a disappointment before acknowledging the existence of 2 people standing close by. 

"I'm guessing Earth is with the kids?"

"Yeah theres 2 of them, both twins. There in the ballpit right now."

" ... Why are you both here than?"

" Lunar wanted to ask me where you went before we go over to them" Equinox stared at the two before spinning around ready to head in that direction. 

" Lets get this over with... "

" Oh yeah before we go." Lunar stopped him as his head turned to look at him. "They love getting picked up. We'll leave that up to you to do so." 

" I hate all of you..."

It was god damn embarrassing for him... He completely forgot he's restrained so when the kids saw him they had thought he escaped from prison, then Lunar proceeded to encourage the kids that he loved carrying people which resulted in him carrying two 3ft tall heavy weights.

They had latched onto him like leeches, only leaving him for a couple minutes before hoping back on. Guess thats what they meant by 'training', they took advantage of his weakness and made it into a nightmare.

It took a while but the parents did end up arriving and taking their kids, he didn't mind. They were decent people, for the first time... along with the twins, as they waved them off he did question why he took this position since hes not a fan of kids. 

"Well how'd everything go?" Moon called jumping down from the balcony and reuniting with everyone near the entrance.

"Pretty good! We had a lot of fun!" Lunar skipped over giving him the news before remembering something that happened. "Equa can you get me the same fizzy faz you got Jimmy? He let me taste it and it was so good!"

" Reduced to nothing more than an errand boy, fine..." he huffed leaving the daycare once again. 

Chapter Text

Chapter 26: Discussion 

"You know, I still find it a bit weird that Equinox is... You know Eclipse?" Sun swerved his faceplate before turning to his family. " I mean he's all happy and stuff and not 'im going to kill and torture you', you know what I'm saying? "

" I wouldn't say he's ALL happy, I'll say he's more serious and grumpy than anything remotely close to happiness. But I do see what you mean" Moon shrugs his shoulders turning around so his back was facing his siblings as hes looking down at his arm. "He seems to enjoy hanging out with us even if he denies it. Never thought I'll see Eclipse go soft but, its a nice change"

Lunar hopped over and tackles him from behind. "Moony you still don't trust him do you? Is that also the reason you still left him handcuffed, cause you knew he couldn't use them?"

Moon look up to Lunar whos now perched onto his shoulder. "I'm still testing him... I still don't understand why he just switched sides but if he really is being honest then this would help him. Either way it helps both of us" he glanced back down to his arm before shutting it. 

"And I still don't understand how you didn't know it was him" one of the computers spoke out in the intercom, Moon turned back around glaring up at the ceiling. Grabbing something besides him and tosses one of the barrels into the air causing Sun to yelp in shock at what he did.

"Shut up!! You shouldn't be talking, traitor!!"

" Moon! Why'd you do that!! I have to clean them again!" His rays shrunk in on itself as the dread of having to clean them again was caused by his own brother. 

" Sorry!" He sheepishly yelled out an apologized to him. 

" Both of you shut it! I can hear you from out here" a voice yelled out from outside as they turned their head to see Equinox opening the door with a plastic cup in hand.

"Oh! Did you get the right flavor?!" Lunar hopped off of Moon and bolts over to him, raising both hands up closing and opening them. "Gimmeee" 

He sighed looking down at his little brother before handing it too him, Lunar cheered before dragging him closer to the group by his hand.

"Gee, wheres my drink?" Moon asked sarcastically, seeing his little brother slurping away at the fizzy faz. 

"I'm not getting you anything for handcuffing me, asshole..." He shook his head as the blue animatronic huffed, peeved that he had a fair point. 

"Language... although I'm so happy, we hadn't have any hangouts since last time with the cats"

" What about the cats? " Lunar paused his drinking as he turns over to his giant sister. 

" Right, lunar this was before you came back but my cats came out and hung out with us. That's kinda how we found out Equinox was a cat person"

" Im not a damn cat person..." A distant meow rang into the empty daycare before it became silent again. 

" Your in denial~" Moon called out childishly acknowledging the fact Nova seemed to agree with them even if the cat is not currently present at the moment. 

"You sure thats not Sun's cat?"

"My cat's are in my room right now..." Sun answered truthfully pointing up at the balcony.

"... I wont ask why you know where your cats are every second... Moon, can i talk to you for a minute?" He asked waling back out of the doors. 

" Uh... yeah, sure" he responded following him out of the daycare. " So, what is it?"

"Follow me" Equinox muttered, quickly bolting up the stairs as Moon chased after him. 

They ran for a bit before they halted in front of the teleporter leading to their balcony. 

"I wanted to ask if you had placed something near the teleporter, more specifically the black box under it In the shelf?"

" Thats all you wanted to ask?" He tilted his head completely confused at what reason to drag him out cause of a box. "uhh... No... I haven't put anything under it recently. Who knows, probably one of the workers placed it there"

" Probably... Who know... While i have you here, i don't think i explained the entire plan i had to you did i? " Equinox questioned turning his head over to Moon. 

" Yeah you didn't, only brief details but i think now's the best time since we have everything ready besides the remote controller. Lets go sit down." Moon walks past the tall figure as the bells from his foot rattled with each step he took, while the white pom pom on his night cap swayed back and forth gently.

" Alright so whats the plan?" Blue with yellow star pants sat down on the red couch before crossing his legs to look more professional. 

" As you know im dragging Eclipse into the ballpit so he can blow up, I was thinking you and Sun could be in the main room where the balcony is and be the distraction while I teleport and drag him in." As he explained he sat down right besides Moon. 

" Ok stop... 2 things, 1... How are you sure hes coming onto the balcony, and 2 how are you teleporting. " Bringing fingers up he raises two fingers up representing the two questions. 

" He'll most likely target you and Sun and for your second question, over there" he said pointing behind him where the teleporter is.

"Huh, fair point but this plan seems too easy he wont just willingly jump into the ballpit"

" Thats... Where your correct, the thing is... I technically wont expect bombs in the ballpit since it would ultimately destroy your portal."

"... Fine, your right. This could work out but you still need to train your arms if your planning on dragging him in." Jabbing his arms, he lifted his head up looking him in the eye. "How would you know when to come in"

"Easy, you call me in your head and i don't pick up. Thats my cue to enter"

" What then? a grand monologue from you before you pull yourself in?" Moon joked imitating how he acted previously back in October.

"... Dont remind me on how cringy i was"

" Glad to know your not emo anymore. "

"Shut up, i still hate you" 

" Whatever softy, let's go back. They're probably waiting for us" They smirked at each other before calmly walking back to the daycare, bickering with each other. 

Well isn't that interesting...

The figure thought, listening on the supposedly private conversation. Not like anyone would know someone's eavesdropping. After all they've been watching since the beginning but this seemed to have spark some thought into their head.

Orange and black rays swirled around his face calmly as he stood next to the couch leaning against the armrest, completely invisible to the normal eye. Eclipse hummed closing his eyes in thought.

Would be such a shame if there plan failed. He smirked sinisterly, considering he now has an upper hand on them they won't know until it actually hits them.

He chuckles before it went to full on cackling although he ends up choking and s

tarts coughing violently. 

He'll just see if Equinox will notice that's a bomb before its too late...

Chapter 27: Oops

"Moon!!" Equinox called out crawling into Moon's room, looking rather impressed with himself. "I finished your stupid goal!! Now get these damn handcuffs off me"

"Goal?... Oh! right that!" Moon was confused for a moment before remembering what he had done a couple days prior as he turns his head away from the computer only to pause seeing Equinox carrying Lunar by one leg upside down like a newly caught fish "... Why... Are you carrying Lunar like that..." 

" Its kinda fun! Im a bit dizzy though, but im fine!" Lunar giggles happily waving at him although his hand almost touches the ground 

" Right... if you say so. Well... Guess you actually did it, just turn around so i can get that off." Equinox turns around flipping Lunar back up so he isn't hanging upside down on one leg as he wait for Moon to get the keys. 

"Equa, can you put me down? I need to go find plushie you really quick" at that request he plopped the tiny bot onto the floor as he landed on the ground softly. 

" Be right back!" He called bolting through the tunnel, exiting out of the room. 

" You know your not handcuffed anymore right?"

" Oh right..." He stares at Moon for a moment before rushing over to him and picking him up, giving him a bone crushing hug.

"GAH- GET OFF!!" Moon yelped getting surprised as he's struggling against his hold as his legs kicked 

 " How long do you think it'll take Lunar to find the plushie" he asked putting Moon back down onto the floor. 

" who knows, wheres Equinox!" Moon chuckles bitterly after getting a hug without warning while making a reference. "Anyways, who knows maybe long enough that we can make the remote so we can detonate the bombs"

" Right, lets get started. By the way, is Sun in his room or something? Hadn't seen him for a couple hours... "

" Yeah, Probably snuggling with his cats right now, why?"

"Nothing just asking, where's the parts?"

" God... Lunar is taking a while... How long does it take to find a life sized plushie?" Equinox groaned flopping onto the carpet, it had been an hour after they finished building the remote and Lunar seemed to not return during the time the two smarties were talking.

"Eh, could be in Sun's room getting absolutely demolished by the cats like..." Moon slowly paused getting a glimpse of a red limb on top of the arcade machine computer as he shuffles over to check what it was from the top. "Well nevermind, guess it was in here the entire time on the computer. Wonder who brought it here though..."

" I wouldn't be surprised if its the cat's" he muttered raising a hand up, gesturing he wanted it. Moon grabbed onto it before sliding it off the computer hitting Equinox in the face with it. "Ack!" 

" Yeah your righ-" 

" Sir, we have an issue approaching..." One of the computers voice cuts him off as Moon peers over at the black screen. 

" What is it computer?"

" Star power is approaching rapidly" the other ai responded right after. 

"What!?" He shouts jumping off his bed, nearly missing on accidently stepping the figure on the floor. 

" Star power?" Equinox sits up turning to where Moon was glancing around in a panicked state. 

" Uhm, uhm, uhhhh. Equinox get into position quick, Eclipse is coming right now!" He ordered as Equinox quickly picked him off the ground. 

" Damn it, now!?" He hissed quickly crawling out of his room as Moon followed soon after. 

" Yes! just go" Moon watched him about to climb up the ladder before stopping him.

"Wait! Equinox!"

"What?!" He turned around looking at him impatiently. 

"Look, i know its a pretty bad time but... Were glad your in our family..." Moon mumbled awkwardly, Equinox stared at him in disbelief. This was so out of pocket he was genuinely surprised.

Moon had finally considered him as something more than just a parasite that destroyed his family, he smiled softly at him for the first time.

"Here, take this. I trust you wont use it to just destroy our portal... Don't make me regret this..." Moon dug into his pant pocket before tossing something over to him. 

Catching it in one of his hands he glanced at the item he received before chuckling. "Moon finally trusts someone for once... Isn't that mind blowing..." The item he received was the remote. 

" Just go before i change my mind... " Equinox smirked at him before pulling himself up the ladder. 

"Whatever Moon, good luck being bait" as he said this he hopes off the balcony and into the ballpit. 

"Yeah yeah whatever... Sun get out here, Eclipse is coming here soon!" 

Eclipse watched silently on the balcony, seeing 'himself' pass by with no knowledge that he was already here completely invisible. He peaks down into the ballpit, watching Equinox getting up and sprinting out of the daycare. His faceplate lifted up and turns to Moon as Sun pops out of his room shutting the door behind him. 

He'll deal with them in a minute...

He stood there for a moment before teleporting away from the balcony, there wasn't anything he could do to those two until he takes away their ace.

As his feet lands on the ground, he made himself visible standing a great distance away from Equinox who's crouched slightly staring at the teleporter to the balcony with his back turned to him. 

His rays spun in delight as he chuckled loudly catching his attention. Equinox's rays shrunk in as he spun around facing him fully. he stood there horrified, having not been expecting him to be here.

Equinox glanced away from him before landing back on the orange and black animatronic, seeing they were by themselves. "... So... What are you doing here?" He questioned raising an eyebrow at him.

"Oh... don't play coy with me here, you know why I'm here." He shook his head disappointedly at him. 

" No... I genuinely dont... "

" Don't play stupid, I told you i was watching you" he stared at him with a deadpan expression.

.

They stood there in silence as Eclipse waited for Equinox to remember their first actually encounter. 

"... Fuck... " The red and black bot whispered to themselves after digging through their memory. 

" Would you look at that! it seems you haven't actually lost your mind when you were in the forest. " He clapped his hands sarcastically to him. 

" What now... you know what's happening, so what are you gonna do now? " Equinox questioned crossing his top arms and places his lower hand on his hips. 

" Simple! I'm going too kill you" Eclipse's answered quickly causing it to become silent for a split second. 

"... What!?! "

" There's no point in hiding it, your going to die after this is over anyways." Eclipse shrugged as he continued to monologue. "Once your dead, I'll blow up their ridiculous daycare. Causing them to focus rebuilding it and I'll come back as you since you'll be dead! Oh the reaction when they find out your the 'villain', Wouldn't be so farfetched considering we always come back"

" Uh huh, so wanna explain how your going to kill me from over there? Unless your blasting me with a laser"

" Ha, your funny but no. What happened to Lunar, I wonder? Surely i dont have a box next to you..." Eclipse questioned out loud bringing a hand up and places it under his chin in a thinking motion. At that comment Equinox turns behind him now officially realizing what's happening, the black box behind him was a bomb.

"Goodbye... Equinox" Eclipse watched as Equinox attempted to back away from it, before his vision gets overtaken by a bright white light and loud explosion filled his audio receptors. 

As the light dimmed down along with the sound he blinked adjusting his vision after getting flash banged. Everything was destroyed, soot covered the entire area before it stops near where he was standing, he smiled seeing something covered in the mass of soot. 

He swiftly steps closer to what it was, he bent down and plucks it off the floor, it was one of Equinox's arms. Seemed it did actually obliterate him, reducing him to nothing besides the arm. Chunks of the arm was missing but it somehow kept itself together, as flakes of red paint chipped slightly.

He didn't mind, after all he'll need to prove to Sun and Moon that he's actually dead. 

"Moon.. What the hell was that explosion!?!"

"... I don't know but it better not be Equinox detonoating the bombs already when Eclipse is not even here yet... "

Chapter 28: Final Count

Fuck...

Everything hurts...

Sparks fizzed out of his bottom left arm as he held onto it, his ears rung loudly as he tried composing himself. Thankfully he managed to teleport out of there before the explosion eradicated him. Never in his life had he been thankful that he didn't spill out that kind of information, if Eclipse had realized he could teleport it most likely wouldn't have ended well for him.

Kneeling on the ground he clutched onto the grass tightly, suppose losing an arm should suspect him being dead but now he needs to head back or at least wait for Moon to call him. 

Would they assume he's dead already? They probably heard the explosion from where they were at. 

Who cares by this point he grumbles teleporting back to where he was before the explosion happened. He glanced around seeing black smudges cover the area as he glanced at the teleporter, it seemed to have been busted because of the blast.

He sighed in disappointment having to possibly teleport again since theres obviously none here. 

He slowly pulls himself up with the help of the remaining counter, his claws dig into the material as he gets up clenching his teeth in pain as hes slumped forward. The only support he has, was the barely standing counter. He hadn't seemed to notice his breath was ragged, as his eyes blurred slightly. 

A loud ringing crashed into his head as he jolted up at the sound. Checking what it was he finally got his answer. 

Moon's calling... 

"Moon... Im getting worried, Eclipse isn't here yet and something just exploded!" Moon paced back and forth infront of Sun as they waited, no egotistical villain has shown up and the time was ticking.

"I swear to god if those two are working togeth-"

"Aw you think I'll work with someone whos nice? Honestly... i would've worked with him if he hadn't lost his will to accomplish our goals" Eclipse popped up on the balcony and leaned onto the railing staring down at them like peasants. Sun glanced at his brother trying to figure out what to do. 

Moon locked eye contact at Sun silently gesturing for him to make a move. As he slowly brought a hand behind his head ready to call Equinox. 

"Look Eclipse, wh-" Sun doesn't get the chance to speak as Eclipse interrupts him by addressing to Moon.

"Don't even bother trying to call him he's already dead..."

" Who are you talking about? Im not calling anybody..." 

" Ha, your funny... Im sure you heard the explosion from here"

"... No... No, you didn't do what i think you did..." He stared up at him in shock, theres no way he knew could he? 

" Moon? What does he mean by that, did something happen? "

" Oh... Denial i see? How about you see it for yourself" he cackles tossing down the discarded arm on the floor, as the realization dawned on the two as they stared at the missing limb in shock.

"Is... Is that Equinox's arm?!?" Sun screeched besides his brother, bringing his hands up to his head. Moon attempted to remain calm but seemed to be struggling as well.

"How..." 

"You weren't quiet at all about it, it's almost as if you wanted me to listen in!" Eclipse taunted at him, pushing himself off the railing. 

" You bastard... "

" Oh dont be like that Moony... Can't believe you would replace me so quickly, with myself no less."

" At least he was better than you!!" Moon hissed at him, the more Eclipse spoke the more he wanted to strangle him. 

"Aw... Theres your anger... Your almost gaining your memories back! So glad to see you again old pal..." 

" Go fuck yourself... "

" Go ahead! Throw insults at me! Wont do you any good when I see your reactions when I blow up your little daycare"

" That's your reason for coming here?!?"

" Sure and to kill your freaky spider friend" he sighed dramatically acting slightly disappointed. "He died so pathetically almost like Lunar!! Except he didn't go 'MONTY PLE-!'" Eclipse reenacted the scene sarcastically while laughing maniacally to him, the two celestials glared quietly at him, there wasn't much they could do.

They could attempt to get him but they would need to climb the ladder at that point, Eclipse would either immediately kick them back down or go along with his threat to blow the daycare up.

Moon sighed closing his eyes, letting his head hang in guilt. The plan failed and at the cost of both Equinox and soon the daycare, he was stupid to think the plan would've ran smoothly. Something bumps his elbow for a second before retreating, another moment later and he gets bumped again.

Moon opens his eyes tiredly and glances to the right seeing his brother making a slight goofy grin at him before gesturing to his left with his eyes. He stared at him for a moment before seeing what he wanted, as he drifted his eyes up.

Eclipse was still seemingly monologuing to himself although another figure was behind him slowly creeping up on him, it seemed as though the orange and black animatronic thought he was dead even though hes clearly alive if Equinox is behind him.

Jeez... Do i ever shut up? Is that how they see me when i talk like this? Equinox grumbles to himself slowly making his way closer to Eclipse. The platform wasn't exactly the biggest, but he needed to make sure he catches himself off guard 

"I think you've heard enough... There's no point in continuing, say good by-" Eclipse gets cut off by Equinox latching onto his back, wrapping his top arms around him. His claws dug deep into the others casing keeping him in place as he backs up ready to toss him in, his bottom arm contained the remote. 

"Damn it! Your still alive!?!" Eclipse shouted in surprise, struggling against his hold, which only caused more grooves from his claws.

"Alright!! The plan didn't fail after all!"

" You got this Equa! " The twin both shouted out encouragement as Equinox was right at the edge.

Eclipse looked down at the colorful pit and scoffed at him, the only response he got from Equinox was him yanking him off the ledge. As Eclipse gets dropped he wasn't going to die so simply, and grabs onto something as he fell.

Equinox's foot. 

In result Equinox trips, sliding off the platform as well. One of his hand latched onto the ledge for a moment as he hung there before his grip accidentally loosens, plummeting down along with Eclipse. Time seemed to have slowed down as he heard panicked shouts to him. Hes surprised they're worried about him.

Didn't he deserve this? For what's he's done to everyone this was the least he could do for them. Since he was left abandoned, never in his life had he felt genuine happiness.

Not even during the time he had the star. He's thankful that they stopped him back in October. It gave him the chance to find a purpose and more specifically...

A family to protect...

He smiled bitterly as a small tear leaked out, he doesn't want to die... Not yet... Everything was going so well, why does it have to end when im happy...

But... it needs to be done, bringing his bottom arm up he glances at the giant red button before peeking down seeing Eclipse land into the ball pit. He sighed before pressing the button with no regret as a bright light covered his vision before searing pain flooded his entire systems. 

"EQUINOX!!" Moon shouted at him watching him get pulled down as well, he rushes up the ladder as Sun quickly followed after him as the look over the edge the only thing they see is Equinox falling before light blinded both of them as they covered their eyes shielding themselves.

Balls manged to somehow launch onto the balcony as it hit them on the head. Waiting for everything to die down, they uncovered their eyes they glanced down into the ball bit seeing an empty hole where the ballpit used to be, bits and pieces were the remains of the colorful balls scattered in the pit. The portal was officially destroyed.

"NO EQUA CANT BE DEAD, HE CANT BE!!" Sun cried out reaching into his rays and tugging them harshly. Moon reached over and grabbed his wrist pulling them away from his rays.

"Sun, Sun... Let go, calm down... We'll go check if hes still somehow alive but its a very low chance, alright?" Sun gave a disheartened nod as tears streamed down his face, Moon let's go and begins wiping away at his optics clearing away the black oil thats now staining his face.

"Guys!! Whats with the explosions!?! Are you guys doing more experiments?!?" A voice called from down below as the two turns their head seeing their little brother peeking halfway through the door before welcoming himself in.

"Woahhh what'd you do to the ballpit?"

"LUNAR, DO NOT GO NEAR IT! WERE COMING DOWN RIGHT NOW!!" He shouted down at him seeing the pastel bot pause, he quickly drags Sun with him back down the ladder and exits through the hidden door. The only thing running through Moon's head was a simple sentence. 

'im so sorry Equinox... I wish i could've saved you...'

Well, well, well theres a new update on this fic?!? 

So as some of you have waited months for this, almost a year its been a longggg while and my sacrifices of my yt uploads and fics... I swear i was alive 😭

Whelp by now you guys have now probably seen the trailer, chapter 1 - 3 has already been posted by this point so now im just leaving the full episode here when and if new people are reading this you can just watch it here and now instead of going one video at a time.

Thank you sooooo very much for the amazing journey as i was writing this considering the fact this is my 2nd time writing a fic, im glad that everyone enjoyed the story and Equinox as a character ( i absolutely adore all the fanart i have received of him so thank you all so very much (⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)✨✨ )

But as said the journey has come to an end and NDCA can now be a fun memory to remember, the angst and the fun are moments to be experienced, but that doesn't mean im done with Equinox yet... Hell nah, i aint leaving behind a character that i and a whole lot of people seem to like and simp for (im aware of what some of the things some of you did to him... That was traumatizing and still is... 😔 /HJ ) but despite that, he'll still be someone i will frequently draw cause i love him
